I attend the adult evening workout sessions and I really enjoy it. Every workout has been hard but manageable even though I am out of shape. Both the leaders of the sessions (Jeff and Sergio) are kind but happy to push for your best workout. I really like that I've been attending for over a month but there is a new exercise every time. In short, it's hard, fun, and never dull. My only complaint is that it's a bit expensive but if you attend often it pays for itself. read more

I really loved going here! They will customize a move for you if you have had health issues in the past. Classes are very small so you get the one on one attention in a group atmosphere. My son has been with Kicks for a few years now and he loves it. When it comes down to it, it's his opinion that really matters. I have seen this little 7 year old grow tremendously. His confidence, self-discipline, and physical fitness has grown by leaps and bounds. This would not have been possible without the patience and guidance of his instructors. Master Jeff has been great. He is a natural teacher. Before I signed my son up for classes I observed a few of the kid classes. Being a middle school teacher, I watched the interaction between Instructor Sergio and the kids with a critical eye. I relaxed after a few minutes. His relationship with the students was comforting and my mind was set. I couldn't wait to get my little guy signed up. Hopefully my son will earn a black belt soon so his mastery of the art can truly begin. I strongly encourage those of you contemplating taking classes to go and observe.
