I first contacted "The Massage Dude" on 8/12 through yelp to request an appointment and inform him of my issues. He gave me some information and I set the appointment up for this week, 8/19 at 4pm. We went back and forth about his availability. And I understood he was very busy because he has GREAT reviews so duh, why wouldn't he be booked up. Fast forward to a day or two after I scheduled the appointment. He sends me a text messages stating that he has to push my appointment back to "7-8". I informed him I could not do it that late and asked if he had any other availability. I got no response. A day later I texted him and asked the same question. He apologized for the delay and said he was moving things around to fit me in. Fine, I let him be for the weekend. Hoping to hear back so I can plan my week around this massage that I seriously need! And unfortunately still nothing. So, I reached out to him one last time, via text, to inquire about his availability. I can see that he has read my text. But has still failed to respond. At the very least, it would have been nice to get some type of response letting me know he was not able to fit me in. Not just straight up ignoring me. Now, for me and whomever else still cares about customer service, you have lost a potential client. We are all busy. But as a business owner, it is your responsibility to communicate effectively.
