I scheduled a 60 minute combo and they said I didn't have enough $ on this card for the combo and needed 15 more bucks! What the heck!???? This was seriously one of the best massages I've ever had. Pressure was great and they found knots I didn't even realize were there. There are curtains around each table for privacy with soft music playing and lights dimmed to a relaxing level once you go past the lobby. The very first massage I received was amazing. The lady did a wonderful job. I was expecting to get one each week for personal pamper and self care. I went back the next week and received a massage from the man that works there. It didn't compare to the previous massage. He also was distracted... got up a few times, came back with nothing so I don't think he got up in regards to the service. Got a 60 minute combo massage for $40 plus $10 tip. I called and requested a woman and was told a woman would massage me. Once I paid and was inside they said a guy would do it, they said he was good. I had no choice but to agree and once the man started massaging me everything was okay until he made me turn around and kept touching my butt, he kept trying to roll the towel into my pants way past my butt, exposing my butt and I think I had to raise my pants up over 5 times and he continued to attempt to lower them. It was so uncomfortable. He also continued to massage my butt and keep his hands on my butt besides me continuously moving. I've never wanted to leave somewhere so fast. This is my go to place for massage. HOWEVER, I guess you win some you lose some. I should have known something was up when the lady said it's only $5 more to go into the private room. So I said yes, because I thought maybe they were busy, or something and didn't have any of the regular stations open. That was not the case. When she took me back they looked empty for 5 pm. And they make you pay up front, which is a little awkward because you have to tip them up front, as well. And it's really not about the money, but it's more about the service that I usually receive that was absent this time. First and foremost I normally get the 70 minutes combo which involves a foot soak and in-depth foot massage. I work 50 plus hours a week on my feet and I really need it. This massage was ten minutes shorter for paying $5 more. (and I pointed to the massage I wanted on the board, the one I always get, and she said for $5 more you can have a private room. Said nothing about a different massage.) This massage involved me being on a table, no foot soak, and this woman, who was far too small to massage a tall person on a table, basically rubbed oil on me for an hour. I tried to tell her on the way in this isn't the type of massage I wanted. And she kept saying hot stones, hot stones. And I said I didn't really want hot stones. So it was her rubbing me with oil, her hitting me with hot stones, and elbowing me in the head probably like 50 times. When she had me flip over she put lotion on her hands and rubbed it all over my face. There was no attempt to massage, or find pressure points, or relieve my sinuses, which were clogged from being faced down forever. She basically rubbed all the makeup down my face. And I literally never had anybody touch my eyes in a massage before. My eyes itched afterwards. When she finally got to my feet, which is mostly why I come, she rubbed oil on the top, never touched the bottom, and basically that was it. I tried to tell her afterwards that it wasn't about the money, it's just that I didn't want that type of massage. It was really weak in comparison to every other time I had come. Such a dissapointment from a place that I really like. They were busy talking to a guy in the lobby when I dressed and came out front, so I just refused the water and said thank you and left. I'm not trying to be passive-aggressive with this post, but I usually have such a great experience there that this was really the exception to that rule. Really, really bad. Made a appointment and was easy to get in. I chose the 60 min combo. Amazing! You are in the open & this massage/reflexology is with your clothes on. So dress comfy! They first get warm water to soak your feet in. Then they start with your shoulders and work there way down. Best part is they have this warm hot pack on your back. It was because they were lower than I thought they were going to be compared to "chain businesses". I ended up getting the massage in a private room for 1.5 hours. It was only $65... It was full body (head and feet too) combo and included the hot stones for your back. I went back a few days later and the service was just as good. I did notice if you don't get the private room option, you're out in the open with everyone else.... Well, I Feet Massage, weren't you just a lovely surprise? I rarely indulge in massages. When I do, I usually receive them from some kind of fancy spa where the the room smells like lavender and you drink fruit infused water by a fountain afterward. Mistake. Last night I realized I've been wasting my money. This was my first time at a place like this. I wasn't sure what to expect but thanks to trusty yelp, I thought it was a safe gamble. I walked in around 8 pm without an appointment. I originally wanted a foot massage only (they offer them for 20 bucks) because I have killer plantar that has really been making my life miserable lately, but after seeing the price for a 60 minute combo, I thought "treat yoself!" So I did. The room is large and there are several beds where other people are being serviced. There are private rooms but you have to pay more. The atmosphere is relaxing and everything was neat and clean.They started off with placing my feet in a warm bucket of water. For 35 minutes or so they worked on my head, face, shoulders, arms, and feet - in that order. Since my primary reason for visiting was to get a foot massage, I was a little disappointed when I noticed she only spent a few minutes on my left foot (my better foot) - but she must've been able to tell that my right foot needed the work because she spent considerably more time on that foot and WENT IN. Oh my heavens, was I loving it. Afterward, she worked on my back for the remainder of the time...and BOY DID SHE WORK IT. I am sore today from it. That tiny woman is SO STRONG! I've never had a massage this intense before... I came out of there with my right foot pain gone and feeling a lot looser overall - and all for $30! You know how when you visit a massage envy, etc, they'll say "be sure to stay hydrated after your massage because your body has released lots of toxins and you may feel blah blah blah, etc, etc, etc." I always heard that but never believed it because I never felt much of anything after a massage. But this one? I definitely felt a difference. I ended up having a slight headache and overall just felt very depleted and dehydrated, so I ended up drinking a lot of water to feel better. Just a heads up! That's what happens when the massage does what it's supposed to! I will 100% be returning. This is my new spot and now that I see and feel an actual difference, I will be making these "treat yoself" sessions a more regular occurrence. read more

We were so excited when this place first opened we would go once a week. Then every time you found a good therapist they were gone. The last three times we came In for a massage the employees are so chatty with one another during the whole massage session that it's hard to relax and the worst part of it all is that a 1hr massage is now 38min max!! We wouldn't take the $5.00 that she tried reimbursing us after we payed for our services because that's not what we wanted! We just needed a good full massage ... I normally don't give reviews but after last nights experience I feel I need to. I found this location on Yelp and call in advance to confirm they accept walk ins and card payment. The receptionist who answered confirmed they do. I arrive at 8:30pm and am told it is by appointment and cash only. After explaining that i just called to confirm the receptionist says she'll make an exception if I go get cash from the 7/11 next door. Once I get the cash the receptionist asks which massage and how long. I express I want the 90 min hot stone massage in a private room. At this point it is 8:45pm and only the two of us. I would expect her to lock the front door if there is no one else to guard the front desk. She begins the massage which was uncomfortable to say the least. I figured it would get better once she brought out the hot stones. After a few mins she brings steamed towels. I ask if she'll be using the stones soon and she says they don't do that. I agree to stay and try to enjoy the rest of the massage. Sudden I hear the door open and I hear an older mans voice. The lady stops my massage to attend him. Once she returned I hear footsteps as if this man was freely walking around. Mind you the private rooms do not have doors only curtains. The lady once again stops my massage to attend the man. I felt so uncomfortable I get up and dressed. I tell the lady I'm uncomfortable and if I could have my money back. She pretended not to understand me and even grabbed her phone to translate if I was going to tip her for her service. I was furious and walked out.
