I had an incredible experience at Hotworx! The Hot Pilates class in the infrared sauna was an absolute game-changer. The combination of heat, infrared, and pilates gave me an incredible sweat and left me feeling energized, challenged, and completely refreshed. The studio is clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend Hotworx! read more

I enjoy hot yoga but I don't appreciate being tied to a contract that I can't cancel without inconveniencing my schedule. Only being able to cancel IN PERSON during business hours Mon-Fri between 8am-430pm is unacceptable. read more

Working out in a 125 degree sauna sounds crazy but trust me when I say I was shocked that it actually feels so good. I have consistently been coming to Hotworx Redlands 3-5x per week for 3 months now and look forward to it each time. I like that the work outs are efficient, varied, and that there are incentives to earn points/free stuff. I especially like this location because it's very clean, 24/7 access so very convenient, and the staff are awesome. read more

What a great pilates class in the infrared sauna! Can't wait to bring a friend with me next time. Thank you Hotworx

I tried this for the first time at the end of June and haven't stopped coming since!! Truly has been a game changer in my routine of working out I always had trouble with bruising and it has amazed me how much the blood circulation really has improved my overall quality of exercise and less fatigue. Definitely worth it!! read more

The fitness game-changer I didn't know I needed! I just joined Hotworx two weeks ago, and it has been the breath of fresh air my routine needed. For the first time, I don't feel like I'm forcing myself to go to the gym! I actually want to be there! Just reasons why Hotworx stands out: * Inclusive Workouts: I love that the sessions show different levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced). It makes it easy to scale the intensity based on fitness need. * The FX Zone: Having the weights in the back room is a major plus. * Cleanliness & Staff: The restrooms are always spotless, which is a huge deal for me! Also, the staff here is the best! Super welcoming and helpful! I highly recommend giving this place a try. It's officially changed the game for me! read more

I enjoy the workouts. Some of the people that come here are ridiculous which can make it difficult. Fir instance, I would like to do Hot Yoga st the moment. There is sone chick in the sauna sitting with her back to the virtual instruction ..doing her own stretches...and sitting in the middle of the sauna. Clueless.. read more

Terrible experience. Fraudulent company. I brought the fraud directly to their assistant manager. Their manager was allegedly out of town. She claimed she would contact the manager and send it to the owner. Two weeks passed and zero communication. Instead of doing the right thing, now they are going to lose 5 chargebacks and get negative reviews on every platform I can find. Disgraceful company. Avoid at all costs. read more

loving this place so much! I love saunas in general so having exercise classes that provide both experiences is so awesome. Sauna boxes are always clean and staff is friendly! read more

Amazing the customer service i love the classes and environments, the girls and alexi are sweet

As a new member for the past MONTH, I love it. This is the place to be for my fellow introverts. I am a teacher and I come here early in the mornings and I have not had an issue booking. I think when people are here after work it can definitely feel "full" so book accordingly. Most people do not book once someone else is in the session, I've never had anyone come into my sessions. This kind of workout has helped me lose weight quicker with my added calorie deficit. Thank you for being a space where I feel safe, welcome, and empowered to continue my health journey. I got to meet Christina, who originally signed me up and her vibes were so open and she was not trying to force the membership on me at all, but her service is definitely a great face for the studio. She was ready to answer any of my questions and honestly was just so personable. I believe that I also met the store owner (Melissa?) who helped me purchase a duffle bag for my car, and was also super friendly and helpful. Get connected with them on Instagram, so you get locked in on their latest deals and promos, I bought a Pink Towel via DM and they wrote my name all cutesy! I found my home. Thank you all for being you! read more

I've been a part of many gyms in my life, this is the only one I feel really truly comfortable in. I love the people who work here, and I love how I feel after each workout. Everything is so clean and nice, they also have filtered water and clean bathrooms. The exercise area is also great. All of the saunas are well taken care of and the people who work there are always so friendly and kind. I feel like I'm always helped if I need it. I really feel since I've started to frequent Hotworx, I've become stronger and feel better about myself. Worth the membership cost monthly. Love it here. They're also open 24/7, so it's so available at any time you want to get a sweat in. I definitely have found where I belong. read more

Hii! I'm honestly writing this review to help anyone that is currently interested in buying a plan at Hotworx's... DO NOT DO IT ! If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Most of all my friends have had problems with HOTWORX & so have I :( it's all to do with $$$$. HOTWORX is such a big scam to the fitness industry, the 6 month requirement & if not met $100 upfront to pay, the rule that I cannot cancel my membership unless the manager is there ( I was not able to cancel my membership cause manager was on vacation nd they ended up charging me again for the next month just bc I couldn't cancel because of the manager not being there nd they said they don't offer refunds for that) - they literally feed off people who are busy, bc ur too stressed with life to fight back. Honestly insanely so disappointed in this gym as I gave so many people good ideas about this gym. I've asked many times if they can just cancel my membership through the phone, they have never gotten back to me about it. They've charged me so much fucking money nd I haven't even been in 3 months. Fuck Hotworx's. read more

Outstanding Customer Service and Exceptional Gym Experience given my Alexiana and Blake I can't say enough great things about Hotworx! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome right away. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain how the infrared workout system works and ensuring I had everything I needed for a great session. The customer service is top-notch--everyone is always eager to help, whether it's answering questions, providing workout tips, or just offering encouragement. The staff genuinely cares about the members, creating a positive and motivating atmosphere that keeps me coming back. If you're looking for a clean, well-maintained, and supportive gym environment, Hotworx is the place to be. Highly recommend for anyone wanting an efficient and effective workout with an amazing team behind you! Would you like any adjustments or personal touches to fit your experience better? read more

Unfortunately going to have to cancel soon. I've been a member for two years now and everything has gone down hill. No one follows the rules with booking times, you can book a sauna that no one else booked and once you get there, there will be 3 people in it. This place is overly packed now, and the bathrooms are horrible. Very dirty bathrooms and there are bugs everywhere. Unfortunately, I no longer recommend. read more

I love this gym. I never have an issue scheduling the class I want, at the desired time in the early AM. I only did not give 5 stars because the app will log me out and make it so difficult to re log in. Requiring me to reset my password for no reason. I love HOTWORX!!! I've been a member for about four months now and I've been able to stay consistent with going to the gym because of all the variety this gym has to offer. The workouts are videos you watch in an infrared sauna but there are many options for when you are in a rut and need to mix it up a bit. This location is also very large which is amazing, the gym area is small but I still find it beneficial for my lifting days. So glad I signed up! read more
