On my drive home, I lost several lashes on my right lash line. Throughout the next two weeks, I continued to lose lashes rapidly from the right side. By the time I returned for my fill (after two weeks) there were very few lashes left on my right side and my left side still looked ok. Customer Service Review: I made a fill appointment (in person) on the day I got my lashes for two weeks later (today). Since I did not reply to the overload of calls, texts and emails, they cancelled my appointment. I made the appointment in person...I should not have to make an extra effort to confirm it again. She was so dedicated to making sure it came out as close as possible to the reference, that she had assistance from another nail tech to do the flower designs to make sure it came out perfect.
