This is the place to go to for a VI peel. Kim was quick and efficient and I got fantastic results, peeling a lot. I looked 5 years younger afterwards. When I got scared because thick sheets of skin sloughed off in the shower, Kim was immediately available to reassure me that everything was normal, and put me at ease. I have since gone elsewhere for another VI peel due to a gift certificate from the holidays, and I realized that the outcome of the peel really does depend upon the confidence, experience and the expertise of the person performing them, as the results of my second peel with someone else were really underwhelming. Got a lip filler back in 2024. Didn't realize how sucky the experience was until I went to another place to get my lip fillers done. She was not through with the application and there wasn't much of a difference with my lips. After going to this other place I was able to see a big difference. The general experience of going to another place and being able to compare services is what made me choose one star. Kim rushed through her injections. Plus I know of two other people that have had a bad experiences my sister being one of them. My sisters friend went for fillers also and when she went back because her lips were uneven, kim told her her lips are uneven to begin with and didn't try to solve the issue. read more

A few years ago, I came for lip fillers and they were asymmetrical. I had to get them dissolved and I had to go back to a more expensive place to get them fixed. But the Botox was ok so I kept going here until now. I'm a bit upset and guess I'll be finding a new Botox place. I've been going here for years and the staff seems to forget my name and sometimes acts like they've never seen me when I walk in. They talked about moving to the new location for months and how they would have a walk in Botox clinic, but when you call for what's basically a walk in appointment you will feel so rushed. Three out of the last five times my Botox was rushed through the appointment, and I had asymmetrical drooping because too much Botox was placed on one side vs the other. I don't want to have to remind my injector every single time because I have drooping from the last session. At my last session before my most recent, I explained in depth about my drooping and she tailored my session and it looked great... So this last time I figured I wouldn't have to say anything but again I have drooping. I would be more forgiving if it was only one or maybe even two times over the course of the years that I've been going there, but I have had significant drooping three out of the last five Botox sessions that I've had if I don't specifically state it. Also, to add, every time I try to pull up my rewards program through brilliant distinctions/Allē, they assume and/or want me to change my password to be something that they can readily access for themselves. I am not comfortable with changing my password on my own personal account for them to access at their will. Aside from that, the new location is gorgeous and it is a beautiful and comfortable office. Even though they forget who I am every time it seems, the staff is fairly personable. I just can't get over that I have such bad asymmetry unless I really spell it out to the injector. I have attached a photo of my eyebrows both relaxed and raised to show the asymmetry that is not normally present. I also chose a photo after my last Botox session that had no drooping. read more

So far I have only gone in to get my botox. Kim did a great job. I actually don't even mind looking more frozen and having zero expressions in my forehead. I am in sales...it works to my advantage to keep my facial expressions from showing too much! haha. I am really nervous to be going back in and getting my lips done for the first time ever. You hear horror stories and you never want that to be you. I've seen some great posts about Kim's work and I've seen some scary ones as well. There is lot that is out of Kim's control and so some reviews may not be too fair. And being in the hospitality industry since I was 16, I know people use yelp mostly to complain rather than compliment. So it is encouraging she has so many positive reviews.
