I am so disappointed with the lack of communication with this business entity. I called and left a voicemail message on 01-29-20 leaving name, number and also explained I did a lot of research for many lash studios around the area and Yelp reviews put this studio at the top. With no reply on the 30th, I went onto their website and entered all my contact info and the reason I was requesting an appointment. Here we are February 1, 2020 and before writing this review I double checked my email , spam and phone for messages. Sadly, nothing to be found. I'm really bummed.... I've been going to Jlynn for almost a year now. I always get compliments on how beautiful my lashes are and even get asked if they are are my real lashes. My lashes has withstand the ugly humid weather of Miami to even snorkeling and swimming in the ocean! A little late at posting a review but I just can't get over how my lashes looked every time after my appointments with Becky! She did an excellent job each time! Getting eyelashes done is scary because the eyes are very sensitive and I never wanted eyelashes but after a friend recommended LashOut Studio I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyelashes. I use to live in palm desert then moved to Riverside and I did not care how far Lash Out Studio was, I ALWAYS made the drive! The studio is located inside a Redlands plaza. The girls are super accommodating and have been working here for a while. I saw Jenn for a month or so. She was able to work with my busy work and school schedule. I have had the classics and the mixed set. The Volume set just did not work for me and jenn worked with me to get me a new set and didn't even charge me for that. They are super attentive. My only warning would be to be careful because once you have semi permanent falsies it's super addicting. read more

My boyfriend wanted to treat me to get my eyelashes done for my birthday and my experience with Jennifer was subpar. She said I would be a perfect candidate for lashes due to the fact that I have pretty full lashes and I don't really sweat or wear makeup, so I was excited to get lashes for my first time. She did them pretty quickly which I was surprised because I thought doing each lash individually would have taken more time. They did look nice when she was done, but the lashes were kinda short. She explained to me that they were the best shape for my eyes. I tried to make the best out of the situation. I really wanted to enjoy them but my eyes were blood shot for 2 and a half weeks straight and by the time they weren't red anymore, half of the lashes had already fallen off and I had done everything she said to preserve them (I barely even showered). After the 4th day of the redness and having to wear glasses (instead of my usual contacts), I texted her and asked if there was an ointment or anything to soothe my eyes , I wasn't complaining or being rude about it, i just wanted to see if there was something that would help bc it was my first time and I wasn't sure what to do. Her response back was " if you want the service to take them off you'll have to make an appointment and pay for the service. " I mean, as a business owner and someone who takes pride in their work and cares for their clients I was shocked and expected a nicer answer along the lines of oh ya know maybe next time we could use different glue or maybe even if she gave me a home remedy, but that wasn't what I got from her. All in all I was upset at her response to me and my boyfriend wasn't happy as that was his gift to me and he even researched to find her. I won't go back and I wont refer her to anyone. read more

My eyes water almost every time (which makes application more difficult) but she is so patient and careful and despite my watering the lashes always look amazing and last for at least 2 weeks. Maybe I'm just not the best at maintaining lashes, or maybe my lifestyle just doesn't fit it...but by day two (which is today), my lashes started falling out, even when I brushed them and kept up with the care. I also was hoping for more of a longer and fuller lash...mine seem kinda short (I have big eyes though, and I'm used to wearing falsies). They were very responsive though and understanding when I told them I wasn't happy about my eyebrows (from my last visit...Alicia and I had a miscommunication about them) and then told them of my concerns with my lashes and how they fell out so quickly. Alicia told me I should be more diligent with maintenance, and be careful about water getting on them, and to avoid jacuzzis (not sure how I can completely avoid water getting on them with showers, and then sweating in the gym...or rain...or like, washing my face). I work out almost every day, wear lots of eye makeup, and possibly sleep on my stomach or side (all things that can cause the extensions to fall out. There were lashes on my pillow this morning when I woke up) With all of that said, If I were you, I would think about lashes and if they're really right for your lifestyle. If you come here to do lashes or eyebrows, I would make sure that you communicate with exactly what you want. I'm bad at communication sometimes, so this really wasn't a fit for me. If I ever get my lashes done again, I'm going to make sure I have better communication with my lash artist and before getting them done, ask them if they think lashes are right for me due to my lifestyle so I don't waste the money. But other than that, these ladies are great! 5 stars for them! 2 stars for my satisfaction with the services. read more

The lashes are beautiful and it is so nice not having to put on mascara!..They do quality work and I feel safe going there. I have heard horror stories about lash problems and permanent damage.
