But more importantly, he engages with everyone, and i mean everyone. No man left behind, or shal i say no person left out mentality. He isnt a drill sergeant, but will upliftingly try to push you to your best. Also picks up on cues as to why you mightve missed your last lift and helps you correct it. VERY knowledgable and makes you feel comfortable and confident he'll have an answer if you ask him something. Programming: very organized programming that follows a xx week cycle.
