On the day I went it was not busy at all for a Friday and I very much prefer this place over somewhere hectic and rushed. I was happy with the time spent on the massage portion of my manicure and pedicure. Pros: one on one service, quality time spent, good massage time. Cons: this is not necessarily a con but if you are the type to clutch your pearls or get offended easily I would say this isn't the environment for you. I personally found the conversation surrounding me refreshing and humorous.
