There was no stress there. At the appointment itself, she was so welcoming and kind and had really great conversation skills. As for the waxing itself, Ashley is not afraid, and she knows what she is doing. She made sure my skin was so soft and smooth after the waxing, I was surprised how well and deep she went, considering I hadn't gotten one in a long while. I've had bad experiences at other locations, but this place is my go-to place now. She is gentle, careful, and accurate with her waxing. My daughter is 12 and was a little nervous about getting waxed but Chelsea talked her through the whole process and made her feel comfortable.
