On multiple occasions, I waited close to an hour for treatments that were relatively simple. What made it even more frustrating was having morning appointments and arriving on time, only to find out that the person performing my treatment had not even arrived yet because they were running late. I completely understand that businesses can fall behind occasionally. However, when this happens consistently over nine separate visits, it is no longer an occasional delay it shows a complete lack of respect for clients' time. The overall environment also felt extremely unprofessional. My experience was disappointing from the very first appointment through my last. If you require clients to schedule appointments and expect them to arrive on time, that same level of consideration should be given to their time as well. I appreciated that they had appointments available within a reasonable time frame and that they were open on Saturday. The skin check itself was simple. Everyone working here is very kind. There's plenty of seating in the lobby and the office is clean. No shortage of parking on the weekend. They gave me a little goodie bag of skincare samples when I left which was awesome.
