The test pieces on his face were red with blood dots and he still had hair and his face looked the same as when we walked in. I was still charged for the full face when all the worker did was his eyebrows. The useless manager said theres nothing she can do that we can come back in 5 days but we don't want to waste or time again.

And let me tell you, I have had sleep problems my whole life and I've never been able to just relax too because of my neurodivergent diagnoses. But she helped me relax. She worked on my shoulder knots more toward the end and she was able to break them apart, but not fully rid me of them because we had ran out of time. But best believe I'll go back for longer. Afterwards, I was worried I'm not going to lie because for the rest of the day my shoulders & neck were sore. But I have it the night because I know she did a lot. The next morning, I felt good! Still a little sore but definitely a lot more flexibility in my neck & shoulders. (A bit of context: before I went in I had pain in my right shoulder & couldn't life my arm a certain way) but I was able to helicopter my arms! It was great. I definitely recommend. & please, don't let small spaces or individual businesses/spaces scare you away. This is quite common in Redlands, especially in DT!

However today I was exactly 5 min late, and she immediately messaged me with a "no show" message following an invoice for $40. I was confused since that is her grace period according to her policy. I was scheduled at 4:30, but got there at 4:35. Her studio door was shut with a do not disturb sign. I found that unprofessional given that I was scheduled to come in. The respectful thing for Alexa to have done should've been to have her door open and let me know she wasn't going to take me in rather than just having her door shut. I know I was late, but it was within those five minutes "I'm allowed". As business owner I feel like they should be able to work with her customers. This was the first time I was late to an appointment with her. The only way of contacting her is through instagram, but it's not a quick response time on her end. Which I understand given she's working on clients. So I don't know how I would've been able to explain my situation. To add more to her being unprofessional Alexa blocked me on instagram. I was not problematic nor did I cause a scene. I don't understand the need to have to do this. These small business owners have all these policies you have to follow, but are ok to have excuses on their own terms. My advice for anyone trying to book with Alexa is not to count on the 5 minute grace period she claims to give. This whole situation made me feel like I was scammed since I was within my 5 minute grace period, but was still charged the $40 without any service.

Probably the worst place I've ever been too. The amount of time given isn't enough,The deals they get you to sign up on are bull%&^ they will send you out with some half ass lashes and when you ask to pay for additional time when mind you I already have my kids at the babysitter & shes already hard enough to schedule for...And now i gotta come back in 4 days for another touch up bc more fell out...and i just paid for them for them to not even look like i wanted. Straight up unless you like to get ripped off when set your card up on reoccurring payments and walk in and have to pay again for some reason to only be told you used your "one credit" at your last appointment WHACK ASS PRICES I found someone who previously worked here who has quit and started their own thing... And ohhh may gawdd the stuff she told me about what theybdo there products etc are all bad! Sharges $80 for a hybrid fill set with $60 refills. And my lashes LOOK amazing just like the instagram ones, They FEEL amazing and haven't had any fall out AT ALL and im almost to my retouch appointment. Good luck ladies! So I started coming here around Christmas when I got a certificate as a gift. The sweet young girl Andrea helped my husband and daughter get a gift card for my lashes as my gift. On my first visit I was lucky enough to meet her and have to say every time I go in I'm happy to see her friendly smiling face to welcome me almost every time. Allison does my lashes and she is so phenomenal! Every time I see her she makes me feel so good about myself. But I just have to add that Andrea is by far one of the most welcoming receptionist I've ever come across. I love, love, love this place!!! I am new to getting eyelash extensions and I am so happy that I took the plunge to try them out! As a mom of two little kids it's so hard to get out the door and not look like crap! With my eyelash extensions I am ready to go with no makeup! I smile more and my husband seems to love me more or is more attentive. I also have to speak in front of clients all day so I feel more put together and professional. I had single lash extensions placed by another salon and not really knowing why they started falling out after just a half hour I was extremely upset. Then I had a fill done 2 weeks later and that was a nightmare!! I had Amazing Lash Studio do a fill 2 weeks later and found out the lashes that were used at the previous salon were too heavy for my lashes! Two weeks later I went back to ALS and asked that they all be taken off so I could start fresh so I had natural 3D lashes put on and I LOVE THEM!!! This place is amazing! I've never had eyelash extensions done before, so I was a little nervous about the whole process, but everyone here made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! Andrea at the front desk was so friendly and walked me through all the paperwork, the process, and tour of the facility. And then my stylist Mariah was super sweet helping me choose what style of lashes I wanted and did an amazing job applying them! I went in a few days ago to get my lashes done for my first time and after I opened my eyes and looked in the mirror I was so happy to see how AMAZING my eyelashes turned out. I love this studio! This place is always clean and always smells good. The staff is really friendly and very helpful. They explain everything from the eyelash process to the usage of products and so on. It's a very comfortable and relaxing place to get your eyelashes done . I take a nap every time I go and sometimes I catch myself snoring lol! I came to Amazing Lash Studio to have extensions put on for the first time ever. I had my lashes done by Serena who gave me a natural set of lashes. I love them so much it actually looks like I have real lashes that are just way longer than my natural ones. I can put on a little bit of eyeliner and eyeshadow and my eyelashes look perfect. Her touch is gentle. Her space is really clean and accessible in downtown redlands. She doesn't push anything on you and truly does tell you what is good or not. I will be coming back from now on.

She's super sweet and makes you feel comfortable while working on your lashes. She does a bunch of other things like hair as well but I haven't gone for that yet. But I totally recommend going for some lashes! Plus she gives you a little after care set for your first time and it works like magic !

My lashes last a good 3 weeks if I can manage to stop sleeping on them...lol...I always wake up with my face buried into my pillow...lol. My lashes don't like that...lol. However I can always call and she got me right in. Prices are comparable to surrounding area with one difference...when looking for a lash tech I ran into a few sites that had rules like crazy...charge if you don't do this ...charge you if you don't do that...now I understand the need for some but I feel sorta of threated before I even get there....not good...then I found Enchanted and yes she has a few rules as well but I felt I could handle them...they seemed normal requests. The place is very nice, pleasant atmosphere and I talk her ear off..lol. No lie ...I have fallen asleep a few times...lol it's just so relaxing there. Definitely give this place a try.
