I had messaged them on Instagram to find out more information but initially I forgot to reply when they had responded. Today, they reached out to me since they had some openings. I ended up booking the couple's massage for my husband and I and we went to Oasis a bit later. There was a bit of a scheduling conflict, but I really appreciated the owner making it right. Our massages were wonderful. They were a combination of stretching and deep pressure massage that melted away the stress. I valued that they did not rush any part of the massage and they gave special attention to any problem areas. The lobby is very clean with some couch options to sit and a peaceful fountain. The massage room itself was nice and tranquil, though I do wish there was a diffuser with some essential oils going. The front desk staff were prompt and helpful. I would suggest possibly getting warming pads and/or table padding to make the table a bit more comfy, but overall it was a great experience and we will be back! Excited to fill up our loyalty card and try out the scalp spa. :)

The day before my appointment, I called to confirm the details and learned that they do not actually offer that service. Had I been given accurate information from the beginning, I would not have waited a week for an appointment that could never meet my needs. What disappointed me most wasn't the initial mistake--errors can happen. It was how the situation was handled. Rather than apologizing for the misinformation or trying to make it right, the gentleman I spoke with argued with me and insisted I must have been communicating with AI rather than an actual person. I am certain I spoke with a person. Our original conversation required human judgment and interaction--far beyond what an AI system could have provided. Even after I explained this and shared the information I had been given, he refused to take any responsibility and instead repeatedly shifted the blame to me as the customer.

I have received multiple products and Services from Reverse Gravity. When I walk into a business I am looking for 3 things: Is it friendly and inviting? Are the staff mindful (listening/attentive) of my needs as a patient/ customer? Do they have a high level of expertise? At Reverse Gravity, I would give them a 10/10 in all of these areas; and that is the main reason I keep going back. From the time you enter the building you will notice a clean and inviting atmosphere. You will become aware that you have walked into a place that is unique and set apart from other medical spas. If you have questions or fears, I encourage to ask their highly trained staff. Personally, I had a ton of questions and fears over laser therapy and bio identical hormone pellet therapy. Every question was met with a high level of understanding, knowledge, and reassurance. I have had remarkable results from all my treatments. I've gone for Botox with Brandi, taken my daughter for IV infusions with Lexi, and just had a CO2 laser treatment earlier this week. I swear I can see results already from the laser; may be just wishful thinking. The procedure was a breeze. The IV experience was personalized for my daughter and for me and was a relaxing experience after the initial "poke." We will definitely be doing that again.
