I continued my membership but it seems like policies have changed with pausing (I was able to pause my membership for several different months last year) to only 3 months this year which is odd considering the economy. The cleanliness of the space has not improved, and it is even more packed now, which its good to be busy but I would recommend improving cleaning and giving guests the option to pause rather than completely cancel. Terrible experience. Fraudulent company. I brought the fraud directly to their assistant manager. Their manager was allegedly out of town. She claimed she would contact the manager and send it to the owner. Two weeks passed and zero communication. As a new member for the past MONTH, I love it. This is the place to be for my fellow introverts. I am a teacher and I come here early in the mornings and I have not had an issue booking. I think when people are here after work it can definitely feel "full" so book accordingly. Most people do not book once someone else is in the session, I've never had anyone come into my sessions. This kind of workout has helped me lose weight quicker with my added calorie deficit. Thank you for being a space where I feel safe, welcome, and empowered to continue my health journey. I got to meet Christina, who originally signed me up and her vibes were so open and she was not trying to force the membership on me at all, but her service is definitely a great face for the studio. The workouts are videos you watch in an infrared sauna but there are many options for when you are in a rut and need to mix it up a bit. If I could give zero stars I would. it's legit a scam and so hard to cancel. I signed up with my sister in law with one card of file for the both of us and we tried cancelling after the 6 month contract period with my sister in law calling and them telling her they'll call her before September to make sure we want to cancel and then September comes and they charge us. She asks for a refund and she only gets refunded for one of us and now they're saying a week later that I would have needed to go in to hotworx to cancel on my end as well when we were signed together with a joint account. Now they're saying they won't refund me because there isn't any notes on my specific side saying I wanted to cancel.. just my sister in laws so they can't pay me back cause there was never an indication on my end that I wanted to cancel. Now they're saying I got charged for September because I never paid in April which is not true. I won a raffle for a free month. Which now all of sudden it's not free I guess if they're charging me for it? it's all a scam and for them to try and get the last payment out of you. it's convenient as well that I've tried the manager multiple times and she's "stepped out" or not in or busy. Told me I had to go in and cancel and now they're saying they're texting the manager to cancel and see if I can get a refund. Which one is it? The customer service and the manager Nicole needs some serious help and changes if they're going to keep people coming or even to have us back. I'll never sign up or come here again from this process and how rude Nicole has been with us. Added on - adding two more stars only for Alexiana and her pursuit in making everything happen right. she got ahold of the owners and did what she needed to do in order to get everything resolved. She's the only one willing to help and work this out. Also thanks to the owners for understanding all the miscommunication and whatever else was happening on their end. read more
