I visited for a deep tissue and hot rocks massage. I have previously been to the thai deep tissue massage and I was looking forward to a continuation much closer to home. While the environment and background sound made the visit very relaxing, deep tissue was not in the room with us. I am used to really getting knotts dissolved i guess you can say and my body going full y into rest mode. Yes, its painful but also necessary. I will say I got a stomach massage also and that was probably the best part. I wish that would have been longer. I could feel rhe bumps and weird spots that help tension and lack of digestion in my organs. It reminded me of those Mexican grandma massages you'd get when you were a toddler. While I appreciated the experience I would not return for the deep tissue massage. I would however be curious of the rest of the treatments they offer at this location. The gentleman who treated me was professional and attentive ensuring I felt comfortable at all times and continuously checking on me. He also advised me to continue stretching and hydrating after the massage. Massage gets one star but the therapist and location, including ambiance really make up for it in their own way. I really liked the place. As soon as you walk in, it feels peaceful, quiet, and very Zen. The atmosphere alone makes it seem like you're in for a great experience. Unfortunately, the massage itself wasn't that great. It was relaxing, but I didn't feel much pressure at all. I was hoping for a true deep tissue massage to work out some knots, but it felt more like light rubbing the entire time. I left wishing they had gone much deeper. I also wish the paperwork could be completed online beforehand. I arrived a little late and felt rushed filling everything out because I didn't want to lose any massage time. That added a bit of stress before even getting started. Overall, the environment was wonderful, but I didn't leave feeling like I had actually gotten a solid massage. Easy check in, even with Groupon! I went with my ladies group from church. All of us, our first time. The cave had cool temperatures inside. Blankets are available when you walk inside. (Indluded free) Perfect ambiance lighting. I was able to close my eyes and sink my feet in the sand. I tried the different chairs to get a fill for environment. I also laid down on the bed bench. Also, nice. Easy photo opportunities. The items in the lobby were nice. Also some could be found on Amazon for cheaper. Not sure how to tell the authentic salts from not as there is no distinction between why items are priced as they are and look the same to the naked eye. Worth trying at least once! First of all, the owner is SO excited to show you around and teach you what all the things do, how they work, and how you can feel better FAST. But the spa itself! WOW. I felt like I was at a theme park when I entered the Himalayan Salt Cave!!!! I'm serious! It was transformative! So peaceful, so beautiful, just another world, really. Best part of my visit. My feet often hurt, I've tried so many things- they seemed about 75-80% better after one visit. I had a cryo facial that was done with a cold mist. Nothing touched my skin. No gel, no cream to irritate my sensitive skin, no tight, dry feeling afterwards. The BEST facial, loved it. I also did cryo which I've resisted doing in the past because I thought it would be uncomfortable. I mean, it's cryo, it's COLD. But it's only a few minutes and Cindy kept me talking, distracted and I literally felt cared for! They sell salt lamps and they are UNREAL! Just beautiful! The owner said she makes them. I took my friend with me and we both noticed we felt better the next day. My pain was less, I had more energy. Her cough was gone. The hypocrisy of selling wellness and ask people don't to wear masks. This wasn't my first time here but it was my first time since the beginning of the pandemic. I was shocked when I walked into the place and nobody was wearing masks. On top of that nobody was sanitizing the machines between client which is disgusting with or without pandemic. When I asked why she wasn't wearing a mask she said "masks bring your diseases" so it's safer not to wear them. I was shocked. How can you sell wellness and be this way? Also, she forced me to take my mask off if I wanted to receive treatment. Finding another place for my Cryo treatments. I like my money to go to people that actually care for others. Great place for #date night! Did the salt cave which I really and truly enjoyed. It was dark with mood lights and you can sit near the simulated fireplace, or near the mini water fall feature, or my favorite the water fountain. They play soft meditation music in one area or you can go around the corner where it's quiet and listen to the sound of the water trickling down the waterfall. The floor is covered with salt and the walls covered with salt rock to simulate a Himalayan Salt Cave. Then went to the Cryo chamber and had a 3 minute treatment. After that did a couples massage. Went back to the salt cave to relax some more and walked out of there feeling rejuvenated. The owner Cindy is very nice. She provides a changing room and a robe for the day. The cryo price includes socks and gloves for the cryo. Women enter the chamber in their birthday suit and men in briefs. At the end of the day, the spa provided Alkaline water and a chocolate truffle. Very nice pleasant experience. Gonna try the infrared sauna and the steam barrel bath next time. Last Wednesday, January 4, 2023, I was desperately searching for a salt cave to unwind and relax in. I found this piece of heaven on Yelp and was able to book a salt cave session the same day. I wanted a massage as well, but the therapist was booked up. When you enter the spa, the lobby is beautifully decorated with salt lamps, salt chandeliers, and various spa offerings. The spa receptionist was very friendly and answered all my questions about enjoying the salt cave. The salt cave was amazing! It is a large room with salt blocks on the walls and salt on the floor. They had gravity lounges to relax in and played gentle spa music. When i finished my hour long salt cave session, I was interested in other services they provided. I did a steam barrel session, where your body is in a wood barrel and your head is outside. The steam was so relaxing, and not having your head in the steam made it easier to breathe. I swear that I sweated out a pound of toxins! I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Will I return? Yes! read more

I am currently relaxing on a lounge chair in this gorgeous room and can already feel lmy lungs are opening up. I am waiting in here while both my children get their cryotherapy in the cryo- chamber. My sister-in-law got me a little booklet of things to try at the spa for Christmas. It included a cryofacial, the LED facial, time in the salt cave and a massage. I first went in on a Saturday and was warmly greeted by the employees. They had very well behaved dogs in with them, which I appreciate. I did both facials on Saturday, and I left with a radiant face. I went back on a different day to utilize the salt cave and get the massage. I upgraded to the hour massage and I'm very glad I did. Terrence, the massage therapist, was so so good. He worked with me even though I'm a complete wimp when it comes to pain. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed, feeling knot and stress free. It reduced the pain and inflammation significantly and along with the recommended skin moisturizers, it helped heal my Tattoo. No scabbing, the line work and ink look beautiful, and it's peeling nicely as it should. I suffer from fibromyalgia and I have a bad ankle that's been through 3 surgeries because of a catastrophic injury 6 years ago. The first time I did whole body cryo was magical. It was cold... don't get me wrong. But I slept like a baby that night. It was the first time in many many months/years I had felt pain relief so deeply that I could just relax. I went back two days later and it was even better. I started trying the other services they offered like the salt sauna, the cryo facials, and soooo many other things. The level of relaxation i experience each time i go there is just divine. To add to the experience, I've felt more and more like family each time. This place is amazing! I started out with the couples massage, which was very relaxing then my wife and I both tried the cryotherapy. It was incredible for hip/knee/shoulder/back pain that we both have had problems with and ended with the salt cave. Anyhow, today I downloaded the app to my new iPad and I logged in my account after a lot of attempts-and ( old password) I noticed that that my coupon had been redeemed in February which was impossible cause I never went in for these facials not did I have the time even if I wanted to do since I was now assisting not only my my mother but my mother in laws recent diagnosis.
