i had a very disappointing experience with my 60-minute massage. i have had many massages over the years, including in different countries, so i understand that every massage therapist has a different style. however, this was the worst massage experience i have ever had. the session did not feel smooth, intentional, or relaxing. there were many pauses throughout the massage, and it felt like the therapist was unsure of what to do next. instead of being able to relax and let go, i felt uncomfortable and distracted the entire time. i kept waiting for the massage to improve, but it never really did. i later found out that the massage therapist is new, and i do understand that everyone has to begin somewhere. i do not want to be unkind, but i also want to be honest. in my opinion, she is not ready to work independently with paying customers yet. a massage involves trust, comfort, and the customer's money, and this experience did not feel professional or worth the cost. i left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and regretful that i did not get her name before leaving. i was hoping to leave refreshed and relaxed, but instead i left feeling like i had wasted both my time and money. i truly hope she receives more training and support before being assigned to clients on her own. read more

Enjoyed a relaxing massage from Clarissa today. Very peaceful environment and kind young lady to welcome you when you come in.

It was a wonderful experience! The establishment is nice and cozy; there's a private parking lot, and the customer service is great. I had a 90-minute massage which was heavenly. I'll definitely be back regularly. read more

Great masseuse! Had Evelyn and she was excellent. Came out feeling really relaxed and she was personable. Will be scheduling another massage some time in the future since working graveyard shifts messes with my schedule. read more

Evelyn is amazing at massage therapy - best I've ever had. The salon is peaceful, elegant and very relaxing. I highly recommend Renaissance Therapeutic Massage. read more

I had a facial with Elena and could not believe how wonderful my skin felt afterwards. It was so healthy and bright looking. Easy to find and friendly people. I have a good message for my birthday. Yes, I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Very pleasant experience with Clarissa, shop was professional with helpful receptionist. Everything clean, organized, discreet. Groupon price was a great deal and quality of massage was great! Far better pressure & intensity of massage compared to other places. Full body massage already included feet which is a plus. Absolutely recommend! read more

OMG! Evelyn you are amazing! You got all the spots that I needed worked on! Thank you so much, I will be back!! You are mighty little one!!

Unfortunately I was not impressed. The massage therapist was not good. Very little manipulative movements. Her pressure was fine. She used minimal lotion. She also ended about 10 minutes early. When asked about my massage, I stated it was subpar and not the full length. I was told they have other massage therapist and I was early, so she started early. Unfortunately, I looked at the clock before she entered and when she concluded. Not how I would have treated an unhappy first time client. The place is clean, smells like rose and potpourri, if you care for the smell. read more

I've gone for a massage twice and felt relaxed and overall satisfied with the experience. Staff are friendly and the place is clean and welcoming. read more

Did not get a chance to use my voucher or get what I paid for because they did not return my calls or messages for an appt, and no walk-ins. Pretty much was bamboozled - paid for a service that was not honored or attended to. I do not recommend. read more

This is a perfect space to unwind, relax, and get pampered. My message was completed with just the right pressure in all of the various areas. It was my birthday and a perfect way to start my day, they gifted me a little care package on my way out . Very nice read more

Not a good massage place. I was very disappointed with the overall experience. It was a waste of my money. The massage wasn't relaxing at all. The music in the room was too loud & the fan was very noisy. Another incident, I was 15 mins late in my way to their place because of traffic so I called before my appointment to let them know and they said it's fine. My massage was cut off by 15 minutes & when I asked why they said because I showed up 15 mins late. They're dishonest & unprofessional. I will never go back & do business with them again. read more

Best facial EVER!! Elena was wonderful. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. So happy with the results. I can't wait to go back! read more

Thank you so much Evelyn for an amazing massage! Highly recommend her! She is so sweet and makes you feel comfortable!

I love going to this place to get a massage. The minute I walk in, the feeling of serenity fills me. The 2 times I've gone so far have been so wonderful. The massage therapists are very good and professional. I will be returning for sure. read more

I tried this place out because they were affiliated with a chiropractor and had decent reviews. What I found was very mediocre service and knowledge. I kept on having to tell her to stop doing this like she kept on massaging the same ankle area and it hurt. It was the first 90 minute massage where I did not feel adequately relaxed to fall asleep. The music was not to my liking so I asked her to change the music but she said it was connected to the rest of the building? The place was filled with a very strong flowery scent which gave me a headache. If they wanted something relaxing then they should consider lavender? I left the place feeling not relaxed but more pain. I would not go back there. read more

I had a 90 minute massage today with Jennifer and it was AMAZING. She focused on the spots I asked, the pressure was perfect, and I got my full time worth of the massage. The room was very clean, quiet, and relaxing. I highly recommend and can't wait to go back! read more

Thank you Renaissance Therapeutics for such a warm and inviting welcome. I have never been to such a beautiful and professional place of business until now. Jessika was a miraculous message therapist and I would highly recommend her when given the chance. Thank you so much! I look forward to returning in the near future. read more

Great massage for the price. People are pleasant in the office. Will frequent this place more often.

What a clean establishment! By simply walking in the door, I felt a sense of calm. The aesthetician there seems so knowledgeable. I'm so happy to know this place exists. read more

My wife originally found this place with a Groupon purchase. We had tried one other massage place from Groupon in Corona on Hamner that was terrible! So we were a bit apprehensive about this place. But to our complete satisfaction, this place was fantastic. We each had a one hour massage at a great rate. I left there feeling suprised, releived and relaxed. We ened up going back a couple weeks later with the same amazing service. Great place for a great massage at a VERY resonable price. Do not let the look of the location deter you. I thought we might be walking into a, well, lets just say, not so reputable massage parlors. But I was way wrong. Looks a bit shady but is super professional and welcoming service. One suggestion: When they take you to your room, ask for a towel. Once they are done, you are left a bit oily and they don't give you a towel to wipe down with afterward. read more

When I received a massage the therapist kept stopping and checking her phone and never felt like I received a massage more like petting for an hour. I cancelled my membership and they continued to charge me. When I called them to reimburse the charge they said they could not, yet they billed me a week early. When the owner checked the chart and realized they were wrong for billing me early and not cancelling my membership, I received a sorry. Poor customer service in my opinion. Very friendly though. read more

I have had the pleasure of the Renaissance experience for over 7 years. They have always provided a very professional, clean, respectful, peaceful and relaxing environment not to mention their therapists are some of the very best I have ever had!!!!! read more

Such a calm & cooling place. Feels so zen here love the atmosphere and enjoyed my facial and my body massage. My boyfriend loved his body massage as welI wish I could give more than 5 star. It's great going in between my lunch and getting a massage I don't want to go back to work. I love working so close to. I have been to many massage therapists as I carry all of my stress in my neck and shoulders. When I find an amazing place, I stick with them. I have seen both Alyssa and Elena for massage therapy and both are amazing. My regular therapist is Alyssa and she does a wonderful job at focusing on my needs, which usually involves working on my knots. She does deep tissue and I always feel more relaxed and less tight than before I go in. The atmosphere and environment is cute and calming. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great massage. read more

I had a prenatal massage yesterday by Maricela! She was amazing. She listened to what whAt areas I wanted her to work on and performed above and beyond. She really knew how to work out the knots and kinks. I would definitely come back! Highly recommend! read more

I have been going to Renaissance for just over a year and I can't sing their praises enough. Mary and Maricela are both incredible. I finally found a group of message therapists that actually work diligently to loosen my tight muscles and knots, rather than coast over them. I really look forward to my messages (I go every two weeks like clock work) and I always walk out feeling like my time and money was well spent. Please give them a chance - you certainly won't regret it! read more

My roommate bought me a massage here as a birthday present. Being a grad student, I didn't have time to go until I finished school four months after my birthday, and, wow, this was the graduation gift I needed. Jennifer was my therapist, and she really helped to release the tension in my back and shoulders. I can now turn my neck both left and right (something I haven't been able to do since I began school two years ago)! The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend! read more

I've had some pain/tension in my neck and shoulder (and lower back) for a long time and decided to have a massage. Jennifer did a fantastic job on my neck & shoulder and felt a lot better. Very friendly and helpful. I'll come back again soon for another massage session. Highly recommended, I'm giving them five stars! read more

I would have to say that after many years of getting massage therapy with varying results, I have received none better than at Renaissance Therapeutic Massage. First of all, the interior of the spa is calming and inviting -- peacefully artistic. They really make an effort to take you away from the rushing around of your day to a place of comfort and relaxation. Elena, in particular, provided the best massage I've ever had. She rendered the perfect balance of consistently smooth, firm pressure -- Truly amazing! At some places, even when you get the 90-minute massage (which I highly recommend here), you feel as if each body part is getting marked off a checklist so they can move on to the next one. That is not the case here. Everything is incorporated for complete rejuvenation and healing. This was one of those massages that really stays with you. I have tension in the typical areas of shoulders/neck and lower back. As I was walking around later in the day, I continued to notice how my shoulders felt light. What a wonderful experience! Definitely 5 stars! With the professionalism displayed by Elena, I am sure that her entire staff is also outstanding. Looking forward to going back! read more

I went back last Saturday after a 3 1/2 hr hard workout and oh my the massage was amazing. Same therapist, Alex, he was great. And now I took a friend with me and she really liked it too. We are going back in 2 weeks. read more

Elena, Mary, and the other gal (I can't remember her name) are amazing! I came across this gem from a group on and I am so glad that I did. The rooms are quiet, smell nice, and they pay attention to any problematic areas we discuss. I walk out feeling relaxed and with less knots then I had before. I've had massages at other places and it just doesn't compare. read more

If you are looking for a great therapeutic massage this is your place! Ive been coming here for the past 5 years and can't tell you enough how awesome this place is. Mary is my massage therapist and is amazing! I get a deep massage at least once a month with her if not sooner. Sometime every two weeks for 90 minutes. Very nice, friendly and quiet environment. All of the staff at Renaissance are very professional, positive and very kind! I highly recommend you give one of them a try. read more

I am glad I went to check them out before buying a groupon. The moment I walked in the door, the fumes were so strong, I had to walk right back out. They forgot to mention, they were aromatherapy. I have to have a fragrance free environment. They should realize, not everyone wants to walk away smelling like a perfume store. read more
