5 stars on customer service! I had the full set service done with a stylist in training. The lashes are light and not irritating at all. Unfortunately, my lashes didn't turn out as good. They are pointing at different directions and upon close inspection they are glued at different levels of my eyelid. One eye had more lashes than the other. I also left the place with black stains in one eye. Although, my sister had her lashes done with an actual stylist and it turned out great. I am grateful for the free service, but I would recommend paying for an actual stylist. read more

This was my first time with Amazing Lash Studio and I really enjoyed my experience! I signed up for their membership program as it was affordable and does include a free refill a month. I told my lash artist that I did want volume and I was used to a high volume/dramatic look and I was a little bit disappointed with how the 9d looked for me just because it doesn't seem to have made a difference. I'm giving one star because of the lack of transparency in pricing and the actual lash application. I follow Amazing Lash Studio on Instagram and saw their post needing lash models and that the cost was free. I had never had lash extensions before so I thought this would be a good way to try them out. Jocelyn helped me with the paperwork and choosing a style. She was very nice and helpful. She explained that my lashes would be free but there was the option of getting add--ons. I was undecided and she told me I could decide with my lash stylist. I ultimately decided to add 3D volume for $20. The lash extensions look great. However during the application, Marilyn poked my eyes about 5 or 6 times and almost dropped tweezers on my face. They landed on my hair. She only apologized for that. When it came time to pay my total came to $76.55. The blonde cashier told me the lashes were $25. The 3D was supposed to be $20, and the cleanser was $20. I told her I was told the lashes were free because of the lash model special and she said, "They should have been more transparent about the prices." Agreed. I do not recommend this establishment. They try to upsell you every step of the way and then have different people quote you different prices. Jocelyn told me 3D was $20. Marilyn told me it was $35 at first and then $20. When I left the store my lashes looked amazing. I did everything they asked, didn't get them wet for over 24 hours and never used any oil products. I got my lashes done on Friday and on Sunday they started falling out. Whats crazy is only the extensions fell out and not my own lashes, it looked like there was no glue on the lashes. I had them done for a trip and 1 day into it a third of my lashes are gone. Very disappointed in this place. Need to get better glue or train your employees on how to put them on properly. I've had lashes done many times and have never had them fall out like this. I'm scared to touch the lashes because every time I do more and more fall out. read more

Went in yesterday for a new full set. I was recommended by a family member after my artist moved to a different location. I wanted to stay local. The staff was friendly and nice, so that helped. This isn't my 1st time getting extensions as I've had them for the past 2 years. The process to get my set removed was a little bit painful as they warned me it might burn a little bit. I have a high pain tolerance so I tolerated it. It burned my eyes but mostly on my left eye. Then I got my new set. I asked for 6D volume. I wanted a mix of gorgeous and naturaI but was told she could do natural since I wanted the cat eye style and if I wanted more next time I can add more but I had already is mentioned how I wanted them to be big and full, so I was a little let down when I got mine and they werent as big and full as I was expected especially the extra money for volume and they were pre made fans not individual fans so that part I was not impressed with. My real issue lies when I woke up this morning my eyes had been sore all day yesterday and when I woke up they were still sore. I don't know if it's because they are pre made fans but I feel like they're just very stiff and on my left lower eye it is very red and I have slight pinkness to my right eye is well but not as much as my left along with pain to both eyes. I'm guessing possibly a chemical burn? I did sign up for a membership however I'm not sure if I want to continue with them or if I want to just try to go somewhere else but so far I'm not very happy. It has only been a day so I can't really make reviews on how long they are going to last. I will update soon. read more

The worst lash experience I've ever had. So I went to get my lashes done last Friday. By the next day lashes were falling out so much. By Sunday over half of my lashes were gone. So I had an adjustment appt set for yesterday at 11:30am by 11:30 pm so many lashes had fallen out thru the day it's ridiculous!!! As I simply blink I feel them falling. I wake up today and lashes are all over the place. But my natural lashes are not coming out. Like the false lashes are not staying glued to my real lashes. My right eye has significantly less lashes than the left. This place is way too expensive for this type of problem. What am I supposed to do at this point?? These are absolutely not going to last the next couple of days at this rate let alone 2 weeks. I want my money back ASAP. read more

I have been a customer at Amazing Lash Studio in Redlands since April 2019, when I tried some lash extensions for my wedding. After some initial problems with fallout, I figured out the best way to care for my lashes and am now a regular guest/member. I've seen multiple stylists over the past year, but my regular stylist is Alexis and she's terrific. She's sweet and does a fantastic job. I always leave with fabulous looking lashes. The process is surprisingly relaxing and I've fallen asleep more than once! This shop is clean and very well appointed. The staff are friendly and the manager worked with me when I was having the fallout trouble mentioned earlier. Lash extensions are not inexpensive and regular upkeep will set you back about $125 per month for basic lashes, more if (like me) you want the 3D or 6D lashes -- plus you should tip your stylist! This is my only personal appearance splurge, so I just budget for it. read more

The stylist did a very poor job: Right eye with more lashes than the left, lashes not full so she used mascara to make it look fuller. She also used only one size of lashes throughout the whole eye, which made the lashes look very unnatural. Anyway, I left dissatisfied. The front desk called me as soon as I left the store asking to come back to get it fixed by another stylist. It took me 3 min to go from my car back to the store. When I got back the front desk said that I would see the same stylist. Hello? She is clearly poorly trained, so I said no. She said that she tried to schedule me over the phone and I didn't accept right away (it took me 3 min), so there would be no other stylist able help. I requested to cancel my membership, she answered with an agressive tone that I was locked in a contract. Well, when I spend top dollars on lashes I expect to be a good service. I had called this lash studio about 10 days ago to make an appointment for today with Marilyn. I was very clear that I am driving 45 minutes to get to the Amazing Lash studio in Redlands to meet with this lash technician as I have seen her work and only wanted to be seen by her. I was reassured that I could see her today at 7:20pm. I got to my appointment at 7:13 and the receptionist was very rude and said that I was late. I showed her the text message that stated that my appointment is at 7:20 and told her that they had confirmed my appointment three times on Saturday twice on Sunday and twice yesterday for Tuesday at 7:20pm and then she said that because I am a new client I am supposed to arrive 15 minutes earlier but that she'll make an exception and see me anyway... like first of all I am not late if you want me to be there at 7 then perhaps schedule your client for 7.. just an idea. After the consultation and paper work that literally took 4 minutes (which is fine, but she was upset that I was "late" because she said the constitution would take 15 mins) she told me that my lash technician would be with me shortly. A lady from the back came up front and called me by my name and wanted to take me back as we were walking towards the room she introduced herself and said that her name was Amanda and I got confused and said I'm sorry but I have an appointment with Marilyn and then she said no you have an appointment with me and I said I'm sorry but I don't want to be seen by you I drove 45 minutes to see Marilyn. Amanda was confused and walked me back to the front. The front desk lady said that I did not ask for Marilyn and that I just made an appointment and I told her that that's not true and that when they called me yesterday to confirm my appointment I told the guy on the phone thank you for confirming the appointment because I thought for a second that my appointment was on Monday and the person on the phone told me that Marilyn is actually off on Mondays. How would I know that or why would they tell me that if I did not have an appointment with her. The receptionist was very rude and said she can't help me out and that I need to come back on Thursday. I had informed her that today is the only day that I can get my lashes done because I'm going on vacation on Thursday I was ready to pay $200 just to get my lashes done today. She kept trying to convince me to go with Amanda but I was very upset that they had moved their schedule around without giving me any sort of notice. The receptionist kept telling me that Marilyn has to go home because she did not take a lunch break. I am sorry but thag is just very poor management. If you are going to move people perhaps check with them? The reception then seriously tried to blame me and said maybe next time you can ask the person that makes the appointment to put it in the notes as if I was lying or as if it was my fault. I reminded her as I had told her in the beginning of the conversation that their last studio had called me at least six times over the past three days to confirm my appointment with Marilyn. The management is so poor at this lash studio and so is the customer service. I informed my friend that had recommended me to go to this lash studio what had happened to me and she called to see what happened because she felt so embarrassed after speaking so highly of this lash studio but the receptionist was very rude to her and refused to let my friend speak to a manager. My friend ended up canceling all of her future appointments and membership all because of how incredibly rude the front desk girl was. I believe her name was Bella. She would constantly talk super fast. Well done. You lost one long term client and another potential long term client. I wasted my time driving almost 2 hours going there and back for nothing and now I will have to go on vacation without my lashes done. Thanks a lot "Amazing" lash studio. Eh, I've had better service at someone's house! I lost my corner lashes the next day was expecting a lot more for the amount I paid! They talked me into getting a membership but after having the lashes for a week I called and canceled. Even though u pay for a membership, u still have to pay a difference every time u go if it's not classic. It's like for volume or sexy or whatever they wanna call it. And it took forever, the girl I had was so sweet but they have different level techs and some are faster than others. I feel if I'm gonna get a tech that takes 2 1/2 hours versus another tech that takes half that much time I shouldn't have to pay that same price!! read more

I love my 6D lashes! Brianna did my lashes and they look very full and I loved them. She makes the session so relaxing and she's gentle. Some stylist rest their hands on my forehead and it puts pressure on my head and it isn't comfortable but with Bri she just touches the lashes only. Will start getting my lashes done by her. Great Job Bri! Got my lashes done by Jess yesterday and they are 100x better than my past few appointments. I was really dissatisfied with my lashes from the past 2 appointments. One of the employees just kept tugging on my lashes and she kept taking lashes off than putting more on. She barely glued the lashes on and I'm not exaggerating but at least 5-8 lashes would fall out everyday. It was terrible. Then I went to my appointment with Jess and she made my lashes look beautiful again! Stephanie is so great! Every time I got her, I would walk out feeling perfect! I had been getting my lashes done by someone who owned her own personal lash business but I just could not afford her prices that were constantly being raised and she was constantly moving. I decided to give this chain a try because it was close by, seemed more affordable and reliable, with LOTS of availability and this Mama just wanted to do something for myself that made me feel good and help me feel put together everyday when I don't have time to do so with a toddler. The last Master lash technician I got a fill from was Amanda and she was super easy to talk to. Of course there are times I just want to lay there and relax but she made you feel like a person and not just another client. I highly recommend her and this business. I personally selected the cheaper membership plan which covers 1 fill every 3 weeks and I'm glad I did. Whatever product they use lasts really long and well!
