Thank you for the amazing customers service. Called for a last minute appointment for 2 due to another salon not honoring their appointments and they got us in. Showed up a few minutes early and was greeted and sat down. Our manicurist was ready for us. They also do an amazing job! First time coming here as my usual nail salon is too far of a drive mid week with traffic. I came in with a 2.5 week grown out gelX set on and Katie did a fill for me. She made them look better than when I first had them done, cleaned up the shape and really paid attention to detail, which is very appreciated!! I will definitely return and ask for Katie. The *only* thing is I wish this place had more cat eye colors to choose from. Glad they have chrome though as that's my second favorite currently. Also this is their short GelX length, I've noticed some salons have an XS option but this place doesn't. read more

She's highly trained, knowledgeable, and genuinely lovely to talk to. She pays close attention to detail and clearly takes pride in her work. She introduced me to poly gel nails, and I don't regret it for a second. They feel lightweight, last so much longer, and look beautifully natural. And let me tell you Natalie has hands of heaven! I've had a horrid past experience elsewhere and Natalie was so swift and neat, no room for any complaints. Yay I have a new nail place! We got pedicures here (me, my sister and mom), my sister had Wendy, I had Helen, and my mom had T (not sure if that short for anything). We all had amazing services. I finally found a nail place where I moved to! I was driving an hour to go to my pedicure girl every month and it was just really tiring. I'm so glad this place is only ten minutes away from where I live. Wendy and Helen did amazing jobs on our French pedicures and T did a great job on my mom's pedicure. Our toes look very clean and polished! it is on the pricier side so I wish they had a promo or something but I'm also very happy with the service I got. I will say, Helen didn't speak much English so it was a bit harder to communicate with her but she still did such an amazing job on my pedicure and I will absolutely be coming back next month! read more

Lady was rude, answer the phone while doing my nails. I ask for medium coffin shape and I she did almond short. They did let even look almond shape. I love the results when I leave every time, but recently I had an incident where I required an acrylic nail on my toe, came out great, but by the next day it was broken. I called and explained but they told me they don't guarantee their work more than a week. I wasn't able to return sooner as I lived 35 mins away and only go to this area once a week or else I would have returned sooner. So I had to pay an additional $10 dollars for the acrylic nail to be fixed. This place has great work but pricey. I paid $70 for a gel fill with French...appears to be a few dollars short of a full fresh set. I love this place but 3 starts for the customer service and the price! read more

I visited early afternoon and was seated quickly. Staff are all friendly and so was my technician. It was my first time with gel X so I wasn't sure what to expect. I requested a design, showed her the picture and she absolutely nailed it. However, two days after the nails were already lifting at the bed and getting caught when ran through my hair. I noticed that a few of them did not appear flush before I left, but again as this was my first time, I wasn't sure what to expect. $70 service and $10 tip. read more

Loved this nail salon! I was able to book an appointment online and once i arrived, I was able to be seated immediately. The ladies here were very nice and attentive, Kayla did my manicure and pedicure and I could not be happier. The location is very clean, organized, and well equipped with everything they need. Many other nail salons charge extra for the most ridiculous things, but not here! I was charged exactly what I got and was not charged extra. I was getting services here for the last two years and as of recently they have become rude. I went in for a wax today and not only was I not greeted, but the wax service was trash. She didn't tweeze, the chair was dirty, she left me with wax, I still have hairs left, and I felt extremely rushed. 1 star I went in for a full set and paid over $160, expecting quality work and a lasting set. Unfortunately, not even a week later, one of my nails completely broke off. When it did, I was shocked to see how damaged my natural nail was underneath. The technician had filed my nails down so aggressively that my nail bed is now exposed -- it hurts to touch, and it's incredibly sensitive. As the rest of my nails are starting to grow out, I'm noticing deep dents in each one. It's clear they were over-filed, and now my natural nails are severely damaged. I'll have to wait weeks, maybe months, for them to fully grow out and heal. For the price I paid, this is completely unacceptable. I trusted this salon with my nails and now I'm dealing with pain and long-term damage. Please be cautious if you're considering getting a full set here. I would not recommend it based on my experience. read more

GlamX is the best nail salon in Redlands/IE area! I am the type of person who picks one nail salon and one tech and am picky about how my nail shape/design looks and GlamX not only has the best techs, but all of them are great! I've been going here for about half a year and every time I go, I have the best experience & I leave a new woman hehe. They have the prettiest colors and so many options to choose from (think: Korean brand nail care + chrome + sooo many colors) and they shape my nails exactly how I like them--don't be afraid of telling them what you want because they'll make it look perfect! I love Julie and Kelly as my mani techs, who are detail oriented and know exactly what to do. I also love Wendy for my pedicures and they are all soooo sweet and gentle on my cuticles. Honestly, every tech I've met is wonderful and it's rare to find a place like this. I've been to a lot of nails salons in Riverside/Redlands area and they do not match up to GlamX. They also have hybrid gel (also known as polygel) nails, which they call "luminary" and my nails last for over a month!! The only reason why I need to go back is because my nails get too long, but the design does not chip/get ruined. The prices are decent and I cannot rave about them enough.
