I have been going to Jennifer for massages for the last year and it has been amazing. It's hard to find a massage therapist that has training and interest in helping those with chronic illness and chronic pain, but Jennifer is up to the challenge and is always dedicated to bringing clients the most possible relief. I really appreciate their body positivity, and that they are nonjudgemental about bodies or size (it's always a relief to find fat friendly practitioners who have furniture that will fit my fat body), and has always made me feel safe and comfortable. Jennifer's headache protocol has even made me more aware of the way muscle tension can contribute to headaches (who knew forearm tension can worsen headaches)? Their training and 20+ years of experience in neuromuscular massage and trigger point therapy have combined to really help support folks in pain, helping get muscles to release their knots (which feels so good for people like me that have knots on top of knots and have had them for years). I have been trying different massage places within Corona to find the right therapist and all I can say is that Jennifer is to date the best that I have found. Every place that I have patronized has focused only on going through their standard massage routine to kill time. Jennifer is different. She focused on areas that she could tell had tension and needed to be worked on while she focused less on areas that didn't have any need for attention. I was very happy with her attitude and Jennifer's demeanor. She is easy to talk to and I strongly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a massage therapist that will actually help work out tension knots versus just killing time for a massage. I visited Jennifer last night as a first time client. All I can say is WOW - she is AMAZING! This was hands down the best massage I've ever had. I scheduled a 60 minute Deep Tissue massage and Jennifer went over my concerns with me beforehand and did everything to make sure I was 100% comfortable the entire time. She used techniques that I've never had incorporated before at other "chain" massage centers, and these techniques WORKED. I can't recommend Jennifer highly enough. I've had a lot of massages and she does an amazing job. She goes over every inch, working on trigger points and tension knots. I don't go in for a relaxation massage. I work on the computer and make jewelry so my neck/shoulders/back need regular work and Jennifer provides that.
