This gym is truly something special. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed--like you're part of a community, not just a member. I love seeing the friendly faces of Chris , Jonathan and Alissa . The atmosphere is positive, inclusive, and full of energy. The coaches and gym owners are incredible. They're not just knowledgeable--they're genuinely supportive and make every workout fun and engaging. They take the time to get to know you, understand your goals, and push you in the best way possible. I've never felt so motivated and excited to show up and work out even at 5 am . One of the things I love most is that the workouts are different every time. You never get bored, and your body is always challenged in new ways. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to level up, this is the place to be. Thankful for this gym for helping me meet my fitness goals . I am stronger and healthier since joining and I can't recommend it enough .

Sheree's Pilates, yoga, Yogalates, and barre classes continue to be challenging and effective. I've been her student for over two years now, and the difference in my abs and strength is amazing. That we can study with a professional ballet dancer for the price of a gym membership cannot be overstated, and to be honest, she is the only reason I'm still going to this gym. The turnover in trainers is ridiculous because they do not treat their staff well. I am a professional educator and understand people management, and what I see as an outsider corroborates what different former crew and former trainers have told me. Not one of the original staff from when I started is still there. Also, all the trainers that impressed me as a powerlifter and bodybuilder and gave me effective and challenging workouts are now gone. I don't want to have to keep starting over with a new trainer every few months, so I've canceled my training package. Finally, the turf area is kind of a joke. They still only have up to 40# KBs that I can see. They replaced the sled with this rolling thing that I never see anyone use because it "is easier for a lot of clients." Who goes to the gym to do easy things? I'm giving this review 3 starts because of Sheree Skiles and the fact that the pool is clean and I enjoy using it. I am disappointed to say the least. If you are serious about lifting, and fitness, I'd have to say look elsewhere.

The colors really complement each other. They also have different weight options, exercise balls, some mats available, stretch bands etc. For the grand opening they hosted 3 classes for the community. They had charcuterie cups, mocktails, different vendors and sign up specials. The owner, Samara, is so kind! It looks like they have a wonderful little community going on here. Parking is also not too difficult. She definitely gave this place a beautiful makeover. :)

Nate is a first rate trainer - he has consistently taken into account the shape I started in and works me just hard enough to see results without crippling me! He's great about explaining why we are doing the exercises we do and what part of the body we're working and how it all fits together to achieve well rounded fitness. I was a little nervous when I started but there was nothing to worry about - now my workouts at Key are the highlight of my week! I absolutely recommend Key Fitness Co. and Nate. I'm so glad I've made this investment in my health.

** Update: Regarding jessicas response: it's not "fair to all members" when you have people with…read moredisabilities who have voiced the issue and you refuse to accommodate documented disabilities, that have been with the person for twenty years and it's not going to get better. To make it "fair to all" you should provide an exception if someone is willing to provide a diagnosis to you. If I have a seizure during the night it's ridiculous that you would be so black and white saying I should have anticipated that.** I went from being obsessed with the Riverside location, buying all their merch, to being unable to recommend them solely on policies and management. I want to preface, they can have whatever policy they want and that's great if they are unable to be able to relate to chronic health issues. If you have unpredictable health issues, conditions, disorders, they do not care. You either cancel 12 hours before a class or pay $18. Even if you explain this being an issue they will stick by you only get 2 absences waived a year. I understood that and then would loyally pay my missed class without saying anything. Then because it was such short notice (2 hours ish) I messaged them about the health concern I was facing and they said I already had my 2 waived cancellations and I said ok I just wanted to let you know. I didn't press about it again but had explained it was causing me to be unable to book classes because the fees from cancelling, the night prior. (I'm literally meaning 8:30 pm for a 7:30 am NOT WAITLISTED OR FULL class) I get if I'm no showing, if there was a waitlist, or they were missing pay because you held up a spot (with your unlimited membership), to full and waitlisted class, or if you were going to be the only one in the class. But if I have something happen 11 hours prior, and cancel a half full class that has no waitlist, because I know I will be throwing up all night, it's $18. So even though it isn't even until tomorrow at 7:30 am, cancel at 8:00 pm and you're charged. Late cancellation I tried speaking with them about this to explain and the only person who was genuinely making me feel apart of the community was Sonia. She was the primary reason that I was still going to get a class pack after saying I had to cancel the membership. I genuinely looked forward to her classes and it made me feel normal. Again, I am genuinely glad that management has not ever had longterm health issues that cause debilitating issues that are not predictable 12 hours in advance.
