Aaron also needled my major scar areas a few more times in hopes of getting rid of them faster! Breanna front desk manager and Cristal the location manager hooked me up with a extra clear and brilliant facial because I had a bad experience at the Laser Away Brea location too! I had a CoolSculpting treatment on January 29. Unfortunately, the applicator was not placed correctly on the target area. I noticed it immediately after the session and showed the nurse. She acknowledged that the placement was not exactly correct, took photos, and told me she would contact customer service the next day to see what could be done. Sadly, no one contacted me. I followed up three separate times and they asked me to send pictures and I did, as of March 1, I still have not received any response. The lack of communication and follow up has been extremely disappointing. When something like this happens and there is no follow up or solution, it leaves the customer feeling that they may need to return and pay for additional sessions to correct the result. I expected better support and accountability, especially after the issue was acknowledged by the staff. Customer service in this situation has been unacceptable. read more

From the front desk/entrance everyone is friendly and helpful in recommendations and staying up to date on services or where you are at in your treatment. My favorite nurse is Erin, she has been such a gem from the start of this process to now near the end. I have been going for a year now and have become almost completely hairless! Shaving is no longer apart of a daily routine, now it's barely monthly if needed. The pain is tolerable and after the first or second time, you really get used to it. I booked a consultation over the phone for thermage thinking it was an under eye treatment.A gentleman called asked why thermage I told him I'm spending money on useless creams but want something effective,he asked for pics of face and eyes to see if I was a candidate he's said it would work for my under eyes.I was happy, I've dealing with puffiness for years it ages me.He said he has a few great deals&just missed the summer one but not to worry he has other deals to offer.He was super friendly we got along really well, joking and just having fun on the phone,in other words suckering me up.He said he could give me 3sessions for $1500 he proceeded with more deals but the $1500 is the one I want,I said stop reading more I know a great deal when I hear one no way did I want to miss out on it.The deal was good for only one day&had to pay for it now or lose it,unfortunately I was not home with my cards.I was stressed because I didn't want to miss the deal,the struggles with my bags are no joke.I have a drawer full of products I buy weekly&nothing works.He heard the desperation in my voice when I thought I was loosing the deal he said to hold while he spoke with his supervisor.After a long hold he came back his supervisor said why have friends &family stress&could pay the following day (Sunday).I was too anxious thinking they would change their minds&left my sister's house rushed home,called right back to make the payment,no way was I going to risk losing the deal by a day!The day of the procedure I was crushed when they told me thermage was not for under eyes it would not help with my bags but micro needling would for another $600.I was shocked&speechless,I told them that's the one&only reason I took the package deal"MY UNDER EYES"I let her know what I was told over the phone how It would help my under eyes how I sent pics of my bags&said I was a candidate for the procedure&would help.I WAS DEVASTATED,friends &fam know my struggles with my under eyes.I had no choice but go along with the thermage, It's paid for.The associate doing the procedure is very sweet,I thanked her for her honesty letting me know that thermage was not going to be effective for my under eyes but micro needling would.In the middle of my procedure we talked about the benefits of thermage how it takes 2-3 sessions to see full effect. I told her luckily I bought 3.On the way out I spoke to Rachel,the one in charge so I apologize if I got the name wrong,I was upset,told her about the call&got scammed by their consultant on the phone& thermage is not for under eye issues.I asked for micro needling pricing. I would have to pay another $600 on top of the 1500$.It gets worse,I was very upset&left.Halfway to my car I remembered I need to make my 2nd appt for thermage&went back into the building,guess what?They do not know what I'm talking about there was no deal for 3thermage procedures at $1500. That's the price for only one!My mouth dropped I told them the consultants name&showed the text,numbers& pics sent to him.Unfortunately the deals were given to me over the phone not text.She said corporate is able to listen to our conversation,I instantly felt so relieved&said"OMG that's awesome then they will hear him offering me the 3 different deals,me taking 3 for $1500"I finally felt like things were turning around,I'm not rich I've been saving up here&there I had a little savings,that's how I payed for it.I told her how relieved I was that our conversation will be heard.She said "well I don't know if they can help you or not but I'll pass it along to corporate they will call you 24-48 hours". That has me believing that they are not going to honor what was promised to me over the phone by the reps they hired.Whats the point of her telling me they could listen to them?Unless she thought I was the one lying&tried catching me in a lie but backfired.I told her to pray for me,wish me luck that's a lot of money& things never go my way,she said would. I said yeah even tho this location is a bit far from me we set the time for 6:30. I made plans all the way out there bc I figured I would be out there for my laseraway appointment anyway then she texts me saying they have to cancel. I responded w how unfortunate that is and she then proceeded to ask me if another date worked for me. I then said I don't have any availability this week and explained how it was a bit far from me then asked why they had to cancel and she didn't respond. Any other location I've gone to is very considerate of my time, very responsive, and if they make a mistake they've always offered me some sort of service for the inconvenience.
