She found the exact places that needed extra attention, reminded me when I forgot to breathe, and seemed to have an intuitive way about her work. However, when I arrived, I was told I no longer had an appointment because I "took too long to respond." It was very frustrating and disappointing, especially after taking the time to confirm beforehand. I would be careful about purchasing gift cards or prepaying for services here if appointments may not be honored unless they're not busy. Communication and consistency with scheduling really need improvement.
