The gym is clean (I've personally watched Jorge clean it), bathrooms are spotless, equipment is new and in great shape. As a trainer Jorge is a great listener and tailors workouts to your goals and limits. I have limitations due to back issues and he really thinks out of the box on workouts that will give me great results without straining my back. He has questionable taste in music some days (hahahaha just kidding Jorge), but will always make your training session fun and upbeat. The gym is family run (Hi Kim & Sandra) and they all just bring happy, positive vibes to the facility, front office and to your workouts. I definitely recommend the Saturday 9am bootcamp class, it's a great group and a fun, motivating, energizing way to start the weekend. If you're looking to join a fun gym family and also make positive fitness changes - I would suggest 5G.

If one is looking for a great place to train, Crossfit Beehive is a great place to go to. Eddy and…read moreKim are awesome trainers and dedicate most of their time to bettering their clients, as well as themselves. They have an awesome facility, with other great trainers on staff with plenty of knowledge to add to it. They don't waste time on other things; they check your form and make sure you're moving correctly. The programming of workouts is thought out very well, and safety is always first priority. Each trainer practices and preaches safe, effective movement that helps bring out the best in each client. It's all about functionality and getting the best out of each workout. Besides Crossfit, they're also well versed in TRX Suspension Training, Russian Kettlebell, and Yoga. That's an awesome mixture of classes that'll keep clients from getting bored with routines... that's if they get bored. And by well versed, I mean that each trainer is very skilled in each movement they perform. It's not just a piece of paper they paid for, but hours and hours of practice they earned. To add more to the training, the environment is amazing. At first I felt slightly intimidated. However, once I met everyone, I learned everyone was very warm and welcoming. It's not just the trainers that push you to be your best; everyone else around you is pushing you to be your best as well. To be honest, it really is a family. It such a positive environment that just about anybody would want to be around. Another little tidbit one might not think about is the skills that will be acquired. This style of training requires that the trainers continuously watch and correct mistakes on form. That is exactly what they do too. Going back to that little tidbit, this will tremendously help someone that either is a personal trainer, or is studying to be one. Perfect place to learn and add new skills. All-in-all, Crossfit Beehive is a top notch facility I would highly recommend training at.
