I have been going to Ally for a about a year now. She is great and I don't want to go to anywhere else. The environment is great, clean and welcoming. I usually get a deep tissue massage and the amount of pressure she uses is perfect. I have chronic back pain and when I leave my back feels a lot better. In my experience today I was charged more than $75 over the price on their website for services. I walked back to show them the error that I was sure was made in earnest. Unfortunately, I spent the next hour arguing and asking to be charged the advertised price, even after they acknowledged that the advertised price on their website was incorrect. The owner herself refused to refund me until I stated I wasn't comfortable leaving until charged the right price. After three phone calls they finally agreed to charge me the right price. I spoke with the owner on the phone less than a week after my initial visit & she was very kind & understanding about how I felt after I left. She reassured me that that's not usually how visits are handled & that she spoke with Kylie & she sincerely wasn't aware of what happened with my skin or she would have said something. I have sensitive skin and the exfoliation didn't bother me at all. It was the perfect amount. My skin looked so clean and fresh afterward and I even got to see what came out of my pores. As a result of having foot surgery and not being able to walk for the past 6 weeks, I had some areas that were very achey and needed attention. Rose applied just the right amount of pressure everywhere and was extremely careful when working around my broken foot. She really listened to me and tailored my massage to fit my requests. She might be a tiny lady but she can give a real deep massage! She really worked on my knots and found knots I didn't even know I had! I felt like a new person after. She was very professional and easy to talk to. She used hot rocks on me and I just melted. There was also aromatherapy and cute little fountains. It was super relaxing!
