I knew I could not change my health without someone else making some of the health decisions for me. Through the recommendation of a friend, I now take the morning classes with Marissa 3 to 5 times a week. She keeps a variety of ever changing exercise exercises that keep me from being bored or having to make decisions. She tells us what to do, and we do it. And I'm seeing results. When life is too hectic and I can't get in, I notice that my body really misses it. It's 30 minutes long so super fast and easy. She is uplifting and inspiring. Thrive also sell supplements and protein powder and I appreciate again not having to make additional decisions so I get them there. I'm grateful to support this place and share in how it is helping me feel like me again. And I appreciate how Marissa checks in with us if we've missed a class. She wants us to be successful in our health.

Right now they are building a clientele and as soon as that happens they will be open more often. They are doing appointments only so call them and they will definitely work something out for you. Right now they are doing $5.00 a class til the end of Feb. 2012 to try it out and see if you like it. No commitments, and No contracts.
