I felt like it was meant to be because it just all worked out so well and booking online was so easy. I booked a 90 minute appointment with Bitali for the Moisturizing Head Spa service. The location was easy for me to find because I know the area well, but if you're unfamiliar I put up photos of the door and its relation to a business that's easy to spot from the street. It's the door just to the left of Jersey's Pizza. The stairs lead you up to the hallway where you'll wait. She opens the door right at the time of your service. I liked the energy in the waiting area. The hallway is filled with business doors where women are getting their hair or nails done. There are also some aestheticians who have doors in the hallway. I liked the chatter from all the ladies taking care of themselves. It is a very joyful and beautiful space. Once I was in the room, I was greeted and instructed to remove my top clothing and sit in the chair with my towel robe. Bitali did a visual assessment with a scalp camera and explained what we were looking at throughout. After that I laid out and she went to work. It was so relaxing! I savored every minute of peace I had laying there. After the final rinse out, I got back in the chair to do a reassessment of my scalp. I got dressed and left with my hair wet. Once it dried out, my hair was the softest it's ever been. The whole experience was well worth it. I feel great and will be back regularly!

**Evans & Co - Base Color (Grey Coverage) with Brooke Martinez** I had a great experience at Evans & Co with Brooke Martinez for base color/grey coverage. From the start, Brooke was professional, knowledgeable, and really listened to what I wanted. She took the time to assess my hair and explain the process, which made me feel confident I was in good hands. The grey coverage came out beautifully, very natural, even, and blended perfectly with the rest of my color. I didn't get that flat or overly dark look that can sometimes happen with grey coverage. My hair felt healthy and looked shiny afterward, which I really appreciated. The salon itself is clean, welcoming, and has a relaxed vibe. Everyone was friendly, and the overall experience felt high quality without being rushed. I would definitely recommend Brooke for anyone looking for grey coverage or base color, she clearly knows what she's doing and takes pride in her work. read more

Angela was GREAT. It took a little while to get exactly the cut that suited me, but she didn't rush--she took her time making sure she did it right. She had great ideas on what would look good on me, and she does both of my friends' hair, and they look amazing, too! And she was just super nice. I was really tired that morning, so I appreciated that she let me zone out. I'm a quiet person, and I don't always want to chit-chat. On top of this, the price was really right. She gave me a discount because I was referred, and she gave my friends discounts as well. I will definitely keep going back to Angela. Also, I love Evans & Co. They have great products. One of my favorite necklaces is from them. I love that they have a little more than just hair--they carry great lines and even good makeup. read more
