This guys is the worse hairstylist, he threatened to call the police for defamation when as you can clearly see his Job is horrible. He stated that my wife walked in with damaged hair, but a professional hair salon will refuse to work on someone's hair if it's no healthy enough. This guy said nothing to my wife and he is saying all this excuses about his nasty work. He can message me or my wife if he need to get my address to contact the police. He clearly does not know the laws here in California but don't worry my boy attorney will handle it from here on now. Thank you for the prof you submitted on all them messages. I have long hair and get nervous for anyone to do color or highlights but she did a wonderful job. I have been using this salon for years and have noticed they have upped their game recently. I walked in on a Friday around 2:30pm and was helped right away. Lorena was my stylist, she washed, cut and dried my hair. She was/is fantastic! She was easy to talk to and very professional. I am extremely happy with my haircut. The salon itself is bright and clean. For a salon that has coupons in the local Penny Saver and relies on walk-ins for a lot of business, I was happy with how stylish the salon was. My husband and my son just came from there. The hair cuts are horrible. It is way too short than they wanted. My son bangs are not that straight and way too short. The back, you can't even know if it is square or round. My husband showed her a picture of what exactly we wanted and told her how much to cut and she still messed it up. This place started out nice they charged $8 on Wednesday's for men's haircuts and $10 for women, as time went on they raised their prices to $15 and their customer service got worse. The other day that I went the person cutting my hair messed up on the haircut and then when cleaning up the back of my neck she cut a line all across the back of my neck I had felt a pain and some burning but i just thought it was the type of machinery that she was using and said nothing, the lady never said that she had cut more nor that she had messed up on the haircut it wasn't until my wife said that I had gotten a scab from them cutting me that I realized why it hurt. I went back to let them know that they had cut me thinking they would say they'd be more careful next time and that they were sorry, instead they called three employees that kept grabbing me and moving me around without my permission to see my neck "in better lighting" they said "it's just a little scratch that you can't even see", "just put Neosporin on it". Vanessa did such a nice job on my hair. My hair has been to my waist for quite some time and I really wanted a new look. I was nervous to make such a big change but I was in great hands. She cut about 6 inches at least and put in some layers which came out so nice also did some partial highlights. She did exactly what I asked for and used a color close to my natural and it really blends in so nice. The highlights are so nice / not chunky at all. I got a hair color. I was satisfied but later when I went to the gym and sweat, the back of my hair had clumps of conditioner in it. I guess it wasn't washed out completely. I had to wash it out which was a bummer because I got a blowdry. The girl was nice so I don't want to name her, but a lesson for everyone, do not put too much conditioner and make sure it's all out before leaving the sink. read more

I went in the store today to get an estimate as to how much it would be for me to get my hair bleached and color corrected. Not only was she very rude to me about it, she also looked at my hair like it was awfully disgusting and her and the other woman that was working there were laughing and snickering at me. I found her to be very unprofessional and didn't satisfy what I was looking for. I wanted to get my hair dyed ash blonde and right now my hair is mixed tones of red, black, and brown.
