Since my previous review, the company reached out to me directly and took the time to explain the issues they were having with appointments. I really appreciated the professionalism and willingness to address my concerns instead of ignoring them. They also gave me helpful recommendations on the best way to schedule appointments going forward to avoid any future problems. It's refreshing to see a business that genuinely cares about customer experience and communication. That level of follow-up and accountability definitely improved my impression, and I appreciate the effort they made to make things right. read more

Had a 90 minute massage today probably the worst deep tissue massage I've had in years. It started with the masseuse stepping on my back which was ok but the rest of the massage was nowhere near a deep tissue worst than a regular massage. She will massage on one spot like my calf or my arm for a few minutes like barely putting pressure and the rest of 1hr and 15 minutes felt the same . Not sure if she was falling asleep or on her phone or something. I also had to put my own shirt on the whole where you put your face on to avoid the bad foul odor as if the sheet hasn't been changed for a while. Never coming back on this place. read more

Amazing!!! I live in Anaheim & drive to riverside just to see Diana! She does so great! Thinking of getting a membership asap! Deff recommend! ‍ read more

I believe her name was Diana, she did a GREAT job. I'm a big dude so I need a lot of pressure when I get a massage, and she was more than up for the task. I had a really bad knot in my shoulder, and she got it out. Even for the short session, I feel great. Recommend calling ahead to book but I believe they do walks in's too. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience here. Definitely will be coming again for more sessions! read more

Clean, did a nice massage. Will go back again. I had deep tissue which was done well, my sister had medium with hot stones. She said hers was wonderful. read more

Great service & so relaxing. I went in last Minute with no appointment and they gladly took me. I felt safe and the atmosphere was amazing. My masseuse was Diana 10/10! She's truely the best and so kind. They provide messages for you back or whole body with Essential oils. read more

Massage was great. However, the service was horrible. I booked a couples massage for my partner and I. When we got there, there weren't enough masseuses so we had to wait about 15-30 min before someone came and started our massage. During the massage, the masseuses kept chatting with each other. They kept giggling about their conversations. At one point during our service, they asked if we wanted special oil. My partner initially agreed but then they mentioned it would be extra so then we politely declined. As the masseuse was going to get the regular oil, she told another person in the back room in Chinese "they can't pay extra for oil??" We didn't need special oil, so why should we pay for it? They thought that they could talk in Chinese but I understood everything... At the end of our service, they practically held us up at the door until we tipped the both of them. Not coming back here again. read more

Brought daughter in for a massage because she was having some lower back pain and came out feeling better.

I just went to Healthy Spa the first time ever. Diana was my therapist. I am in so much pain due to sciatica flare up on my left side. When I say that Diana was amazing I am not kidding. I have been going for deep tissue massages for years due to health issues. Diana was hands down the BEST masseuse I have ever had. How lucky I was to find her. I will definitely be back. Thank you Diana for helping me. Much love read more

Booked a date night couples massage for myself and my wife. Called on Monday for a Friday 5pm appointment. They took my phone number only. No deposit was required. When my wife and I got there, they told us our appointment was at 4pm. I clearly stated I called on Monday for 5pm. They had it wrong. And she said they "waited for us" but no one came. If that's was the case and you had our phone number, why wouldn't you call and see why someone didn't show that had an appointment? They asked how long we wanted a massage for and we told them one hour. They said they already had a 5:30 booked. So they couldn't fit us in. We drove over 40 minutes to get here cus they apparently had good reviews. We paid our babysitter to watch our son just so we could come here. So disappointing. Don't recommend this place, they don't have organization. They need a better booking system than just taking a phone number. I clearly said 5pm on the phone and they wrote down 4pm and then don't even call to see where you're at. read more

Healthy Spa Massage - Lobby - Massage Therapy Near Me - Riverside, California

Diana is very good at providing excellence service. I have been a repeat customer as well as my Bride and we both walk away feeling much better post the therapy. I would without a doubt recommend this establishment if you need massage therapy for your aches and pains. read more

the massage was ok but the negligence of one of the employees has caused me pain for 2yrs. Had one of the therapist insist on standing on me instead of just massaging harder. She stoos on one spot making me feel like I was getting crushed then she slips on my back and I've been having paint ever since. I'm 6ft 210 so I'm not a small person either read more

First time customer, came in as a group of 4. These ladies provided great customer service. The massage I chose was 1 hour massage including hot stone massage and essential oils. The most relaxing experience. My masseuse was Diana. Will definitely return. read more

Highly recommend Selina and Healthy Spa. Very professional and truly helped me move a lot better. My joints are always very tight and after a 90 min massage I was able to move very well and felt very relaxed. Selina really took her time to make sure the areas that needed more work with knots was worked out. Don't hesitate to ask for Selina. Highly recommend. read more

Diana gave me an excellent full body massage, very deep, just as I like it. I walked in, but she told me that it is better to make an appointment. Clean and comfortable environment. $60. For 60 minutes, $20 for body scrub and $20 for table shower. read more

I came and in and was welcomed by Vivian. She's professional and made me feel welcomed right away. Very clean, quiet and welcoming!!! read more

I moved into the area recently and was looking for a good masseuse. Read Google reviews, very help! Diana's name was mentioned a couple of times, saying that she was very good, so I made an appointment with her and sure she does know what she's doing! I have plenty of experience with massages in different places, and believe me, I had a good feeling as soon as I entered this place, the first time today, a very clean & calming environment. Per Diana, 5 girls work here, all licensed. I saw multiple licenses were displayed in the waiting area. Diana did a great job, I'm telling you, she has magic hands! My neck & shoulder tensions have released a lot. I have just a couple of minor comments (1) answering the phone once during massage, I figured she was performing front desk duties as well, in the massage room, lol. (2) talking with other employees during massage. Again, these are very minor comments and can easily be fixed! I just had to mention these because this is a very competitive field, and such a small thing can make or break the deal. For me, overall, I had a good experience and definitely will come back! I bought  promotional $90/2 massages, 1 hour each. I paid an additional $10 for hot stone & essential oils for better results. I thought it's a good price. I will probably be back in a couple of weeks to get the 2nd massage. Thank you, Diana, and I hope you have a wonderful vacation! read more

I'm very skeptical about some places. I saw their sign 20.00 massage, so I went in. She said it's 20.00 for 15 minutes 40.00 for 30 minutes and so on. I'm like ok I'll try it out. Now when I come here I always make an appointment to get Diana, try the hot rocks wow, so worth it. Diana is so awesome I keep going back to her, you can have two woman give a massage, but you have to pay for the other person to do it too. read more

Cindy was excellent! The entire massage was so great. One of the best massages I've had. She uses just enough pressure to where it feels amazing. I did the 1 hour full body massage. Though pricey, I think it was worth it. They charge $60 an hour but I also got an additional hot stone and essential oil massage which was another $10. read more

I have been at a conference in Riverside this entire week. I wanted to find an Asian Massage that gave a relaxing Swedish therapeutic massage. After reviewing posts I settled on Healthy Spa. I am glad I did! I had Vivian, once early in the week and again at the end. She is a wonderful person with strong English and good values. The other girls at the spa seemed very friendly but respectful of the fact that I did not want "four hand" massage. I recommend this spa. read more

I decided to give this place a try since I've been looking for a place close to me that I will enjoy. I saw the sign while driving by so my cousin and I decided to give a try. The place overall was ok nothing to be wowed over. The girls there were nice but hard to understand and communicate. The masseuse ask the level of strength I wanted which was nice. What I didn't like is that we didn't get explained that the hot rocks and anything else was extra charge. But most of all what I didn't enjoy was that we didn't get our feet done, how can a body massage not include the feet, this is the first time that has happened at a massage place. My cousin asked about her feet and they told her next time no more time. What!!! Make sure to ask what's included in the price before getting service. read more

Entirely Too hard on the sensitive area in my neck, I had to tell her three time to ease up before she did laughed like it was a joke, then told me in the end that my back didn't have any knots which is bad, that's the whole reason why I came, not sure if it was miscommunication but I'm more tense than before, idk how they have 5 stars on google for this place, I won't be returning. read more

Called and made appointment (giving them my phone number in case something came up) and then confirmed we were going to be a few minutes early. The girl said that was fine. When we drove over and walked in she informed us that they had accepted other clients and told us to come back in 40 minutes. We didn't have an extra 40 minutes to wait.....very bad service. read more

The best massage I ever had! Vivian worked out the knots in my shoulders and neck. Clean, relaxing and the price is very reasonable!

My wife and I went in for a couples massage today, this was our first time here and it won't be our last. We both received the most amazing massages compared to the one we have received from other places nearby. Clean, smelled nice, easy to communicate with. Definitely a 5 star for us. read more
