I have been here a few times now. This is a great establishment. The girls are very friendly. The prices are great as well. I really like Lisa. She is very attentive to the areas you need the most. Diane, Lucy and Jennie are wonderful as well. read more

This location is a bit far from where I live, but I've been coming to this massage therapist for over six or seven years (as far as I can remember). I've tried other massage places during that time, but I always end up coming back here. Their service is consistently excellent, and they always meet -- and often exceed -- my expectations. Highly recommend! read more

Since my previous review, the company reached out to me directly and took the time to explain the issues they were having with appointments. I really appreciated the professionalism and willingness to address my concerns instead of ignoring them. They also gave me helpful recommendations on the best way to schedule appointments going forward to avoid any future problems. It's refreshing to see a business that genuinely cares about customer experience and communication. That level of follow-up and accountability definitely improved my impression, and I appreciate the effort they made to make things right. read more

Sophia is the best. !!!! Very professional. Highly recommend. Very good staff too

Jenny is amazing! The atmosphere is very relaxing and the women are very kind. Jenny gave me one of the best massages of my life. I've had a pretty bad headache and she managed to relieve some of that pain. Will be returning with my boyfriend for a couples massage read more

I went to this shop after traveling several hours and my back was all messed up and in need of massage I was greeted at the door with a warm welcome by the masseuse,(Johanna) who walked me back to the room . Very professional and friendly! The massage was wonderful and she did a great job at making me feel at ease as she worked on my back by time the massage was over my back was 100 percent feeling better I highly recommend this place and masseuse Everything is legit and not like some of the other places that just want to get your money and not care about customer This this masseuse is amazing and did a great job on my back and I will return there for sure when I'm passing through town read more

paid for $60 for 60min massage & halfway through it they told me they could only do 30min cause they got busy and offered a shower bath i accepted but was still upset since i just wanted the massage & they did the shower bath in only 1 minute with everything seemed so rushed & as i was walking out she called me back to leave a tip i left a small tip & she was asking me to put more after they couldn't even complete the service i paid for. read more

My wife and I came in for a couples massage. The place is very clean and the staff treated us very well. Diana was my massage therapist, and she did an amazing job, the pressure was perfect, and the flow was perfect. I highly recommend her. read more

I received a full body massage from Sofia and she was so sweet. The manager was also very nice. It was mine and my sister's first time here and we were really pleased with our service. Would highly recommend if you need a relaxing massage. read more

It is now under new management and is not as good as it was. The service has gone from very comfortable to pushing for extras and no longer fun. read more

Lovely massage lidy and dian were amazing me and my sister loved the massage literally untied every knot in my shoulders!

Bought a couples massage deal on Groupon which included a 60 min Swedish or deep tissue massage & hot stones. We would've given it 5 stars, but there was some customer service issues. The first time trying to come, I got a text message from one of the staff 26 mins before the appt to move the time to 30 minutes later. Unfortunately, we had a tight schedule, so we rescheduled to the following week. When we got here for the new appt, I guess there was a scheduling error because Lucy asked if we could come back 2 hours later. We were okay with it, so we did, but when we came back, we were asked if we could wait another 30 mins. because the owner/boss had an emergency for their child. I get it, & I'm really understanding, but they could have called us to let us know, rather than have us come back & forth the way we did. So we clarified 30 mins, left, came back, & were immediately taken cared of. Lucy did my fiancé's massage, & Melly did mine (sorry if incorrect name, this is what I understood). Honestly probably one of the best massages I've had. Dim lighting & quiet. Not one of the nicest looking places inside and outside, but definitely clean, so we were okay with it. We were really upset with all the earlier stated issues, but the massages we received definitely made up for it & saved what would have been a negative review. Just a few tips to help the owner out: 1. Please have a schedule/planner. Include about an extra 15 mins on top of the allotted time for customers removing/putting on clothing. 2. Just in case, especially when having customers come back, get their contact/number for any changes. Not many people would be as nice & accommodating as we were, especially people who drive more than 30 mins one-way. We hope to come again, give it another try, & update this for a better review & rating. read more

Initially, this small business made an intelligent choice in enrollment of a Groupon offer in order to attract new customers. The timely response I received was informing me there was no evening appointments offered for Groupon purchases. I mentioned that wasn't stated in the guidelines presented in their offer .( I'm a night nurse and am only comfortable with evenings) I was then encouraged to cancel my order and my review and disappointment was "good". I don't believe this is a space for stress relief.I feel upset without having an opportunity to even give their employees a try. I feel badly they overlook what their services could potentially provide to help people with stress. As well as why they originally agreed to offering a Groupon to attract potential business in the first place. I wish them well. We all make mistakes in life. read more

They won't ask you any questions about your physical health before pressing into you so hard that you feel like you were in a car accident the day later. Plus I got to freeze the whole time I was there and on my way out I got harassed for a tip. No I won't return. I'm clearly spoiled by good places that give excellent massages like GLEN IVY! Thanks for the Groupon "deal" I'm not driving a BMW (you were) showing up late to work (you were) then shaking down the customer with a 15 year old crap car for a tip! (You did!) Sucks read more

Well new management is worse than previous. This establishment WILL NOT HONOR GIFTCARDS OR GROUPONS. Spoke to the owner yesterday to arrange an appointment for 11am today for couples massage. Here now at 10:45am and the lady at front desk refuses to see us. She will not take the valid Groupon we have already paid for and the business has already been paid on. Told her we have the appointment slot booked and confirmed, and she just blank stared at us saying she doesn't even have time to see us. This is a criminal business that wants to be paid twice and is using Groupon for free marketing. There was no misunderstanding at all as I saw my name down in the appointment book. read more

Best place for a deep tissue massage in Riverside, Clean , professional, and strong hands , thank you Tiffany

I completely understand COVID and trying their best. However I still only give two stars. One star for getting us in the same day and one star for even being open for COVID. Me and my fiancé went to this massage place because we found it on Groupon. We called ahead to ensure we can get in and they told us they couldn't take our Groupon. Didn't bother us because we didn't buy it yet. So we went and they put us in a room very quickly. However the massage was horrible! They were going so fast not even holding pressure points or making it relaxing. They just rushed through it, like someone was just rubbing your body fast. They also used pretty much an entire bottle of oil on me, we could see all the oil drippings when we got up. I understand that there was only two of them but whenever someone walked in or the phone rang they stopped our massage and went to help that person about 10 different times! They continuously dropped the hot stones making it loud and noisy and talked extremely loud. It was both uncomfortable and unprofessional. When we were done they ran off trying to help other people, so we were going to leave and she ran after us asking for a $20 tip! Completely UNPROFESSIONAL especially after such a terrible service. Then proceeded to argue with us about why she deserves a tip, and we listed all the things that happened to us above and let us go with only tipping $10. I didn't want to tip anything, but like I said I understand the economy right now. Overall I do not recommend anyone using this place. read more

Closed. Groupon refunded me. Sounds like it was a horrible experience for those who actually went. RIP

My wife and I came 40 minutes away to get a couple massage, when we showed up they told us they mixed up our appointment and gave it to someone else. We were waiting for them to fix it, but just looked at us with a blank stare. So my wife said well what's going to happen, and they replied... it's too late we already started the other person's massage, you would think there was only (1) person working here. No accommodations, Nothing at all, My wife and I will never come back to this place ever again, customer service was horrible , and they had no integrity. read more

Awful customer service. I made an appointment 2weeks ago for a couples massage and when we showed up they said there was a mixup and they took the wrong person. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I advised the lady in the front counter that I should of read her Yelp reviews before coming because they are bad. Now I know why, it's unfortunate that I drove 40 minutes just to be turned away. But just a heads up, I noticed a sign that said mandatory $10 tip per person for every 60 minutes. I had never seen a mandatory tip sign (lol). It's unfortunate they probably don't get tips with that kind of service. read more

Bought the Groupon. Called and made an appointment. On the day of the appointment they said they had no record of our reservation. Told us to come back later and wanted our Groupon code before we left. Overall thoughts on this business: -poor communication -facility was sloppy -poor customer service -unprofessionally dresses Would not recommend to anyone. read more

I really do love this place and the rooms are nice and I have had great massages. Unfortunately I won't be going back! As you pay for your service they tell you it's a $10 mandatory tip per person. I have even been pressured to give a $20 tip when my massage cost $69. I always tip and $10 is what I usually tip but it's the fact being told the tip is mandatory is what upsets me. read more

There were many issues with this place and maybe because it's new but experience was not a great one. I received this as a Groupon gift for a 90 minute deep tissue massage. I attempted to call to schedule an appointment but I never got anyone to answer (during business hours) and I didn't feel like leaving a message. I tried their online booking but it would not take my Groupon voucher. So I walked in and waited for about 15-20 minutes for anyone to come to the front. Finally, someone did and explained they were booked and could not take walk-ins, which was fine but I needed to book an appointment. I explained I had tried to call and book online and she was very adamant she answers all calls and asked what day I called (I thought why the hell would I lie about calling? I'm here now). She didn't know why I couldn't book online. Any who fast forward to appointment day. I arrived an hour early in case there were any cancellations; there were none (which was fine I took an gamble). I waited in the front little lobby area for about 30 minutes before anyone even noticed I was there; not really feeling safe about that. I did notice the phone ring several times and no one answering. Later a couple arrives for their couples massage which is an hour and now I'm calculating in my head that's not going to be enough time for my appointment to be on time. Especially, since there's only two people working. The owner tells me it'll be 30 minutes late but I know she's not being honest since the couple was already starting late. In the meantime, another lady walks in with a booked appointment for the same time as me. She waits 30 minutes to be told they don't take online reservations and they will not be able to service her. That's awful customer service. An hour after my scheduled appointment (total of 2 hours since i arrived early), I finally get my "deep tissue" massage. Yeah, that was not deep tissue, and it made my back spasm. My 90 minute massage was cut short by at least 15 minutes. It was not relaxing to hear an entire conversation between the owner and the next customer for my 60-75 minute massage. The massage lady was very nice. But I would never go back again nor would I recommend this place based on my experience. read more

WOW! Came here and asked for Emmy (she was the best, read previous review) they said she doesnt work there any more and they can have someone as good as her do my massage. What a joke. The lady that did my massage was the one answering phones. Every time the phone rang in the middle of the session, she would pick up! Rude. The massage was THE WORST I've gotten EVER! She massaged me so quick like she was rushing and it was NOT relaxing at all! I literally wanted to get up and be like forget it, because I felt like I was in more pain then I was. I will definitely not be going here anymore! SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME! read more

Haven't even visited yet and already super disappointed. My boyfriend decided to buy a Groupon for us to finally get some spa time to use today. He called and they told him that they aren't accepting groupons until later next month. Then why do you have groupons available then????????? Take it down if you're not going to accept them. Called them right now as well and were not flexible. Super unprofessional. read more

ask for "Aada" , she is good. They Answer calls during the massage...weird. Lol If tip is less than what "they feel" is deserved, a patronizing chart with tips is pointed to. So be prepared. read more

Nancy was AMAZIIIIING! Gave me a wonderful prenatal massage. Found them on Groupon they are Super friendly and very helpful took me in right away did couple massage with my boo we both really enjoyed it it felt so relaxing I been really sore from work out so they hit the spot doing medium/gentle massage with me while my bf did deep tissue massage they were very professional I will be coming again :) read more

This place was amazing! I made a 3pm couples massage today with no problem at all. They actually paid attention to the knots I had around my neck and shoulders. My boyfriend had a lot of knots in his calves and back, they took them all out. I was so relaxed and refreshed at the end of the message. Me and my boyfriend are defiantly coming back here again in the future and I'm recommending this place to other couples I know. They even rubbed the hot stones all over the body and a facial massage with them which felt AMAZING!! This place is a hidden gem. Great service! read more

I'm only giving 2 stars because my boyfriend enjoyed his massage. We purchased the groupon for couples massage, which included swedish or deep tissue + facial + foot scrub, it was a great deal. Kevin who I spoke to and made the appointment with was nice. The day of however, no one understood what we were trying to communicate, the person doing my massage only did half of my back, no shoulders or neck was included, nor a "foot scrub" as advertised. She also massaged the top of my legs with the towel on, barely touching me. At the end, she was like, ok 75 minutes is up, I asked her what happened to the other side of my back, shoulders, neck and foot scrub, and she just kept saying your 75 minutes is up. I'll never go back! And to top it off, she had the nerve to say "you pay tip" when we were leaving, we tipped the lady that did his massage $20 but I needed some of my money back. read more

Purchased a couples massage Groupon, booked 90 min same day no problem. Came in the massage therapist listed on my online booking were the ones that gave us the massages. Overall great massages and reflexology with hot stones. The only reason I'm taking off one star is due to the noise because you can hear everything since the rooms aren't enclosed. read more

The message was painful! She kept pinching me all over. She messaged me over a towl and used me as a human punching bag. THEN.. GET THIS. I was unhappy and left a 4 dollar tip. She came out and before I could leave she showed me the 4 dollars and said "this is only 4 dollars wheres the rest?" She pretty much made me write an extra 10 dollar tip on the receipt that I paid for before the message. She was watching over me and all three of them made a big ass deal about it. Very unpleasant experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

If I could do 3.5 stars I would. Here's my issue, I don't like paying for a massage before I get it, then made to tip afterwards. My husband and I came here for a couples massage and it was decent, mine was rougher than I wanted at the time while his, he said was too soft. We also didn't get aromatherapy during our visit, but our hot stone massage was great. The pictures are misleading as to what it looks like. It wasn't bad enough to where we wouldn't return, but since we live kinda out of range we probably won't return. read more

Not the pleasant experience I expected. What was up with trying to use a bath towel over me and massaging on top of it? Had to ask for a sheet. The deep tissue massage was painful especially since I asked for a relaxing Swedish massage! Told Eva she was using too much pressure but didn't seem to matter or she didn't understand. 5 days later my neck still hurts. Will not be going back. By the way picture of lobby is not what it actually looks like...not as nice. read more

NEVER GOT A MASSAGE. The lady who came out to greet me was so incredibly rude! I stood there for 10 mins after being waved off as unimportant before I walked out disappointed. read more

Amazing massage with friendly staff! I don't know why there's only one review with one star only. My boyfriend and I had the couples massage with a facial. We circled the areas that would like special attention and she nailed it for me. Paid special attention to my back and calves and literally took out all of the knots. I recommend you come 10 minutes early to fill out a form but she was nice enough to massage us a little longer to compensate. It was a nice and clean environment and this is definitely going to be my go to spot now. Also, we called and ask before purchasing the groupon and she said we can just come in and pay and she'll honor the Groupon price! I prefer this over going through Groupon ‍ read more
