I had not been able to go for a massage for a long time. The gal that does my massage is absolutely amazing. She is very talented. She is literally the best between Palm Desert, La Quinta and Redlands. read more

I make all my payments. I added two accounts and every time they call me to confirm my appointment for the next day and supposedly they had a computer error which cost me on my dime 85$ massages are mid that's enough for me to cancel my account read more

I had a wonderful experience my first time here. The receptionist were both kind and helpful. The massage therapist Anthony was professional. I asked for soft to medium pressure and he was intuitive in knowing which pressure to use in what areas. The place felt very relaxing with nice music in the massage room and with a quiet room to wait in before the massage began. read more

Massage was decent everything else feels like walking into a warehouse for a massage. It's loud. It's not relaxing. There's not place to relax when you're done you're continually ushered through the process. The girl who did my facial was great on a personal level however does not know my skin. When leaving they walk you to the counter with products just practically forcing them on you not even discussing price or anything. They are hoping you will just take it. I was sold a cleanser that is horrible for my skin and oh my gosh I just want to get it back to what it was before visiting here. This was incredibly expensive and not worth it. read more

Leilani is an excellent massage therapist. I have seen her a few times now and already booking several more sessions with her in the future! Leilani listened to my needs and addressed the areas of concern I had, all while providing a relaxing, yet therapeutic massage experience. Leilani is a positive reflection of massage envy! She is kind and responsive to my requests to concentrate on problem areas, making me feel much better after each massage session. Thank you! read more

The Massage Envy in Cherry Creek is really nice and clean and the employees are very helpful and kind. I had a great facial with Amy and she was awesome! I've made another appointment and I'm looking forward to it. Also, I've had a few massages there as well, which are very relaxing with great masseuses. read more

I went to Massage Envy in Redlands, CA. When I booked the appointment, I didn't realize that the therapist, Tyfanny, only performed deep-tissue massages. When I arrived, she immediately told me she only does deep-tissue work and asked if I had seen that on the website. I told her I had not. She appeared visibly annoyed and said she would "try' to do a medium-pressure massage after I explained that I was already there and unsure what else to do. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional, and the massage itself was extremely painful rather than relaxing, I repeatedly asked her to reduce the pressure, and I could sense she became irritated. Eventually, the discomfort and her demeanor made me stop the service altogether . When I went to the front desk, Tyfanny was speaking with the manager, who then came out of the office. Tyfanny closed the office's door which felt odd, especially since good customer service involves employees hearing feedback directly. The manager did not invite her to join the conversation and instead became defensive, insisting that Tyfanny only performs deep-tissue massages. Because of this experience, I chose to cancel my membership for 8 years and I would not recommend booking with Tyfanny regardless of massage preference due to her unpleasant, rude, and unprofessional behavior. read more

Gabby was absolutely fabulous. I have had a stiff shoulder for months and have had no relief until she worked on it. Sweet, professional, and very good her trade. Thank you! read more

My wife and I purchased a gift card through massage envy for her dad's birthday. He's busy and hasn't been able to use it, but finally made time in his day to relax and enjoy a massage from his kids. Upon arrival he gave them the gift card but was told it was no longer valid because he hadn't redeemed in within 90 days. He was given a corporate number to have it extended but told the purchaser needed to make that call. Here I am now addressing a 150$ gift that now is completely useless. This is a horse shit policy for an overpriced massage. Don't waste your money, there's tons of reasonable massage parlors all over the place that would likely be happy to honor a payment made in January for a massage in April. Update Once sent a new link to the cards this should be corrected. Still a very inefficient system that was still very inconvenient. But at least not a total waste. read more

I had an appt with Patricia today and she was absolutely amazing! My left neck and shoulder have been hurting for 2 weeks and after her massage I immediately felt the tension relieved! I will be back to see her next month! read more

Rochelle has a great technique and is very down to earth. It's hard for me to relax, but she really knew how to find the stress spots and relieve them. Highly recommend. read more

Leaving a much needed review I been holding in for a bit . Came here for a couples massage with my wife had an appointment we checked in , then told to wait for our masseuses. After a short wait they called our names and directly approached me and told me I had to reschedule due to me reeking of marijuana ! Haha wow I was in shock , they came up with some wild story of how they can't work on me because liability and so on whatever. My wife was confused and I just walked out . Oh well I guess they have the right to refuse service to anyone. Never have returned to any of their establishments. Go somewhere else :) read more

My mother signed up for an account with Massage Envy several years ago. Recently her health began to decline and she lost her vision and just couldn't go in anymore. in August of 2024, she attempted to cancel the account and filled out paperwork and signed it. After she passed I attempted to close her account and they told me I would have to come in and fill out paperwork!!! Absolutely unacceptable! I have since found the paperwork she submitted to them in August of 2024 where the manager Danielle Mulipola actually had her sign a Freeze agreement that expired after 6 months and they began billing her credit card again on Feb 16, 2025! It is incredibly unfortunate that I had to get very mean on the phone to get them to close her account!! read more

The facility is filled with pleasant staff but I come for the best Esthetician Maggie. Maggie has customized and helped me develop my skin care routine. I receive several compliments every-time I go. I purchased a year membership PAID IN FULL and probably out of the 12 sessions 2 were actually performed on day scheduled. Confirmed the last session would not expire and scheduled, it was canceled and again rescheduled. Well night before the day at 9:30pm get a call that it would be so much $ for the session. Did not honor the last massage as previously spoken. Ridiculous. Instead of making me feel relaxed, i have been pissed off every single time. read more

I made appts for two relatives who were in town visiting, to get massages. Massage Envy called us an hour and a half before the appts and said they could only do one. The point was for my visiting relatives to go at the same time because we had dinner reservations with other family members afterwards. Super unprofessional and I'll never book an appt here again. I would definitely NOT recommend this place! read more

Been going for couple years now but since covid stroke, the leadership doesn't know wtf is going on. Been trying to schedule a massage for so long but every time it gets cancelled. The fact that i have 18 hours accumulated says everything. I called multiple time regarding my account cancellation but multiple times no one can help on my concern. I had to wait for someone to help me, god knows how long.. And guess what they charged me for another month that i didn't want and said that I cant get the refund because they sent me an email that i didn't get. If this is not a scam, what is this???? read more

The massages are not bad, if you can get one. They cancel all the time and then tell you that you have to wait a month and half to get a new appointment. This "business" only cares about getting your credit card so they can charge you every month. That's the only focus they have, anything else is just accidental. Want to cancel? Good luck getting any help or response. Messages left for the "manager" will go unreturned once they learn you want to cancel. If you really really want to do this (much better massages are found in dozens of places for less and who don't incessantly charge you), then use a credit card that you don't mind cancelling because that is the only way you can get these bloodsuckers from milking you dry. Oh yea, they will also charge you $10 a month to "temporarily freeze" your account (no new credits will accrue - so what is the $10 for??) and will twist your arm to do that. read more

Four cancelled appointments in a row. Months of hoping that at least one appointment would be honored, but the only service this location consistently delivers is disappointment. This organization seems happy to keep taking monthly payments but completely unwilling to hold up their end of the ridiculous contract they require. The business model seems to be based on a sunk cost fallacy; customers have banked credits they lose if they cancel their membership, but they offer no way for customers to redeem those credits, which continue to compile with no chance of being redeemed or refunded. The rate of employee turnover is unsustainable, but at least I got an actual phone call canceling my appointment this time. read more

Services are pretty good for the most part however, appointments are hard to come by and even those are frequently running late, or worse, canceled the day before or day of for various reasons. Special promotions are not always honored at this location. The clinic was out of chemical peel aftercare kits and I was told I would get a call when they got more in, which never happened. When I transferred an hour to a family member as a gift, they did not honor the full hour and my family member had to pay half yet a full hour was removed from my account. read more

Never had an issue with massage envy. It's expensive if you don't join the program. I personally don't like to be touched by strangers lol. So I am not a "frequent flyer". But the space is lovely. The quiet room. The refreshments. The music. It's a whole vibe. Most importantly the staff provided great customer service. read more

The service here is pretty good, but when it comes to scheduling appointments and keeping them, this place is very bad at that. Several members in my family and I have a membership here but we have had A LOT of occasions where we would get last minute calls that our appointments would be cancelled and we would need to reschedule when a massage therapist was not able to come in. When I try to call to re- book, no one answers the phone after I call several times. Very unprofessional. My family will be taking our business elsewhere. read more

Millie is amazing ! I am so thankful the manager reached out to book me a session. Truly feel so much better! Loved it so much I walked out with a follow up appointment I'm a huge fan of deep tissue massages and this massage was amazing as she helped with my on going issue on my legs. Front desk girl was new also and she did a great job. I loved her honesty about being new but very out going energy. read more

My wife and I had a couple's massage which was nothing to brag about but not bad. When trying to sign up my wife for a membership the price that was offered 65 a month, which we had agreed on over the phone. However, when we showed up in person the price all of a sudden jumped to 145 a month. I do not agree or appreciate the bait and switch tactics of this company. read more

I have a regular masseuse outside of Massage Envy, but she was booked, plus I had free hours here so I came here. Isaiah was super sweet and had a calming nice voice, but no disrespect or hate towards him, I just think he needs more training. He didn't do what I asked him to do and he didn't do my pectoral massage correctly which also he rushed. He told me he doesn't know how to do them but when you get there, they have you fill out which are the areas you want them to focus on and my pecs were one of them. Anytime I get a massage from my regular masseuse, I leave feeling relaxed, comfortable and happy. When I left Massage Envy, I left in more pain than when I came in, so much to the point where it's hard to sleep and I just want to throw up because my back hurts so bad. On another note that same day I went back a few hours later for my facial by Jade. She is amazing at what she does, and always makes me feel relaxed and beautiful. She is super sweet as well and she will talk to you and answer any questions you may have. I will continue going back to her for my facials. read more

Wow! This is the first time I had a massage session with Linn and she was BEYOND AWESOME! She's so skilled. I foresee her getting booked up waaaay in advance and having a waitlist. I've been with massage envy for a while now and she really knows how to get rid of the knots and bolts formed in the body! Lin has not been with ME long but she's been a therapist for the last 20 years and specializes in sports injuries and post sports massages. Would definitely choose her again. I hope she stays forever. ME is VERY lucky to have her and her experience! read more

Entire place is a scam. I switched credit cards that my auto billing went to. Keep in mind I had 15 massages prepaid. Since my payment had not gone to the new card yet they cancelled my appointment without saying a word. I show up and they had booked someone in my place. Never again. read more

I have been going here for over a year now and now the last 5 months having the best massage from Kristian and she is the absolutely best. Nice place with nice people! I really like the professional staff; they listen to my needs and accommodate me.

Will have to add to this one star review considering the response to my complaint. The solution shouldn't be for your customers to do more work. The company should be picking up the phone and calling unhappy customers and sorting issues out, not the other way around. read more

From the moment I entered, Ahiani greeted me and got me checked in and in the relaxation room within 5min. She was very kind, friendly, and genuine. My massage therapist was Michael and I had the best massage ever! Ive been having a lot of tightness in my shoulders & neck. He applied the right amount of pressure and stretching that I left feeling 100x better than when I entered! I highly recommend Michael to all! Redlands ME does not disappoint read more

Third time now of scheduling an appointment, showing up, checking in, sitting in the lounge for 15+ minutes, and waiting for absolutely nothing to happen. I go back to the front desk and ask, only to be told my therapist or aesthetician did not show up! So disappointing that they'd let me sit there and not communicate. Considering canceling my membership... All actually performed services have been so nice. Ugh read more

Gaby did an hour and a half massage on me and she did an AMAZING JOB! Found all my knots and used firm pressure consistently to alleviate them. I was left feeling so much better! Very nice. Deena is recommended, she listens to your issues, and finds a solution! Thank you!

If you like places that confirm appointments only to cancel a few hours before the appointment than this place is for you. Be prepared to schedule, reschedule then reschedule again...and repeat every time you make an appointment. Want a couples massage? They will confirm a few days prior and then call the day of and cancel one of the two appointments, so in theory they do offer a couples massage but in reality good luck getting them to keep the appointments for both people. Not sure how this place stays in business. read more

Went here to get my prenatal massage, my massage therapist was Mykala. She did an excellent job and had great conversation. I left feeling so relaxed, refreshed, and feather light. I added a sugar foot scrub to my session which left my feet feeling nice and soft. This is normally a $10 add on but I got it for free just by checking in on yelp, it pays to be a yelper. The staff was professional and friendly which I totally appreciated. read more
