I've been going to Stephanie since like ~2017/2018 way back when she was renting a room in a salon and I was maybe 18/19years old...it's been so long and it makes me emotional to think about, she is absolutely the ONLY person I trust with my skin. Even if you're unsure what exact service you might want to request she will give you a consultation with years of experience and extreme knowledge to help you figure out what your skin might need. I love getting my facials done with her, there was times where I struggled with acne and random breakouts and she really would explain and break everything down to me. She's even been available outside of business hours texting me and guiding me through any questions/concerns I had, she's even sent me links to products that are affordable and reliable if I ever asked her for anything in specific. She's always made me feel very comfortable and it's always been so easy to talk to her about everything. It got to a point where not only was she giving me the best facials removing all the junk in my skin and clearing my pores BUT it also feels like therapy just talking about absolutely everything, she became a friend and it's funny to have seen each other grow so much throughout the years. It's so amazing to see her business flourish as it should, she is the right person to count on for all things skin related. I've been here a few times and enjoyed coming. However I recently came for a facial and paid for a 90 min session. I only got a 60 min session and left with a bruise. I'm very unhappy about this and spoke to the owner with no avail. She offered a 50% refund and then changed her mind and said that maybe it was a personality clash or that I didn't look relaxed. What does that even mean? That seems so weird to me! Plus no regard to the bruise? Like girl, how is that ok? read more

Stephanie aka Skincare Guru is so passionate about her profession. She genuinely wants to help us achieve results. She takes her time examining the skin, asking important questions about our skin and recommends the best products! A few of our family's favorites are the Osmosis Polish Cranberry Enzyme Mask. The mask makes our skin feel as if we just had an actual facial at home. Great to use in between visits! The other is Osmosis Purify Enzyme Cleanser. Ladies i am not bs with what I'm about to write. I have tried other spas and to be honest there is nothing like this. The experience is extreme fenomenal! Stephanie is a very hard working woman who provides with nothing but the best possible work out here. It's relaxing not forgetting that this is not a building where you walk in to get a facial but her home!.
