It was very frustrating and disappointing, especially after taking the time to confirm beforehand. I would be careful about purchasing gift cards or prepaying for services here if appointments may not be honored unless they're not busy. I was told by the owner or manager, I'm not sure what her role specifically was basically told me I did not tip enough and I should tip more because there is a minimum standard.
