Have been there a couple times and they've done a great job with my manicure and pedicure. They can also do designs and I'm very happy with how they turned out! Will definitely be back!
First time coming here as my usual nail salon is too far of a drive mid week with traffic. I came in with a 2.5 week grown out gelX set on and Katie did a fill for me. She made them look better than when I first had them done, cleaned up the shape and really paid attention to detail, which is very appreciated!! I will definitely return and ask for Katie. The *only* thing is I wish this place had more cat eye colors to choose from. Glad they have chrome though as that's my second favorite currently. Also this is their short GelX length, I've noticed some salons have an XS option but this place doesn't.
Love this place so much!!! Very nice on the inside, atmosphere is calm. Got two manicures from here both designs were stunning. Tiffany did them and they are gorgeous every time.
I went in for a full set of acrylics. This was the first time in 15 years that I had them. It was my 15yr anniversary and I wanted to do something special for myself before my dinner reservations later with my husband. When I arrived at Glam X nails around 10am, I was shown to Natalie, the nail tech who'd be doing my nails. Natalie was uninviting and unwelcoming from the moment I sat in her chair. I tried to make some old talk, and tell her it had been a long time since I had nails. She just brushed it off and just acted like whatever when I told her that. I told her I was nervous about it, but wanted to go ahead and do it, again she just acted very disconnected and uninterested. When I showed Natalie my inspiration picture after I asked if you'd be willing to look at it, she met it with a dismissive attitude, like ok. I was under the impression the nail tech would color match the polish in the picture, again because it has been so many years since I've had my nails done, but I was wrong. I was meet with an attitude from her that I was to color match the polish myself before we got started. I was confused that she brought all kinds of colors to my area to look at. And I asked her. Are you gonna look for the color or do I. She said in a very loud tone, "you figure out the color before we continue". The inspo picture showed a short square natural, looking nail with very light pink color. Once I found the color that looked very similar to the one in the picture more of an issue begun when we had to do the length. I practically had to argue my way with this nail tech Natalie on the length. I kept telling her the length was too long and that it needed to be cut shorter, she kept reassuring me that I needed to trust her and that she had more filing to do and that they would be short based on the picture. However, when I realize she was done with all the filing, the nails were still too long for my preference. I told her again they're too long, she again continued with her attitude, this negative vibe and asked with an attitude, well, I can file some more if that's what you want. At this point, I'm uncomfortable, I'm contemplating just getting up and walking away and just paying for the service that was done. But foolishly, I sat there and allowed her to finish knowing that the nails are still too long for my preference. I was hesitant to make this review, because I always go to this establishment for pedicures. Never have I ever had a bad experience doing the pedicures. But this time, dealing with this specific nail tech, it has changed my whole perspective of this business and whether or not I will still continue to give them my business. Her attitude towards me was very unprofessional, extremely unwelcoming, and made me feel like I was bothering her to do her job. I run a business where I work with clients in a service industry. Never would I ever treat a paying client/customer this way. Attached is my info picture along with what I got.

Only one person I strongly disliked but I don't remember her name. They honored my booked appointment and even accommodate when they can if I do walk in .. or wrong date appt. Everyone's nice there.
Came in on a whim since I desperately needed my toes done. I was properly introduced by staff and got comfortably seated while waiting for a nail tech to service me. And let me tell you Natalie has hands of heaven! I've had a horrid past experience elsewhere and Natalie was so swift and neat, no room for any complaints. The establishment is also very cute and cleanliness is top tier. I believe the spa package along with a gel pedicure with French tip was $70 not including tip. Will be back in near future.
I absolutely love this place! After having a terrible experience with another nail shop just down the street, Theresa saved my nails! She was so gentle and took her time with the design. I've now came back a few times and I don't see myself having to find another place!

I requested a design, showed her the picture and she absolutely nailed it. However, two days after the nails were already lifting at the bed and getting caught when ran through my hair. I noticed that a few of them did not appear flush before I left, but again as this was my first time, I wasn't sure what to expect. $70 service and $10 tip.
I got my nails done by Emily and I am so happy with the results, my nails came out beautiful. She was very attentive to details, friendly, and sooo talented. I'm hoping to book with her again!

Very fast and reliable service. Price is reasonable and the environment is modern. The first time I came here, I walked in without an appointment on a Friday around 10:30 AM. I was told that there was an opening around 12 PM. It seems that mornings are the busiest, so if you go I highly suggest calling ahead of time or if you are willing to wait, you can sit or explore the nearby area. There are good food spots near this salon and there are shopping centers extremely closeby. Theresa helped me and she was extremely nice and I loved the french manicure she did on me. I came to this salon a second time on a Friday as well, only this time I called ahead. When I arrived near the time of my scheduled appointment, I was sat down almost immediately, no waiting extra. This was also my experience the first time. Winnie did my deluxe manicure the second time I was here and I loved it. I thoroughly enjoy the extra add-ons to a manicure such as the massage and paraffin wax. She did a great job at massaging my arm and helping me relax. The paraffin wax they use smells like peaches and it makes the skin on your hands and arms feel soft afterwards. I showed Winnie a reference picture of some nails I found online. She was so dedicated to making sure it came out as close as possible to the reference, that she had assistance from another nail tech to do the flower designs to make sure it came out perfect. I appreciated the dedication to detail and service. The picture is the final result and I ADORE how it came out! I love a simple short nail manicure and this place delivered the result I wanted. I have definitely found my new favorite nail salon in Redlands and will plan to come back again. read more

Unless you want a ton of glue underneath your nail and for them to point upwards I wouldn't recommend. They shaved the glue down several times. I was told it was because of my nail shape. I paid full price of $80. Really disappointed. read more

I was getting services here for the last two years and as of recently they have become rude. I went in for a wax today and not only was I not greeted, but the wax service was trash. She didn't tweeze, the chair was dirty, she left me with wax, I still have hairs left, and I felt extremely rushed. I tried to give them another chance from the last few times I have came in and the services disappointed as everyone has an off day, but I was wrong. The services are trash. I wouldn't recommend. read more

Chop shop nail shop - they just get you in and out fast. They don't care what your nails look like as a finished product. And I came in with my three-year-old daughter and I got her a mani pedi and they charged her the same as an adult ! Mind you her manicure nails already popped off - will not be returning read more

Kelly Pham did such a phenomenal job on my nails! They didn't have the charm that was in my inspiration photo, so without making a big deal of it, she offered to HAND PAINT the teddy bear charm!! It turned out so good, she is truly so talented. She payed close attention to every detail, and there is not a single flaw on either hand. She was also incredibly gentle and did not hurt me whatsoever. Please book with her for your intricate designs!!! The girl at the front desk was very sweet and attentive as well. Will definitely be coming back, this is my new go to salon!! read more

Kelly Lee did amazing job on my nails once again making them very cute, perfectly shaped, and matched them to my dress that I showed her a picture of. She always does an outstanding job perfecting my nails and does incredible details on every design. Highly recommend!! read more

I'm really disappointed in this place for my nails. It's been 3 weeks and I should just have to go get a fill but my nails are popping off left and right. I want to make clear they aren't breaking off they are POPING OFF!! The reason they are getting 3 stars instead of one is because of my pedicure!! My pedicure was great!! Alyssa does an amazing job and my feet still look great 3 weeks later!! read more

Second time having Kelly work on my natural nails. On the way one of my nails broke! She gave me options and was very honest about pricing. We ended up repairing the one nail and completing my gel manicure. She gave me advice on how to keep up with my goal of keeping my natural nails strong and long! read more
