I was hesitant about returning but I had already paid for a 7 treatment package. On my second visit I met Narissa RN and the experience was totally different. Narissa is caring, patient, gentle, friendly, and has excellent customer service skills. She is the only reason I will continue to get more treatments at this facility. My wife scheduled an appt. here (45min) for Monday Feb 23rd and paid a $50 deposit on Feb 19th . After talking we realized we were going out of town Thursday February 26th and didn't want to risk her having swollen lips still. My wife cancelled appt on Friday Feb 20th. Per the text message received as long as she cancelled within 48 hours there would be no charge or fees (my understanding deposit would fall off pending card charge). This company ended up taking the deposit anyway. She also spoke with a person on the phone Friday to confirm the pending charge would drop off. Be careful with this company if you place a deposit and something comes up. Hate to give negative reviews but taking money from customers who stayed within the guidelines is poor business. read more

It's not often that you come across a staff that goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door until the end of your visit. Management is phenomenal. Victor always acknowledges us and greets us no matter how busy he is. The highlight of our weekly visit is Stephanie. She has taken the time to get to know us and spends the time to address all of our concerns and make sure we are knowledgeable in the treatment we are receiving. The best customer service! I don't do well with needles, but the staff here are so sweet, friendly, and supportive! I've been seen by Nisa & Brenda who are fabulous nurses. Not to mention their front desk person, Victor, who is a delight. The place itself is well kept. Clean waiting area & procedure rooms. The bathroom is also very clean. It's so easy to set up an appointment & they are never trying to upsell, and always making sure you get what you want! I get lip filler & while Nisa is my go to girly, Victor explained to me that Brenda learned from Nisa and that the work would be similar. At the same time, Victor explained that it was still 100% up to me if I wanted to reschedule with Nisa or be seen by Brenda. Today was my first appointment at The Body Bar. My laser hair removal appointment went well. My nurse answered all of my questions and did a test spot before starting my session. The waiting area is huge, I love the decor and the snack bar had several snacks/beverages to choose from while you wait. I didn't have a wait, I checked in and they were ready to see me. The waiting area and treatment room were clean. The staff was friendly and greeted me upon entry. The location is easy to find, you can literally see the signage from the 91fwy. My technician made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. By the way when I made the first appointment the gentleman that answered the phone was patient and answered all my questions. He made me feel comfortable enough to make the appointment. I've done a total of 4 sessions and there's a significant difference that I booked another part of my body. On my last session I had a different technician, I'm a creature of habit and felt embarrassed once again. She made me feel comfortable and offered to reschedule my appointment with the technician I usually see. I was already there so I said it was okay. She was great, it went by fairly quickly. Scheduled an IPL using Lumecca. During treatment Natalie the technician stated that the treatment needed to be redone because she set the machine incorrectly. Natalie directed me to call 2 days later to talk to manager about resheduling. Called the manager to reschedule and he informed me I would have to pay again even though I didnt receive the proper treatment. I was very happy when The Body Bar opened. It's conveniently close to me the offices and waiting area are beautiful and so clean. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. I do have to say that when I visit the body bar I am always greeted by a warm welcome. I've received my 1st round of laser and I cannot wait to go back and continue with the sessions. extremely upset. I was recommended this place by a friend then saw aj we for it on Instagram. Last week I booked a facial from their website and selected a time and date that was offered on the link. I complete the forms as requested and provide payment. I then receive two text confirmations ans email confirmatio. I show up today for my scheduled time that was listed on their website as an option and confirmed thrice and they're closed. I took time off to be here and wasted my time driving over to corona. Why would the date and time be available on a day you were closed? Why would I be sent three communications to confirm the appointment on a day you're closed?? read more

I had no problem with this place until when I had an emergency situation and I was not able to make it to my appointment. I called them day before my scheduled appointment to reschedule and the receptionist said they will charge me $25 for late cancelation. I called them 23 hrs prior to my appointment to be exact, as soon as I figured I won't be able to make it to my appointment. They do not even have one time courtesy to waive the cancelation fee.
