Our 2nd time trying this place and we were not satisfied. We requested a deep tissue massage but they're giving us a weak massage.. the lady just keeps rubbing my skin and not " massaging" they don't know what they're doing. And the Masseuses keep chatting to each other . Not relaxing massage at all. I'm sorry but it was not worth it. Yes, they were chatting Madam. And doesn't seem like they are " experience".. read more

5/5 Hot stone + aroma massage You won't regret coming here. Far by the BEST massage location in Riverside. read more

This place is absolutely amazing!!!! All the massage therapists are so friendly, professional, and trained well. Very well-run business.

I've been coming for about 2 years. Place looks sketchy but it's not. Returned post covid and changes have been made to ensure safety. -each room has Lysol and client can use prior laying down -witnessed changing of linens after my massage -want to be in the same room as your friend/ partner? Just ask. They can accommodate couples -ashiatsu massage available. -masks worn masseuse and patrons are asked to wear them as well -AC was on, felt comfortable -lights dimmed, very minimal light usage -serene music playing in all rooms -masseuse named "Coco" has a very strong hand! Highly recommend -patrons can get as undressed as they are comfortable. Masseuse was very professional. -liberal oil usage to allow hands to glide on you. *tip is only accepted in cash* I can't wait to return read more

My husband and I had a couples massage for our Anniversary and it was "Amazing"! We have never experienced a massage like this before, they put there whole body into it. Our new massage location. Thank you read more

BRING HEADPHONES Well the massage was great and the person was attentive the noise from other rooms and the entrance were a bit distracting. The massage: The massage itself was wonderful, she focused on key areas that I pointed out and didn't leave the room at all until she got the hot towel. The price: $50 for one hour is a good deal, especially since the massage was so great. Noise level: While the massage was great for the price, be aware that none of the rooms have a floor to ceiling wall. The walls are open in between each room and even the entrance. During my massage I kept hearing the door open people coming in, talking from the room next to mine and it took away from the relaxing massage (which as I will say again was great, and wasn't interrupted by the person leaving) OVERALL: I gave this four stars instead of the three because I feel like perhaps this noise issue is not a problem they can solve until they get more customers to be able to put the money towards better rooms with full walls. Besides that issue everything else was great good massage, they were attentive to key areas and very friendly. I will go back, probably just bring headphones. read more

Definitely not the same place it use to be. They try and sell sell sell crap your not interested in. I've been to this place more times then I can count.. since new management took over. It was not a good experience my last two trips When your relaxed trying to enjoy your massage. They used COLD lotion.. if you want warmed oils like it use to be. It was extra.. like WTF... and the massage wasn't all that good. I will never return to a place who just wants to sell extras. And charge for a warm lotion .. they have raised there prices. Definitely not the place it use to be. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.. They lost my business read more

Pretty good massage! I'm the kind of person who loves deep pressure, and I want to feel sore when I come home. Though it wasn't quite the deep pressure I wanted, but it also wasn't just a light stroke down my back. My husband likes a lighter massage and he said "8/10". The environment was very nice, the staff was respectful and kind, and I really appreciated it. They got us in on super short notice which was really great. It would be nice if they asked prior to going in where you wanted focus and how much pressure (just because I find it awkward to interrupt their process), but all in all totally worth the money. I'd go back. read more

i got the hr and it was very good i will definitely be back it was my first time going there and i didnt have a knot the next day

Wow I love this place so much. Typical I get a 2 hour combo or deep tissue massage with Amber. Super professional, spa quality full body massage. I have gone to many different massage places including expensive spas, but kk takes care of you at half the price. I go as much as I can and will keep coming back. read more

This was the worst massage I have ever gotten. Firstly when I was changing the masseuse asked if I was ready. I said I wasn't ready and the masseuse came in anyway, while I was half naked. Before the masseuse started she said "herbal oil" and I said yes not really knowing what she meant by that. She then said 10 dollars more. The masseuse drowned me in so much oil the sheets underneath me was wet and uncomfortable. She had long nails that scratched me the entire massage and it felt like she was just rubbing me not actually massaging me. The masseuse asked if I wanted hot rocks and pressured me into saying yes and told me it was 20$ extra. I told her that I don't want any add on's so stop asking and she proceeded to ask if I wanted a mini facial. The pressure to get an add on is absolutely ridiculous. The whole massage sucked, if you can call it a massage. At the end they asked how much I wanted to tip and I said 5 dollars and then the lady at the front rolled her eyes and said I should tip more. I told her that a tip is not mandatory and the massage sucked and you're lucky you are getting anything. And the manager argued with me, trying to get me to tip more. Never in my life have I been treated this way by someone in customer service. NEVER GO HERE. I'm surprised this place is still in business. Absolutely horrendous. You can get better massage somewhere else. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. read more

They provided a relaxing massage. I left feeling better but was sore a few days later. Will return again.

Love that they take walk-ins. Hate the pushy up-sales and language barrier which makes it difficult to understand what is being said/asked. Due to the communication barrier I was suckered into 3 different up-sales on a couples massage. I was very clear when I walked in that I didn't want any add-ons. Because of my people pleasing nature, I didn't want to hurt their feelings and say I couldn't understand a word being said. So at the end of my massage I ended up with a bill double of what I asked for when I walked in. Won't be returning because of that alone. read more

I love this place! My friend and I happened to be visiting the area and we decided to do a couple's massage room. The lighting is low and there is faint relaxing music. Today we asked for a deep tissue and the ladies did not disappoint. It was a full hour and they really got to work on my knots until they were basically gone. We don't live in the area but would definitely recommend to our friends in the area. Note: Let them know if there is an area you want them to focus on and they will work on those areas for you. I feel like I am a new person again. Really happy with this place! read more

Yes the pressure was deep tissue and very good. The masseuse asked me several times if all was ok with pressure. I said no to different oils . She respected my wishes. I answered in short answers since I know English is most likely second language. I appreciate their polite answers too. I've traveled to different countries and learning to communicate in another language is not easy but I try when I travel out of USA . Kindness and communication is key . Thank you for good massage . read more

I absolutely love this place and I can't recommend any special Therapist. They are all excellent. These Ladies are very petite but they give Massages like a 350 pound Man. When I leave I feel Euphoric. This Massage place isn't a resort kind of place. It doesn't have Chandeliers, Waterfalls, Robes or Chocolates. But what makes this a great place is the Therapists work hard to please you. I personally get the 90 minute Rock Massage. It's awesome! I also like this place because they take walk-ins. This is great for me because of my busy schedule that I can squeeze a massage in when I have a open window. This is a Keeper. It's convenient, Great Massage, and Great Service! Elizabeth read more

My first and last time coming here. I came here hoping to relieve stress and tension so i requested the deep tissue massage. The reviews looked good so I thought wow this is a good place, boy was I wrong. The lady massaging me really sucked and didn't seem to know what she was doing. While i was getting massaged She insisted to sell me extra packages such as hot stones and herbal oil which I declined, it was annoying. Just as i thought it couldn't get any worse someone else came in the room and switched places and started massaging me. This second lady was also not good and to top it off she kept leaving me to go attend other customers coming in. I paid for a deep tissue and all they did is oil me up. Bad customer service, sucky service and unprofessional.. Don't waste your time and money coming here!! read more

I got the Thai Massage and full body scrub. The only thing I didn't like is that even though I paid for the full hour for the massage. I thought the body scrub was after that hour. Apparently not. Now if you're gonna get a full body scrub, make sure you bring flip flops (which I did) and be prepared to be naked. And you'd have to walk to the shower after. But I got no shame in my game. Highly recommend read more

5 out of 5 stars! This place is awesome. They really know what they are doing and pay close attention to detail. I just went in today for the first time and was helped by Amy who did an amazing job. I got a 1 hour pain relief massage and cupping. read more

I come to this massage place whenever I get the chance to come! I love it so much and honestly it's a good price for what you pay I always feel so relaxed and everyone I have had has been soooo nice. The only downside I would say would be the towels for covering but I totally understand cause of cost for cleaning sheets and what not but that's about it everyone is so friendly and they work on the areas that need it the most. read more

Wonderful service. Had a few stress knots in my back and they were able to take it out with ease. Great time for the price. It goes by fast and you wish it was longer read more

Super clean, mostly quiet, great massages. Love the extra options but a little pricey for the tiger balm. I'd pay $5, not $10. Will definitely come back. read more

My body was sore and I thought I would get a massage. I walked in and opted for the Swedish massage for $50. Was asked if I wanted add ons and I said no. Massage was just so so, not very much pressure. She asked me if I wanted medicine oil, I thought she meant massage oil, so I said yes. While doing the massage she asked if I wanted hot stones which a lot of places do during the massage. I said ok. Nothing was said that these were extra. When it was finished and I went to leave, I had the $50 ready for the massage and a $20 tip. When I paid the $50 I was told I have to pay $20 more for hot stones and oil. Never had to do this anywhere else. What a big rip off. I will never be back. read more

My first time at this place and my last. I did the $80 for hour and half deep tissue. During the massage I told her a few areas that were really needing work and she offered special oil for $10 more. I was expecting to get the bottle when done but nope. Also, I left a $11 tip in the room and the therapist came back and basically said I need to leave $20 and literally took the 20 from the counter that I was paying for the $10 oil and gave me back the $10 of the $11 and even kept the $1. So I was upsold and forced to pay a $21 tip. What a joke and I feel robbed.. read more

Overall, very positive experience. The staff was friendly, the prices were reasonable, and the massage itself was incredible! My main disappointment came when the staff demanded I tip a certain amount when checking out. They tried to pressure me into tipping which was awkward and made me and my wife feel uncomfortable. So, just know if you go here they will expect a $10 tip per person for a 60 minute massage and $20 per person for a longer massage. I'm guessing business has been rough due to COVID and that's understandable but still, demanding a tip is unprofessional. read more

They finessed me out of $50 I went wanting a half hour massage... so I asked if they'd give me half an hour instead of an hour because I didn't want to want. So they said okay yes so half hour is $40 She starts giving me a massage and says you want hot oil it's gonna be additional $10 I'm like okay that's weird how hot oil is an additional fee but I remember seeing it in the photo so I'm like okay cool whatever... they knew I had $100 because I had extra money.... So I'm assuming they automatically figured I wouldn't mind, but I agreed on the hot oil... then I thought I was done so I get up ready to leave but she's like ohhh no we're not done so I'm hhhmm okay so I lay back down... she proceeds to put hot stones on me, me not thinking anything of it because I didn't remember what's on the menu.... Then she does lotion or whatever then after that she does cuppings.. I remember cuppings being on the menu so I'm thinking in my head what's going on she didn't ask me if I wanted it so now I'm assuming it just comes with the massage. After all is done which mind you she did a very very good job! I'm like okay I'm gonna tip her $20 and then the $10 for the hot oil... I proceed to give her the $30 and she looks at me weird so I'm like how much? She's like an extra $40. I was like $40 so I just gave her $50 in shock like wth never coming here again even though the massage was excellent. Just the point of her finessing me is a no no. read more

Had to update this review after my husbands last experience. It was a total mess and they are horrible at customer service. He called to make an appointment and when he showed up they gave him someone inexperienced mind you they could've just been upfront and he would have asked for another day and time. They tried to turn things on him and didn't even try to apologize. We will no longer be going here. read more

The massage was way too rough for me. I think I felt fleas to be honest. I won't come back. They don't give you a robe, the massage you over your clothes! And there's several tables so other people are massaged like 2 feet away from you. read more

I won't be returning as it's not close by and they aren't awesome - just okay. I just happened to be at Daily Brew and checked out The Cakewalk in the same plaza. This place is $20 for an hour, comparable to my usual place. I had Nessa with me, so two massages... the man handling the front desk says $42 total. I was paying with a card, so I asked is it because of that. Language barrier, he just repeated the total and said he charged $2. My assumption wasn't clarified, but I figured that was the reason since many do charge additional for using a card. It's a pass through fee depending on their bank and varies from $0.50 to about $2. Fine I won't make a fuss. My massage was okay. The guy used hot towels...nice, but forgot to wipe down my right arm. However, he did focus on my neck and shoulders and did very well trying to iron out knots. And he kept asking if it was okay whether it hurt me or not. So good; I thank you sir. Nessa's masseuse - she said the lady was mean. And also chit chatting with my masseuse in their language. Also was about to start singing... NO!!! We wanna listen to the spa music okay. Payment was required in advance at this location. The receipt had a tip line, which was kinda iffy as we don't know how the massage is going to be yet, so why would we tip up front. I suggest you bring cash then. Not sure if I would recommend this place. Although it's clean, and we smelled like clean laundry walking out. Your discretion. Read reviews. read more

Non skilled massagers Too much fleas. Tickle all my body in the bed. Worst massage place I ever had in my life. I ask front desk for a strong hand massager 2 times. And gave her my phone number on waiting list. Never calling me back after 1 hour later for update. So I came to store. The massger was just put his hand on my skins and move forward and back with out any pressure neither skill. I told him 5 time very politely to do better than that. But he reply nothing... read more

We love Joy, Coco, Amber and Lisa/Michelle. They're attentive and careful with their massage. For $20, you can have a full body massage (with your clothes on) - - and if you ask nicely, you can have it somewhat customized too! I always enjoy a good head/face, neck/shoulder and foot-massage...so i always ask them to focus on those areas. For this price, you cannot beat the great customer service and 60 minutes of relaxation. Ah, goosebump-heaven....they know where your pressure points are and you will find yourself snoring like a bear in no time. ;) read more

Made a last minute appointment yesterday evening. I was able to get accommodated within the half hour. I got one hour combo massage for $50 with Lucy, and it was amazing! I will definitely be back. When I made the appointment, I was sure to ask if I can pay in credit card and tip in credit card, and it was no problem. There was however a $2 fee for using a card. I love how close this is to my house, and I would certainly come back and ask for Lucy. A go to for a quick fix. read more

Update! After 2 years, this place is still my go to place for massage. I've now graduated to the 1.5'hour massage for only $60 bucks! Yes,when I'm in Vegas, out of town I splurge in the high end massages but KK is consistent. OK- THIS IS NOT a HIGH end spa-type kind of ambience. I go,to spas for that. This is the basic, no frills type massage place. I've tried lots of places and a neighborhood, type massage, this is it. You can bring your own oil. These guys and gals know what they are doing- if you don't specify whT type of massage, you get a mixture of Swedish, Thai and deep tissue massage. Again, my go to place as it is close to home and work. And, I hardly ever need an apt. keep,it up KK! Oh, they even gave me a box of JApanese cakes as their thank you gift for New Year's! Love it! read more
