One day, while I was on my way I had a flat tire and was not going to make it on time and she didn't have a later opening for the day and she couldn't take me in late. Do not bring your business here. I had never done any cosmetic procedures to my face until I came here. I came here in the hopes of getting treatment to improve my acne scars. Long story short, I ended up with more damage after the procedure. I ended up with a big chemical peel scar, I was told it would go away and I waited a couple months and it has not. Linda offered store credit to go back but There was no way I'm going to put my skin care needs back in the hands of the person who caused it damage when they were supposed to heal it! Once you sign that waiver, they claim it, if they cause damage, that's that, so I do not recommend this place, please keep looking! read more

Came in a little over one week ago and met with Linda for the first time. I knew prior to going into my appointment that I wanted to get a face peel. Upon arriving I filled out all the initial paperwork and signed waivers. We then moved onto the consultation where I was seated and she washed my face. I told her what I was interested in and explained to her I wanted the perfect peel with boosters. In previous dealings with with estheticians at other business they try to talk you down from going an extreme route, ie. changing your skin care routine and starting with a simple facial. What I appreciated about Linda was during the consult, she determined I would be a good candidate for the peel and we moved forward with the treatment. Ladies, if you suffer from age spots, light acne scaring, Melasma, I would suggest you start your initial treatments with Linda. I've spent money on high end skin care lines, IPL treatments, and let me say, one treatment with the SKIN PERFECT PEEL WITH BOOSTER has made a bigger impact on my skin then anything else. I will definitely have to follow up with I'd say two additional peels before summer and my skin will be sitting pretty. When I started going to see Linda about 9 months ago I had my doubts about the skin and the techniques and products! But, that was nine moths ago! I have had 2 micro peels and the works done about 2 times also! My skin was broke out, dark spots, rough and my pores were as large as a pits! I'll try to make this long story short. On the sixth month of my membership I unfortunately had a bad experience and left with rough edges. I was interested in purchasing the makeup line Linda sells in her office (Jane Iredale). The makeup did not work with my skin type (oily) because by the second hour my face was super greasy and shiny. I text Linda to inquire about her refund policy and she confirmed she has a no refund policy. I respected that 100% but I asked if she could please put the $80 I spent on the makeup towards a treatment, or product. She did not answer my question gave me indirect answers, and said the company Jane Iredale would not replace the items for her if they were open. This being said, I offered to call them, talk to them to explain the situation and ask them to replace the loss of the products for her. She refused to give me their number and gave me excuses about why she could not give me their number. I did research and found their number online, gave them a call, and they actually told me they can replace the products for her without charge and no hassle. So I realized that she had not been sincere with me about the whole situation and was uncaring. I spent $80 for something that did not work for my skin, and she was not willing to let me use it as credit, although she was able to receive a FREE replacement from the company themselves, Jane Iredale. She talks about being passionate towards skin care but in this situation she showed the flipped side of that coin. I was very disappointed in her actions towards me as a member, and with that type of customer service I was done. Thankfully, the company Jane Iredale is very caring and offered to give me products in replacement of what I had purchased through Linda. There was no compassion shown from Skincare Love, and I discontinued my membership shortly after. Honestly, I'm big on reviews and this is why I took the time to write this. Great customer service leads to a growing company, this one needs to fully understand that. read more

Linda to the rescue! I have dealt with acne since I was 7 and it's been so hard to try to vanish it. I have tried so many drug store products, "miracle remedies", prescribed pills, retinol and homemade facials. It's like Linda says "If you want instant results then you have to use medical grade products". I have been coming with Linda every month since last January and you can't tell me these aren't real results. I get chemical peels each month, I usually get Micro peel plus or Blue radiance. I just finished a hydrafacial last night with Linda and was it great! She was super informative about all of the steps and over all very nice. She added the blue light therapy to kill bacteria along with a mask. I could tell she really wanted to help my skin. The office is very cute and cozy! I definitely had my hopes up way too high. Not that she fell short! I just expected a miracle in a way to get rid of everything on my face (bumps & scars) in one session. That is not the case. My face does look super glowy but not oily! Found them on Instagram, after seen all the post I figure let me schedule an appointment for a consultation on hyperpigmentation treatment. I called the number on the post and the answering service recommends you to text for an appointment. So I did!! They responded within a minute, whoever was on the other end was willing to take me the next day. I was so interested in taking the appointment I went ahead and accepted the time they gave me. I get a text back with the following (" I do require some information to schedule full name, and credit card information") I was like my credit card number??? Wait I am only coming for consult!!! My face felt so fresh and hydrated; however I didn't notice a diff after I left but omg, my face keeps looking better and better every day, it actually feels more firm and my pores are not as big as they were, make up looks so much better and I have more glow, my skin color is more even too. I starting going to Linda for Dermaplane. I was really pleased with she results so I decided to sign up for her membership which I'd recommend anyone not to do. Fast forward two months in. I found out my parents stole money from me and asked if she could waive the cancellation fee of $150 (absurd) and she ignored me and charged me anyway. I was literally robbed that day and I didn't appreciate how she ignored me. I get that I signed something to sign up for the membership but the fact is I was honest and real with her but she still decided to charge me.
