I had a CoolSculpting treatment on January 29. Unfortunately, the applicator was not placed correctly on the target area. I noticed it immediately after the session and showed the nurse. She acknowledged that the placement was not exactly correct, took photos, and told me she would contact customer service the next day to see what could be done. Sadly, no one contacted me. I followed up three separate times and they asked me to send pictures and I did, as of March 1, I still have not received any response. The lack of communication and follow up has been extremely disappointing. When something like this happens and there is no follow up or solution, it leaves the customer feeling that they may need to return and pay for additional sessions to correct the result.
