The test pieces on his face were red with blood dots and he still had hair and his face looked the same as when we walked in. I was still charged for the full face when all the worker did was his eyebrows. The useless manager said theres nothing she can do that we can come back in 5 days but we don't want to waste or time again.

There was no stress there. At the appointment itself, she was so welcoming and kind and had really great conversation skills. As for the waxing itself, Ashley is not afraid, and she knows what she is doing. She made sure my skin was so soft and smooth after the waxing, I was surprised how well and deep she went, considering I hadn't gotten one in a long while. I've had bad experiences at other locations, but this place is my go-to place now. She is gentle, careful, and accurate with her waxing. I saw two people (physical therapist & masseuse) prior and they told me "yah they're just points and your shoulder blades." Okay! But them my husband said no it's not normal go to another masseuse so I did. I found Erika here on Yelp & I'm glad I gave her the chance! She is very sweet and informative. I booked an hour massage and it actually helped me relax. So much so, I started to fall asleep but I forced myself to stay awake. And let me tell you, I have had sleep problems my whole life and I've never been able to just relax too because of my neurodivergent diagnoses. But she helped me relax. She worked on my shoulder knots more toward the end and she was able to break them apart, but not fully rid me of them because we had ran out of time. But best believe I'll go back for longer. Afterwards, I was worried I'm not going to lie because for the rest of the day my shoulders & neck were sore. But I have it the night because I know she did a lot. The next morning, I felt good! Still a little sore but definitely a lot more flexibility in my neck & shoulders. (A bit of context: before I went in I had pain in my right shoulder & couldn't life my arm a certain way) but I was able to helicopter my arms! It was great. I definitely recommend. & please, don't let small spaces or individual businesses/spaces scare you away. This is quite common in Redlands, especially in DT!
