Three years later, and I think it's time for an updated review because Sophia deserves every bit of…read morerecognition I can give her. Finding an aesthetician you trust is one thing, but finding someone who makes you look forward to your appointments is something completely different. From my very first visit, Sophia made me feel comfortable, welcome, and completely at ease. Let's be honest, getting waxed isn't exactly the most glamorous or comfortable experience, but somehow she turns it into an appointment I genuinely enjoy. She has the ability to make even the most intimate and vulnerable appointments feel effortless. She's funny, down-to-earth, and has a way of making you feel like you're catching up with a friend instead of counting down the minutes until your wax is over. Before you know it, you're laughing, chatting, and the appointment is done. She is incredibly talented at what she does. She's thorough, professional, and consistently delivers amazing results. After five years, I've never once questioned whether I should go somewhere else because there's simply no reason to. When you find someone this skilled who also genuinely cares about her clients, you stay loyal. If you're searching for an aesthetician who is not only exceptional at her craft but also one of the most genuine, personable humans you'll ever meet, Sophia is your girl. I can't recommend her enough, and I honestly don't see myself ever going anywhere else. Thank you, Sophia, you've earned a client for life!!!

Her personality is just as fabulous as her technique. Highly recommend if you want to feel pampered and leave with zero regrets (and zero stray hairs)!

Until I had several people, primarily my husband tell me they weren't normal and I should go see someone. I saw two people (physical therapist & masseuse) prior and they told me "yah they're just points and your shoulder blades." Okay! But them my husband said no it's not normal go to another masseuse so I did. I found Erika here on Yelp & I'm glad I gave her the chance! She is very sweet and informative. I booked an hour massage and it actually helped me relax. So much so, I started to fall asleep but I forced myself to stay awake. And let me tell you, I have had sleep problems my whole life and I've never been able to just relax too because of my neurodivergent diagnoses. But she helped me relax. She worked on my shoulder knots more toward the end and she was able to break them apart, but not fully rid me of them because we had ran out of time. But best believe I'll go back for longer. Afterwards, I was worried I'm not going to lie because for the rest of the day my shoulders & neck were sore. But I have it the night because I know she did a lot. The next morning, I felt good! Still a little sore but definitely a lot more flexibility in my neck & shoulders. (A bit of context: before I went in I had pain in my right shoulder & couldn't life my arm a certain way) but I was able to helicopter my arms! It was great. Furthermore, upon arrival to the salon. Brooke, greeted me with a smile. She, also assisted Jennifer with my hair services. In addition, my services included a root touch-up a mini refresh on my blonds, a great head massage, wash. And a blow-out. Overall, I was satisfied with my hair especially the way my color turned out, as well as the social experience with Jennifer and Brooke. Moreover, my only constructive input is that the blow-out technique demonstrated on my hair could use some improvement. For instance, I have curly hair. And most importantly, I prefer my hair to be sectioned out and blown out in a downward direction. And pinned for added volume. Rather than randomly rough dried all over in conjunction with a round brush. In my experience from previous blow-outs, the method executed on my hair produced a much shinier and softer outcome. Lastly, Jennifer and Brooke are awesome skilled cosmetologists. And I highly recommend these two ladies for any hair services. Best regards, Michele

She understood my hair like it was her life's calling. She even refreshed my highlights for my wedding, and I swear I floated down the aisle shimmering like a sunbeam. Then life whisked me away to Orange County for a bit. New city, new grocery stores, new salons. I tried other stylists -- nice ones, talented ones -- but something was always... off. The vibes weren't the same. My hair wasn't the same. So when I moved back to Redlands, I basically sprinted back to my comfort zone: Palazzo. Then Kendra moved away, I panicked for about five minutes before finding Emerald. And oh my gosh... Em is magic. I can bring her the vaguest Pinterest screenshot or a grainy selfie from 2016 and she'll just smile, nod, and whip my hair into exactly what I pictured.
