But this puts her in the beautiful people categor. My beautiful 89 year old mother is "surprisingly vain " hahah I love it!! she wanted to come with her daughter ( that would be me) when I got my lashes filled and have her own set put on. It wasn't that simple. She has difficulty getting up on the table. With the utmost respect and kindness. Gabby uses the room with the lowest to the floor table and gently gets my mom comfortably on the tables ready for her new lashes. Honestly I cried. She was like a happy kid! Very easy to get an appointment. Front desk helped to pick out lash style then went in back. I was done with a new, fresh set in an hour. They lasted over a whole vacation with horseback riding, spas, pools etc and are still here 2 weeks later and look good. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming when I checked in and even helped describe the options for my visit which Stephanie further elaborated on right before the service. 1st experience didn't go well. I chose this location due to proximity to home and a last minute need for lashes. The lashes were done according to a photo that I use everytime I have my lashes done (elsewhere) and they were awful. They were Going all directions, 6D even though the photo is a hybrid wispy lash, the stems were thick and I looked like esma from emperors new grove lol. I left trying to brush out the lashes and correct them but was embarrassed all of my vacation and removed them asap. I was given a credit for a "master lasher" who redid the lashes about a month later . The redo was good and definitely more suitable to the photo I provided. That being said, the cost would've been more than $200 had I not had a credit. I typically pay $70 where I typically go. The lashes self removed after 1 month (no damage since they just fell off ). Considering the cost, the fact you have to pay for a "master lasher" for good results and the lack of longevity, I would not return here. read more

I've been to this location twice now for lash lift and tint, and have seen 2 difference lash techs. Both times, my lashes have come out pretty bad. This time, my left eye has this permanent separation where the lashes point different directions and mascara doesn't fix it. On both eyes, the lashes towards my inner corner did not get curled or tinted. None of the lashes are curled consistently and it looks so bad. I would not recommend this salon for lash lifts. read more

The front office and admin staff are insanely unorganized. They don't call people back, respond to messages , or even communicate with one another. The two times I came here for services I was burdened with an issue that had been taken care of on the phone before I even showed up for my first appointment but the representative on the phone didn't write down the notes to put into the system, and then the second girl didn't put it in the computer, so I had to deal with it all over again at my second appointment. The front office / appointment desk is one of the most important elements to running a business and this lack luster customer service is going to affect the lash techs as well, and that sucks because they are relying on the front to get them a percentage of their clients. ***this isn't about my one on one experiences with the two girls that did my lashes. They were both amazing and my lashes looked bomb! I felt safe and comfortable throughout the whole thing as a first time lash client. I was sitting on the couch one Saturday and suddenly I was like... I want to get my lashes done. I yelped lash places and came across Amazing Lash Studio. I called and the girls on the phone were all very welcoming, professional and sweet. They answered all my questions and was able to book me same day. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment for paperwork and an over view . It was my first time so just a few basic questions. I recommend to come with no make up as they have you do a pre lash wash anyway. The first girl that did my lashes was great and nice. Took about 2 hours, so I had a pretty good nap. They had a few promotions going on pending on the services or lash styles you received that day. I'd call them and get an idea cause they do change. I ended up getting the membership for 69.99 a month and it covers my fills. I came in for my first fill and ended up with the lash tech Bree and she was amazing and very fast. This time my fill was around and hour Long. Safe to say I am still veery happy with my lashes and the service I have received so far. I look forward to my next fill. Came here for my first time to get my lashes done for a wedding, the only person available for that day was a "master stylist" which i had no idea was like $30 extra. My lash appointment was 2 hours long. By the time i got home i noticed lashes falling out. 4 days later , half the lashes were out. i sent them a pic ,and they told me to make an appointment again and it would take 50 minutes for them to do my lashes again. So they texted me that there was an 8am appointment open so i accepted it . when i went in for my 8am appointment they said i wasnt on the list. (my husband missed work to take our kids to school and to take care of my 2 month old baby) so it was a real inconvenience. When i asked for a refund they said they dont do refunds . Came in (with my kiddo) to book a removal or fill of a previous different place set and the lady said they would waive the removal fee for a full set. Sure ok. Book an appt she says it will be $100 because I'm new. That's pretty cool! Book, fill out the papers, she says it's 165?! Because it's a "master stylist" and I booked for a hybrid lash... a bit upset that wasn't disclosed BEFORE I booked but I decide to finish booking anyway for same day. Come back they check me in, my kiddo sits down they tell me THEN there are no unattended kids in the lobby. Ok first no disclosure on the actual pricing, now no disclosure on kid policy? He's not a 3yo running around like a madman he's an 11yo playing Roblox ‍ and if I had been told that WHEN I booked obviously I wouldn't have brought him back. The lady who checked me in said they tell clients that over the phone. Ok? You treat in person clients booking different than over the phone? Really? I probably would have rescheduled but in such a short amount of time the customer service was so sketch I don't expect to ever come back. I end up having my lashes done by Amanda and ended up paying extra to upgrade for the master stylist as well as getting upgraded lashes. I am really excited about this opportunity considering I've been wanting to get lash extensions for the longest time but have been scared due to my propensity to have to play with my lashes forgetting dog or cat hair in them. Well today just confirmed my review for this place. I paid for the 200$ membership that came with monthly lash fills (2 times a month) and free complimentary lash baths. NOT once in my 2 months of membership did I ever get a lash bath. Especially my last visit as I had a bit of lash glue I couldn't get off. My lash tech still put a full set without cleaning my lashes whatsoever. I froze my membership for February so once the membership was activated back in March I was automatically charged 200 for the month. With that OVER the phone I called to make an appointment for my last set/fill and also let the lady who answered the phone know I will also be canceling my membership. As I was booking my appointment OTP she said "oh we can cancel it over the phone no worries" I clearly was aware of coming in to cancel the membership policy but she said that it could be over the phone but anyways, next day comes for my appointment, while at work I received 2 calls to confirm my appointment when I had already done it via text. The appointment I set was at 6:30pm and they wanted to move it up. If I already confirmed it through text yes for 6:30pm why call me 2 times when I'm at work . SUMMARY; I'm never going to pay 200$ for a full set or this "membership" that was supposed to include all this bc and whatever it claims to be. Now I gotta search for a lash tech read more

Not amazing! My lashes' horizontal spread across the left and right eyes are not the same. Above the right eye, the spread is about 4 millimeters shorter than above the left. In addition, the lashes started to fall out two days after the treatment was done. I tried two different technicians here: The first one was a "master." Her technical skills were very good, but she did not have an understanding of matching lashes to the customer. The second technician was not a master. She lacked technical and aesthetic competence. Thus, the result of uneven, twisting, and not lasting lashes. Not recommending this place. Expensive and unreliable. read more

I have never left a bad review... but Amazing Lash Studio in Redlands is the most unorganized lash business I've ever come across. They are extremely unorganized, unprofessional, rude, and very uneducated in the lash tech field. I went in for a volume set and they used already ready fans... the ones you can buy at the grocery store from the kiss brand. I've been getting my lashes done for 3 years as I have beautiful, healthy, long natural eyelashes and I enjoy having them. I have never seen lashes like that other than the grocery story. I brushed them minutes after she did them and like 10 fell out!! They were classic. I paid for volume. The girl that did them for me was very sweet. She got done in like 10 minutes though which is very strange as you are supposed to take your time on lashes. I still tipped her $50 because she was cool. She tried her best and she wasn't the unorganized one. Front desk girls are extremely rude and look at you up and down like they're mad and unhappy to be there?... I asked about the pricing over the phone, two different times, two different girls. They both said $89.99. How does my total come out to $165? The lash techs there are new. They are charging professional prices when their lash techs are beginners. That's fine! But why am I paying like it's a celebrity lash tech? The lashes looked terrible. At 1st I left my lashes but however I ended up taking them off. After a few days I noticed that they were pulling a lot. I followed the procedures they reccomend to extend the life of your lashes. By the following week I had removed them lashes myself because I could not afford the $40 they charged to remove them at the studio. Before removing them I had noticed that multiple of the lashes on my left eye were glued together. When I say this I mean my natural lashes and the extensions. I used professional glue remover remove the lashes. Not sure if I will be going back any time soon I lost a few of my lashes along the way.
