Others mentioned Groupon but I went through my PPO insurance and discovered this thanks to Yelp. The PA Melissa was very direct and clear about my eczema. They take progress photos of your skin too. *Location: right off the 91. Exit Arlington and head to Indiana. Their office is in a smaller plaza that I almost missed. They're on the second floor. If you take the stairs, they will be located on your left. There's a sign that says 1 guest per patient due to COVID. *Service: Melissa was nice and direct with me. Front desk staff was okay. Some people wore masks and some didn't. The atmosphere is cool. Wait times will vary. PROS: they were able to slot me into an appointment the following day. CONS: not open on the weekends. read more

I have had great experience with my laser hair removal and tattoo removals. For the tattoos I do believe they treat them on a low setting but I'm glad about that, this is the only place that hasn't burnt TF out of my skin for tattoo removal or laser hair removal. There is one lady that works there who is rude and annoying (I don't know if she is the office staff or what), once she scolded me for arriving too early and told me I must never do that again. Another time she told me I'm not allowed to use my own lidocaine for my laser hair removal before I come in. I told her that the doctor said it's fine and she said "Well it's not, don't let it happen again" huh? Ok weirdo, not listening to you. But other than that they are great. Sometimes they run behind because they have a lead Dermatologist onsite who does actual medically necessary procedures in office. You can't rush those things. Also my laser girl doesn't rush me so that's probably why there is a wait some days because they actually care to talk to you and ask questions. read more

Horrible attempt at removing microblading! I should have done this review a few months ago but I've been so busy so I am finally getting to it. DO NOT COME HERE FOR TATTOO REMOVAL OR MICROBLADE REMOVAL! I came here to get a 2nd session of microblade removal. My first session was not here, it was a few years ago at Removery (that place is so much better). So all the brown color went away painlessly & instantly at Removery. The undertone of the ink was red and that's why I came to this place to get it removed. I was tired of using concealer and make up to cover the redness. The Dr did tell me I might need a few sessions and I was fine with that, I was not expecting it to all go away in one session. So the Dr. did the treatment and I was not shown a mirror after. I was told to book my next appointment in about 6 weeks. When my husband and I walked out and got into the elevator I asked him if my eyebrows looked better? He then told me, "well it's just red". When I got into the car and looked in the mirror I could not believe my eyes! My eyebrows looked like someone put a red sharpie to them! I figured it would go away soon since it was right after. This did not happen at Removery! Well my eyebrows were bright red and scabby for 2 weeks! I had to wear sunglasses each time I went out! When it was time to make the next appointment I contacted the office and let them know that the redness on my eyebrows was now worse than before I went to them and I asked for a refund. They said they would contact me later that day. I also told them I had pictures as proof. I waited 3 days then contacted them again. They did not want to refund me. They said I had been told it would be a few sessions and I agree they did but I was never told nor did I think the red pigment would get worse and I'd need to cover my face because it was so red! They did offer a free session but I had just started a new job and I worked the hours the office was open and I explained I can not afford to miss work already and risk having to cover my face all over again for weeks. Plus they are not open on weekends. I had already paid $250 for the first session, even with a free session let's say the pigment got back to where it was initially then I'd need to pay another $250 just to start seeing any improvement?? $500 and 3 (1free) sessions in order to show any actual removal happening was definitely not worth it to me! I wish they would make this right and give me a refund but honestly I don't think they care. read more

I was very impressed with Dr. Dawood and his staff as they were very professional yet personable. I went in with a specific issue which they addressed at a reasonable cost and they did not attempt to upsell me. When the time comes to have other procedures done this will definitely be my choice and already I've had two people ask for their number and I've only been home an hour. Dr Dawood is an outstanding Dermatologist and highly skilled especially with the CO2 laser which offers the best skin tightening. Plus there's lots of other skin treatments he offers. His assistant Deanna is very knowledgeable, sweet, and helpful which is hard to find in this industry especially in Riverside. Both Dr Dawood and Deanna made my sister and I feel comfortable, confident that we were in good hands, and provided us with a warm and inviting atmosphere as my sister was prepared for her treatment. This is the first time I've ever gone for any kind of face "treatments." A coworker has gotten treatments done here, so I decided to try it. Pros: the office is clean and the staff is friendly. I appreciate the initial consultation for treating the bags under my eyes. Dr. Dawood suggested starting with a filler, and see if I like the results. If not, there was a more expensive and painful Plan B. So, after Plan A did not yield the results that I wanted, I started microneedling as Plan B. Cons: 1. Wait time to be seen. I have waited between 20-30 minutes for morning appointments. I have waited between 30-60 minutes for afternoon appointments, with Dr. Dawood offering a quick apology for running late as he enters the room. 2. After the fourth treatment micro-needling, I was left with severe "discoloration" (which looked like bruises) under my eyes. If I wanted to alleviate the "discoloration" I needed to get laser treatments. I understand that Dr. Dawood cannot predict how my skin will react to the treatments, so I continued with four laser treatments. They are very painful! 3. Demeanor: unempathetic. During the laser treatments, Dr. Dawood did not acknowledge the extreme discomfort of the burning laser. No comment on if he was almost done, or "hang in there." After the treatment, he did not ask how I was feeling or offer any "follow up" care of my burning face. I had to ask the assistant. Dr. Dawood's comment before he walked out the door was, "I'll see you in three months for the botox." I took it upon myself to make sure that I had the creams that I needed for the aftercare. I also had to google "laser treatment care" because it had been a couple of months since the last one and I needed a refresher. All in all, if you want a factory, assembly line kind of experience, where the wait time for the client is not important, this is the clinic for you. read more

This review is a little overdue. I saw Dr Dawood in November 2021 initially for Botox. As the Dr was administering the Botox he said "if you're ever interested we could do some filler here..." and he also asked about a mole that I had always hated in my hairline and again offered if I was interested in the future... His approach was not pushy, rude or condescending. It was clear that he genuinely wanted me to look and feel my best. I came in the following week for both procedures. He was thorough, answered all my questions and took his time with me. When he was finished I was brought to tears by how happy I was with the results!! Two things that had always bothered me were resolved. He helped me look and feel my best just in time for my son's wedding. I will always appreciate that! Heard about this office offering micro-needling and decided to give it a try last week. Office staff was friendly and answered all of my questions I had about the procedure. After about 5 minutes of waiting I was taken to a room and prepped. I was kind of scared at first since I don't like needles, but the procedure didn't hurt and it was relatively quick. After I was a little red, but my skin felt super tight and looked shiny. The following morning I was no longer red, but my skin was lightly peeling, so I used the moisturizer that came with the procedure. A couple days later I noticed that my pores were smaller and my skin was still shiny, tight, and now super smooth! Definitely gonna buy another treatment, can't wait to get this done again next month! read more

I had an appointment at 10:30 today. I waited until 11:15 and the doctor still did not come in to see me. I would have understood if he was busy but there were literally zero patients in the entire establishment. When I walked out the doctor was sitting on his phone texting, he wasn't even busy! What a joke. As somebody who has two children, one of them a new baby, this blatant disrespect of my precious time is totally unacceptable, especially since I waited weeks for this appointment. I usually drive 30 minutes to Senza in Redlands and I thought I would save some time by staying local but that was a mistake. I highly recommend Senza and will be going back there instead. Sidenote: the doctor at Sublime MD has a bad attitude too but I was willing to put up with that because he was convenient and effective. Now that he is no longer convenient there is really no reason to visit this establishment, ever. For other busy moms out there who need help, you won't find it here. read more

Re: CO2 Fractional Laser Treatment I read previous reviews about customers getting the "sales pitch" to upgrade their original purchase so I was expecting that when I arrived as well as other reviews regarding long wait times in the lobby/waiting rooms. The wait was long but good service supersedes this any day. The doctor apologized for the wait the second he arrived. He took the time to answer all of my questions, told me about my individual needs, mentioned the available upgrades (in no way tried to pressure or sell me), and was accommodating in every way possible. I'm not judging but I feel as though if you come into a place of business, you should be advised of additional procedures that may benefit your specific condition so those that complained in previous posts of being haggled for additional procedures definitely had a different experience then me. Any doctors office has a wait and even more so when the doctor is in demand. I will update with the results on/after Feb 1st, 2022 since this was my pre-op appointment. read more

It's the least I can do for a business that puts a patient/client above their bottom line. I went into Sublime MD off of a Groupon. So I expected to just be treated like a Groupon patient with the usual up-sell or dismissal if I chose not to agree to an up-sell. The doctor and staff were not like that at all. They are very relaxed and easy going and will tell you exactly what you need without trying to sell you on something you don't need. I felt remarkably comfortable each time I left the office. I have gotten my lips filled probably about 8 times over the past 5 years at multiple places in Southern California and on the East Coast. I would switch offices a lot because I was never 100% satisfied with how they turned out. When Emma did my lips, it was basically painless and also the least amount of bruising I have ever had. I love how they turned out and receive compliments on them all the time. I loved my results at Sublime so much the first time that I came back for a full face of Botox. Again, had such a great experience and love how comfortable and confident Emma helped make me feel with my Botox and fillers. We talked about what results I was looking for at the beginning of my appointment, and Emma was super patient and kind when explaining the process. Got an awesome, affordable Groupon for 3 laser hair removal treatments on 3 areas & I was thoroughly impressed. The place is really nice, very clean, & smells good on the inside. In addition, the staff is super friendly! During my first visit, 2 ladies were being trained on how to use the hair removal machine so I got hands on treatment from the doctor. I thought I was super cool because I even got to wear his special goggles. LOL The process was quick & other than feeling a few slight zaps (and having to smell the hair burning off), it's nearly painless. I have dark, dry, sensitive skin, and didn't have any blemishes, burns or bruises on my upper lip, tummy, or armpits after any of my sessions. The treatments are pretty amazing! I haven't had any additional appointments since the first 3, and my hair still grows back very slowly & is very thin (instead of being thick & coarse). Not a happy customer. I wouldn't waste my money here on tattoo removal. I've had two tattoos removed at a dermatologist before. Three sessions and both were completely gone. You can not even tell I ever had them. With that experience, the treated area blistered up, ointment was applied and they were kept covered for a week. With Sublime, there was no blistering, was told not to put anything on the treated area and to keep the area uncovered. Upon doing research, everything that happened with my dermatologists experience was spot on! I am assuming that Sublime keeps the laser way too low in order for you to have to pay for more sessions. I've been twice and you can't even tell. I have a third session that's half paid for, but at this point I don't think it's even worth going back. Let me be clear though, the staff is absolutely sweet, caring and professional. Unfortunately, kindness isn't going to remove my tattoos like I need. read more

Zero-zero-zero results I found them on Groupon and called them to see if they're open and they said don't buy the Groupon just come in the office and they would honor it. Right there they should have set off a red flag. After all they're trying to cut out coupon from their profit. Absolutely love it here, the staff was friendly and answered all my questions. Erika and Reese were amazing, they made sure I'm was okay and comfortable. I'm excited to see the results of my co2 laser treatment. Update: so the scars looked like they weren't there the first few months, come to find out it was due to my face still being a bit swollen. It's been a over 6 months and my face does not look any different then before I got it done. It's pretty upsetting since I thought I would see better results after the 6 months, but it just went to looking the same. I wanted to go for a few more sessions, but I honestly don't want to waste my money paying for something that doesn't look any different after the 6 month period. Especially since I had paid more then I originally planned to when I first went in by upgrading the co2. Fabulous place. They did a cancer check, biopsies and then used a laser to remove suspicious cells with no scaring!

I had several good experiences here but one of the new receptionists has super bad vibes. She berated the other girl in front of me for answering a question (correctly!) without knowing what service I was getting. Then as I was leaving she informed me my package expired but she wasn't going to charge me even though she should. I started to tell her they'd agreed to give me an extra year since I live out of state and only visit OC a few times a year, and she interrupted me and said the same thing again. I just walked out without scheduling the two other services I'd planned on getting. There's too many places like this in OC to be treated rudely by anyone involved in the process. read more
