Shortly after walking through the door, things took a turn. I was given the intake form which I completed. Then I was told, I had to pay before my services were even started. The woman at the front told me she would "maybe be leaving early" because she had "stuff to do." She said you normally pay after but I would be paying before. Worst case scenario, I was racially profiled and made to pay early. Less worst case scenario, I was still treated differently than normal and as a first time guest. I wasn't offered any refreshments or anything. I stuck it out because my boyfriend put thought into it, but the experience was ruined before it even started for me. I hoped the massage would make up for it...it didn't. My door was left open which is weird considering I had no clothes on and the massage was just alright. Once completed, the masseuse left the room with my door open again for me to have to get up nearly naked to close it so I could get dressed. I turned on the lights to see the satin pillow topper that was removed once I turned from lying on my stomach to my back during the massage was on the floor. I'll include a picture of what I saw and was lying on. I quickly got dressed and made my way to the exit where a choir of employees started the "excuse me, excuse me!" chant as if I was running out without paying. If you're going to make me pay ahead of time, communicate that to others so I'm not accosted while trying to leave. All and all, I won't be coming back and I don't know how they have good reviews.

It's definitely a more low-key vibe, doesn't give you that main stream industry spa feeling but it's very clean and healthy, and instantly makes you feel relaxed once inside. We offer for a 60 minute session being it was my friend's first time ever getting a massage and it was a very nice experience. They ensure that they ask questions to make sure that it was either enough pressure or too much, etc.. They were very friendly and I did enjoy the experience. The only thing I could say that I wasn't necessarily too fond of was when it came to pay I paid the total and I gave a tip ... I was told by the owner or manager, I'm not sure what her role specifically was basically told me I did not tip enough and I should tip more because there is a minimum standard. That's the only thing I would say I wasn't too fond of because in the world of tips a tip is not supposed to be delegated by the establishment.. so I felt peer pressure into giving more tip... but she should not do that because you don't know the background of people you don't know how much money people do or do not have so. I don't think that was necessarily nice. But the massage therapist were great and amazing! So I can't say I will not come back.

Previously, I'd come once or twice a month and have Max do my 90 mins massage and it was great - he got all the kinks out. But shortly after, some changes happened, Max and Ann are gone, and the massage techs they had didn't quite meet the expectations - basically and unfortunately sub par so I stopped supporting the business. Scrolling through yelp, I decided to check this place out since I'm in need of a massage without breaking the bank and just to see how it's going and noticed "new soothing spa" with the new management as advertised. I gave it a try and surprised!!! there's another Max on their payroll so I got him as my massage tech and yes he got the kinks out, very professional, quiet but efficient - much deserved massage long coming. And no he's a different Max I'm told lol. Hopefully no changes happening so I'll be doing the monthly massages again. Thanks for a great massage - very comfortable, name said it - soothing and peaceful since it's Tuesday noon time, clean and value for your money. Plus the appliance store next door wasn't blasting their music through the walls either so that's ++ in my book although some guy working at that store decided to half block my truck so I had a challenging time getting into it to be able to drive - affected my peaceful aura but that's a different review entirely lol..... Amazing Zen Massage Experience I recently had a Zen massage, and it was an incredible experience. The atmosphere was tranquil, with calming music and a soothing ambiance that instantly put me at ease. Skilled Techniques The therapist utilized a combination of heated stones and aromatherapy, which worked wonders on my tension. Their ability to target the "sweet spots" in my muscles with precise pressure and stretching left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Lasting Benefits After the session, I felt a profound sense of calm and noticed improved flexibility. I highly recommend this therapeutic approach for anyone seeking deep relaxation and relief from stress read more

I'm a fan of massages!! As an "older woman" there's nothing…read morebetter actually than having someone make all your pains subside for a while and that's what I feel like after visiting here. I've been twice now- This time I picked a 60 minute massage for $60 that had oil and mentioned good for sports injuries or something. This is the answer to all of that and also, just going to say it- It feels like love I just decided that I'm going to make it an every payday treat because I deserve it (and I'm spending less money and food & alcohol anyway!) 0/5 stars - This place feels like a total scam…read more If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I bought a Groupon for a massage here and it was a complete waste of time. The owner puts up Groupons for people to purchase but then refuses to actually book appointments. She said they only take walk-ins for Groupon customers, and if she's busy, she just won't take you. When I asked, "Okay, so when are you available?" her answer was basically, "We're never available right now." I then asked, "So how am I supposed to use my Groupon?" and she told me to just keep coming by every day until she decides she has time. That has to be a joke. So according to her, I'm supposed to waste my time and gas driving there day after day on the off chance she might feel like honoring something I already paid for. When I told her this felt like a scam - selling Groupons that customers can't realistically use - she didn't seem to care at all. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. There are plenty of other places that actually respect customers and honor what they advertise. This one is absolutely not worth it.

The woman on the phone confirmed the time and took my cell number for the reservation. She said that was the only available slot, so we arranged our schedule around it. Later, I received a call from a man who did not speak English well. He told me to make sure we were not late because they were booking appointments back-to-back. I assured him we would arrive early. We arrived at 1:00 PM for our 1:15 PM appointment. A man came out from the back, I told him we had a 1:15 appointment, and he said "no" and walked away. A woman then came from behind the curtain (it appeared they were actively working on clients while also handling the front desk). She checked her book, confirmed our time and my phone number -- and then told us they had given our appointment to someone else. When I asked if we could reschedule, they said no because they were fully booked. As a "sorry," they offered us a reusable water bottle. I declined. That does not make up for giving away a confirmed appointment. It was Friday. My husband took the day off so we could enjoy this together. We drove to Riverside specifically for this experience. Instead, we were turned away even though we were early for our confirmed appointment. In hindsight, it may have been a blessing. If a business is double-booking clients and trying to operate as massage therapists and receptionists at the same time, it raises serious concerns about professionalism and organization. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend.
