I went for re-touch. After having been there in December. My eyebrows had mostly faded again after 6months. I was so disappointed. I decided to do microblading and shading after much hesitation. I had to ask about the color that was being put in the shading as this was not discuss with me at the beginning..The response was the "same color as the microblading" my brows are red and completely miss shape.. and just like in December, you can't even see the microblading. One eye brow is thicker than other and honestly the shape is sooo offf. I am so disappointed this is my face that we are talking about..I did complain but no solution was offer. Honestly afraid to even get it fix by the same person.. my brows look tattooed and not microbladed.. please be careful. I have done microblading before and my brows have never looked like this. The worse is that there was no solution offered at all. All I got was sorry, you didn't like your brows.. honestly I am Afraid to get it fix by the same person again. read more

I was confident I had chosen the right place. My appointment was a few weeks later, and everything went smoothly. No pain and only very minimal discomfort. It was over before I knew it. Do not go to Shelbee Aldape at Redlands Blade and Lash for a lash lift & tint. She over processed my lashes and ended up having to cut some of the tips off because they where too kinky on the ends. One entire eye looks completely mangled and the other isn't as bad but still mangled at the tips and the bottom lashes even got mangled. I look like I have spiders in my lashes. Sad that she allowed me to walk out the door looking like this and couldn't even own the horrible job she did. I didn't even realize until I got home what a horrible job she did. I immediately texted her and she told me they will relax in 48 hours. That was a lie so i sent her pictures and she claimed she could fix it but since I couldn't coordinate a time with her schedule she was very rude and blew me off in the end and refused to give me a refund. I told her I felt obligated to the public to put my pictures out there if she didn't refund me or fix them and she didn't even care, she refused a refund and in the end refused to fix because she caused me of threatening her with a negative review. So I want the public to know how rude and unprofessional Shelbee is! Sad that I followed her work for a month before choosing her. I trusted she would do the right thing to resolve this. I chose not to respond to her last rude message to me acting like this was my fault for not coordinating with her schedule for a fix and being offended that I called her out on a BAD JOB. Her customer service skills are horrible and I wish this on no one! I hope my post helps others avoid such a disaster and being ripped off like I was. To Ericka C. This review is for the teeth whitening service. I was nervous to get it done because I didn't want my teeth to be sensitive like they have been in the past to whitening treatments. But let me tell you they weren't at all! My gums were a little sensitive for two days or so but that was only during brushing. I didn't notice anything when eating anything hot or cold! The office is super cute and Ericka is so nice and makes you feel very comfortable. The service goes in 15 minute increments. You wear that mouth widening thing, which didn't bother me at all. Then you get to see how white you want to go. I ended up drooling everywhere like a dog, but she made me feel super comfortable. ‍ I would recommend this service to anyone and everyone. Especially for those that love their tea, coffee, and wine! Having bright white teeth does something for your face all together!
