I would give 0 stars if I could. I booked the Sunday 10 am yoga class with my friend and a group of us showed up at 10 on the dot. The door was locked and no one opened up the studio, even after we waited for 30 minutes. I came back at 11:30 and they were still closed. They didn't answer the phone either and I've tried calling multiple times to get a refund but there's been no response. read more

I have loved this studio. Kundalini saved me when my mom died and and I wasn't recovering emotionally. I work and loved the night classes. I am disappointed that there is only one kundalini class and it's during the middle of the day and most of us are unable to go. It seems the need has fallen on deaf ears and I so bothered that I'm unable to continue my much needed healing that kundalini has provided. read more

Booked a class for Ashtanga yoga, waited outside the door for 30 minutes (15 min prior to the start of class and 15 mins after the class started), no one showed up to teach. This place is so awesome that I came here twice this weekend! In case you're confused about this... that means I exercised two days in a row! I took an ashtanga class with Marlene who mad the class fun and awesome... and did a vinyasa between every pose... my arms are literally killing me!!! She guided me into doing a headstand. I've been practicing yoga for 19 years and have NEVER been able to do this before!!! The class ends with this AMAZING gong meditation... super healing... I can't describe it, it's sort of otherworldly!!! Must do!!! I also did an aerial yoga class with Nicole. First of all this class was a "life goal"... seriously... it was fun, and not at all intimidating and super stretchy!!! I felt safe and didn't feel rushed. This class can only accommodate 8 people, I would suggest booking it a couple of days in advance! I will totally be coming back here soon! Thanks guys! read more

My daughter has mild scoliosis and is always complaining about her back. I took her to an Aerial Yoga class with Mohara and it was so therapeutic for her. At first I was nervous about having her hang upside down but she didn't seem to mind as much as I did. A 20 minute session helped tremendously. The introverted poses really helped decompress her spine and brought her relief. I highly recommend the studio and will be back. read more

Lauren and source are amazing. She has such a warm, calm demeanor. Lauren and her other instructors can take in mind weather you're pregnant or have back problems and customize accordingly. Whenever I have been to her classes I feel ten years younger when I leave. I don't know if she still does the Mt Rubidoux yoga on Sundays. Those are amazing. A 3 mike round trip hike with a view and yoga at the top. read more

Yoga was on my bucket list for many years.. But I was so intimidated of trying a class for so long. Finally I bought a 3month groupon and started at Source. At the time I was suffering from high anxiety, high blood pressure and work related stress. I was completely new to yoga, but the min I stepped into Source Studio I felt ease. Every Instructor, AND fellow yogi member is so kind, helpful and welcoming.. Mohara has a way of creating a Divine peace within the studio. I enjoyed it so much that once my groupon expired I bought a membership. I love all the yoga classes.. Slow flow and AIReal being my current favorites. This Studio has changed my life physically, mentally and spiritually I am forever grateful. Laura is great! She is super sweet! She welcomed me with a beautiful smile, early in the morning and I felt relaxed just by meeting her. She has these 5o clock am classes that are free! Yup free!!! It's a blessing to do yoga with the regular yogis that attend the session that early. I love it. This is the second time there and will make sure it won't be my last time there! It's just a nice experience. I appreciate every instructor I get to do yoga with for I learn different techniques and methods that I will carry with me forever. This is an awesome yoga (and more) studio! Being a recent transplant from the east coast, I was so happy to find such a great and welcoming community within Lauren's Source Studio. Lauren really sets a high standard with her wonderfully sweet and kind self; all of her other teachers really seem to be of the same makeup...they all want you to be your best self with your practice. So beginners through to well practiced yogis are all welcome here. :) Also Lauren has AIReal Yoga!! Its amazing! Its like you get to be a kid again and be free climbing and hanging upside down....except you are also doing yoga! I wish I could have one of them in my own yard because I would be in it all of the time. Its a little weird the first time trusting your body that you aren't just going to fall, but Lauren is totally there and on point to make sure you are feeling safe and secure. The AIReal Yoga really targets your core because mine was feeling it for days afterwards (in a good way). I would highly recommend trying it out, plus she offers the class outside almost every weekend so that you can enjoy the beautiful So Cal sunshine. One of my yoga practicing friends from back home is planning on visiting and I'm going to have this on our must-do list while she's in Riverside. This review is for their aerial yoga class only. Don't think that aerial is a class for pro athletes and acrobats--its great for everyone! My elementary school aged daughters and I have taken several classes at Source Studio. We have loved all of them, and felt very comfortable and safe at each session, even as beginners. Using the hammocks in aerial is really helpful for stretching you body. The classes are probably 50% stretching, 15% strength, 10% inversions (practicing hanging upside down if you choose), and 25% relaxation. Some teachers even provide a light massage during the relaxation phase at the end of the class. We have enjoyed classes with all 3 of the teachers we have had, but Margaret is our favorite! read more

My first time trying aerial yoga!! I went with a friend, and we were both first timers!! The instructor was so professional and with her encouragement, I was able to actually hang upside down. My back felt amazing for two days!! It was the best for decompressing my back! I've been in pain for months, and this yoga helped me to actually live pain free for 2 whole days! So far!!! Love this place! I am new to yoga and Source Studio is a great place for me learn. Lauren Rovira is a great teacher, in fact all of the instructors are great. Everyone I meet here is super friendly, staff and yogis included! I love to come here and sweat in the Zumba or Power Yoga class, or I can relax and de-stress in the Yoga or Kundalini Yoga classes. Tonight I attended a yoga class with essential oils, Lauren was the instructor. It was great! I am soo glad a I went and I hope to attend more classes like this in the future. The experience I had in this class makes me want to not only learn more about yoga but also about the benefits of essential oils. I have been practicing yoga at Source Studio now for about 4 months. What an amazing place. All the instructors are beautiful and amazing in their own way. And the amazing love energy you receive when you enter the studio is something I look forward to. My safe place I have tried most of the classes there and I love them all!!!
