I showed him a photo of what I wanted and he made it even better by adding some flaky iridescent flakes. I'm obsessed. He took his time to make sure I didn't get any heat spikes while applying the gel x, which is something that commonly happens. He was patient and diligent in his artwork, I never felt rushed or like I was asking for too much. Along with Lee being great, their front desk staff is a GEM. She is always so helpful, kind, and lowkey hilarious. She gave me tips on what I should get and all around makes the vibe of the place better.
