Worst experience of my life!!!! Got my lashes with her a few weeks ago. First she was running late for our appointment, she was on the phone with her bank most of appointment, then she made a personal call and said she had to pick up her child. She did my lashes in a rush, when she was done I was so frustrated that I left. When I got in the car my eyes were red and eyelids irritated. A few min later my lashes/ eyelids started to hurt , I messaged her to tell her that I was in pain and it seemed like the lashes were glued to my eyelids. She replied with "take some Tylenol and warm compress" SMH. I messaged her the following day and asked if she can remove the eyelashes because I was in pain. She did not reply for 3 days ( but the message were left on read!). I had to pay to get them removed and I was messaging her the whole time telling her what was going on and that I made an appointment with another lash tech to remove them. After the 3 days she replied saying she was on her birthday weekend and she didn't read my message. BIG LIE!!! I explained to her that I was in pain and had to get them removed. I send her pictures as well. She replied telling me I should had taken Tylenol for the pain‍. I asked her for a refund and she send me her policy "no refund " . I have had my lashes done for almost 3 years and I have never been in pain like that! Never had a lash tech so unprofessional and unethical like Jazz. She read all my messages me telling her I was in pain and she decided to ignore them. She stopped replying my messages after I asked nicely for a refund. Ladies be careful who you choose to do your lashes!!! read more

Jazz is amazing! I recently had a Brazilian wax with her. She's very meticulous and took her quality time to make sure she didn't miss spots. She's very gentle too and she talks you through every step. I have extremely sensitive skin and from other wax salons, I would usually have local redness, some swelling and little red bumps after the procedure.
