My first time getting a deep tissue massage and it was great! I was recommended by friend to see Cindy and she was so kind and did a great job. She made me feel comfortable and my back feels so much better than when I first walked in! I workout out alot and had alot of tension in my neck and back and I feel so refreshed now! I will definitely be back! read more

Exactly what I needed to release some tension in my shoulders and relax for a long week ahead. I made an appointment day of and got right into the private room when I arrived. The place was dimly lit and clean, making me feel comfortable. My masseuse was wonderful. I chose a combo massage for 90 minutes with special focus on my shoulders and it was great! Definitely would suggest and go again. Worth the price! read more

It was my first time coming here so I decided to get a last minute massage and especially when I live right in front of the establishment. Everything was perfect up until during the massage. It was $50 for a combo massage but then I did add $10 extra for hot stones. However during my massage, the masseuse was telling me things in my ear but since her accent was really heavy. I just said OK then she told me she was gonna do cupping on me cause I'm really tight and I said OK not thinking it was extra lol because I was in the moment relaxation so I get ready to pay and my total comes out to $90 when I only initiated on paying $60 for the hot stones plus the combo I don't like the fact during your massage to make the price go up more and then she asked if I wanted a facial but at this point I already knew it was extra so I just kindly told her no. Overall the massage was great. The only thing that killed it was the secretly adding services. I will be back, but I will be able to say no this time for the extras if I didn't want it lol . Hope this helps read more

Friendly staff. Clean. We had a couples massage and the masseuse was accommodating to both of our massage types. I prefer firm and my wife enjoys a softer more relaxing. Great place. read more

Nice friendly quiet place. 10/10 recommend. Music plays gently and low light. Nice for couples

I've had a long day at work back tense shoulders tense feet hurting so i decided why not get a massage i picked this place solely off of the time they stay open and i can say that I'm glad that i did i walked out with so much stress off the deep tissue massage did wonders an hour of that and I'm ready for another hard day at work I'll be coming back just got burnt a bit with the hot rocks keeping me from five stars read more

Always listens and does exact pressure I request and pays attention to my problem areas. Never had a bad experience and will keep returning.

I injured my back a 1.5 year ago lifting someone and my back has been an issue ever since, to top that off whenever I write at my desktop I increase my problem. The pain in my upper back and shoulders became unbearable and I didn't want to take pain killers so I decided to start weekly full body massage therapy. I've only been twice, last week and this week. I am so much better, probably 80% now. I'm going to keep it up until I'm 100%! There is light at the end of this tunnel, haha! Dramatic I know but I feel so much better! A one hour massage only $40! I ask for "Apple" when I come. Deep tissue, acupressure, and lymphatic massage. She also stretches me out and the stretching combination with pressure cracks my back and shoulders, ankles and wrists! She is very discreet and respectful making me feel very much at ease. read more

As far as the massage goes, it was well worth the money you pay, and I was satisfied with the way the masseuse treated me. I paid for a one hour massage, and it was just right! The place has a very relaxed feel to it, they play soft music in the background, and even their lights are dimly lit/off to give it a relaxed effect. The only reason I am giving this place a 2 star is simply because of the following; just as I was saying thank you to the masseuse and the front desk worker, and I was about to leave, she asked me if I had tipped the masseuse. I said yes of course, and told her I left the tip in the room where the massage took place. The masseuse darted over to see if I had left it there. The front desk worker then had a sigh of relief, as if everything was "okay for me to leave". At least that's how I felt about it all. I did not appreciate this at all, simply because a tip is a tip, in which the client leaves a tip if they feel the person or place providing the service deserved it. It is certainly not mandatory, nor should anyone "ask" a client if they "left a tip" before leaving. There weren't any signs anywhere of it being "mandatory" to leave a tip, nor did the front desk worker ever mention anything about a "mandatory" tip before the massage started, nor as I paid for the massage up front. So, I do not appreciate this at all, I simply do not find it appropriate for anyone to ask whether I left a tip or not, it should not be necessary to ask anyone before they leave. A tip is earned, and shouldn't be questioned. Therefore I am leaving a 2 star review. I should have read reviews of this place before going, but it was a random decision to get a massage here. By the way, just so everyone knows, I did leave a tip, and it was a $20 tip for the masseuse, as I felt she totally deserved the tip, and I was happy with the massage through and through. I would of gone back to get another massage from this specific masseuse. But because of my experience with the whole tip thing, I will not be coming back here. read more

I love coming to this place when I can! The massage is always really great and when I'm hurting in a specific area they really work on it. The only downside is that you can hear stuff around you in another room and they only have sheets or whatever it is closing the room. The towel for coverage leaves me Feeling a little cold sometimes I hope in the future they could use sheets rather then that. read more

I walked in today for a chair massage because my shoulder muscle was tight and hurting for weeks. They did an excellent job focused on all the right spots. I feel so much better even the pain I've been feeling in my arm is gone. I will definitely be back for regular visits read more

Great service, super organized, and most importantly, an awesome massage. Such a great price for a deep tissue massage! Dim lighting, ambient music. Simple but clean rooms. You are already relaxed by the time you've just lied down on the bed! read more

Went here last week having some muscle issues with my back. Called and got an appointment that day for a time convenient to me without problems. Arrived and was immediately greeted and taken to a room for my 1 hour massage. They found my muscle issue and paid extra attention to that area. I like lots of pressure in my massage and they were able to do that without issue. Got a full hour and felt totally relaxed and refreshed. I will be making this place my regular massage place from now on. I intend to take my gf there as well. Price was super reasonable. Staff was attentive and friendly. A+ grade from me. read more

Upon choosing my service I thought I would be placed in a private room but instead I had to sit through my massage in the open massage room which has no privacy whatsoever. They told me I would have to upgrade my service in order to sit in there. I chose the full body package with a foot reflexology. She began working on my upper body and then started a foot bath. I thought she was going to work on my lower body after my foot service but instead I had to remind her that she didn't massage any part of my lower body. While she was focusing on my lower body I thought she got a little to close when she adjusted my wedgie. The lady asked if I wanted my scalp massage and I said no I just want my legs done. The whole time I was being rubbed down there was a loud man snoring in the building and everyone could hear him! Even those in private rooms! Finally as my service was done I grabbed a glass of water to help flush out the toxins and the workers literally forced me to leave a tip as if I was not going to already. It was so rude and pushy but this made me not want to leave one! They even told me how much tip I should leave! WTF NEVER EVER coming back. DO not come here! The friend I went with was also VERY unhappy with her service. read more

After hours of studying next door at the Daily Brew, I decided to try this place out because they had a $20 special going on for 1hr foot massage. Needless to say, my experience was so-so. I was put in some pain rather than relaxation, and walked out with a headache since the man massaging me had fingers that reaked of cigarette butts. A shameful waste of a $5 tip and $20 craptastic massage. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE! I came to this place because I had just camped for 3 days outside the Staples Center for a Lady Gaga concert and I felt like I just had to pamper my body up a bit after that. One of the reasons why I knew of this place because it's right next to my favorite sushi spot, Asahi! Anyways, It's my first time going and I check out their packages. I'm not rolling in the dough so I got the standard 1 hour Foot Reflexology deal that included head, neck, shoulders AND back massage! It wasn't so standard at all. It was SO PERFECT!!!! I was in extreme relaxation as their place is dim, quiet, and comfortable with the sound of water and calm music in the background. My masseuse was Chen and he was awesome! My body is sensitive to pressure but he knew how much pressure to apply. On top of the amazing 1 hour massage, the best part of it was that it was ONLY $20!!!! Yup. I shiz you not. I've had massages before at different places and I've paid a lot more than this place but KK Massage is definitely the place to go if you want/need to be pampered for a good price. I definitely recommend trying it out. The staff is extremely friendly, nice, and helpful. They definitely left a great first impression on me. I'm obviously going back...I mean, it's right next to Asahi lol :) read more

Who knew you could get a full body massage for $40! I have to give credit to yelp for this jewel of a find. After I broke my foot, the healing proccess seemed to be taking forever. Someone suggested that I go somewhere for reflexology. I figured it couldn't hurt so I started hunting on yelp for a good place to go. I couldn't believe all the great reviews for this place so I thought why not give it a try. I wasn't surprised to pay first and then head back into a room with about 9 tables. After I took my shoes off, I laid face down on the table. The tables are very low to the ground, but realtiviely comfortable. I paid for the full massage and was pleasantly surprised. She was very good and actually used her fingers (I get annoyed when a massage therapist uses their elbows and arms the entire time). When she got to my feet I was blown away. It was just what I needed. I walked in limping and walked out feeling like I was well on the road to recovery. It's not the kind of place you would go for a girls spa day, but it's a no nonense, quality massage. Well worth the money. I go during the middle of the day to avoid having to wait or being overly crowded. So far so good! read more

What a shame!!! Good massage but when I asked for change for a $5 the receptionist had the audacity to say the there's a $5 minimum tip! I was not advised of this prior to massage and there's nothing stating this in writing! I wanted to tip $4 because that was 20% for a $20 massage and the massage was only 50 minutes not an hour. Asked why I can't determine gratuity and was told "$5 minimum" again. Masseuse waiting for tip gets offended and doesn't want a tip at all...what just happened! Spoke to manager and she said there's no minimum tip, gave me change and apologized. I left 20% tip and shook my head. Asked 2 other women if they were told $5 minimum, they both said No and were as shocked as I was...oh forgot to mention I'm Black, they're Asian and the two customers I spoke to are White. read more

Was disappointed this time. I guess I went when there was only one person left to massage me and that was the person in charge. I been going for years and always had great experiance but this time between her answering the phone and people poking their head in, I felt like getting up and leaving. She gave me 5 extra minutes but that was less than the interruptions. Like I said, been going for years and find cindy was the best. I will next time ask for someone who is not answering the phone. read more

KK massage! Reflexology 1 hr massage for only $20. That's what I get every time here and I always leave in a happy relaxed daze. They have strong hands so let them know before they start if you have any special requests. I will say the couples massage was thoroughly awkward. Stick with the reflexology massage. read more

Love this massage place the ladies do an amazing job and the price is very reasonable. My wife and I even go for the couples massage which is a great deal for an hour each. I definitely recommend going during a down time though as when it's busy some people don't know how to be quiet and just enjoy the massage. All in all 5 stars love the staff love the prices. read more

I received a gift certificate here and was excited to use it. It had money plus another $5 added to it to up my package. They were trying to give me a lesser service to take my $5 for the tip. Cell phones were ringing loudly as well as loud talking. I had never been here before and have gone to a professional masseuse in a spa for years where I never needed to tip. So when I went to leave they chased me out the door and told me I needed to tip. All they had to do was explain nicely their gratuity policy. I did not tip. I left. My overall experience was pretty a uncomfortable one. read more

I had the best massage yesterday. I didn't get the name of the young lady but she was simply amazing. Only negative I have is that the old lady, I think owner, just has a stink-face on the way out. First time here it was good massage but... I did not like the person that gave me the massage he was burping though out the massage. The spot where they put me at first was very loud and people coming in out of the place was very uncomfortable. Definitely recommend get a room . Also did not like that they require a 20% tip. I think you should be allowed to tip on what you want depending on service you got. Also just a Tip they charge $2 if you use bank card or CC ... Not sure if I'll return read more

Not thrilled with this place. Massage wasn't hard enough, and they tried to push me towards getting a massage out in the open with clothes on, which just seemed weird. Overpriced for the quality. I much prefer other thai massage places in Riverside. read more
