I went in today to get my weekly shot and I was not able to get one because I haven't had a bowel movement. This is not something that it was ever discussed. They said it was in my paperwork. Even though on my second visit, nobody asked me when I had a bowel movement. I live 25 minutes away and just wasted my time. Since they only spend five minutes with me when I get my shots I feel like this is something that could be mentioned especially if it's from preventing you to get your next shot. *****UPDATE****** When I went in this past week to get my last shot that I couldn't get the prior week. The manager came in to meet with me to talk about my negative review. She said it was unfair of me to write a review about one negative experience. Mind you I had only been three other times. And she kept saying how I didn't write about my good experiences. If I'm being completely honest. My other verses were OK. I go in a room have me step on the scale. Ask me where I want my shot and I'm out of there. Not really much to say. I was very taken back when she asked me to take down my post. I told her I would think about it. And then she proceeded to tell me that I couldn't get my last shot if I was going to keep it up. Since she ended up giving me my last shot. And I haven't taken down this post. I'm now banned from going to any other location unless I take down my post. But the part I find most hilarious and how this all got started was because I wasn't given my shot because I hadn't gone had a bowel movement a day before coming in. So when the manager met with me and decided to give me a shot, they did not ask me to get on the scale and she did not ask me if I've had a bowel movement." Which is their strict policy. " this place is completely unprofessional. I recommend saving your money and just get your shots mailed to you, it's cheaper and more convenient. Wish I would've known this earlier. read more

I was going to another weight loss clinic. I called this clinic a few times to ensure that they would see me and asking questions. I went in, completed all the PE and weight test! Unfortunately, a hour later I sat with the doctor and she went over my history throughly. However, it was a waste of time. Hour plus later, my BMI didn't match the requirement for their facility. Well, duh, you knew that 30 minutes i lm after I was weighed. Why make me waste so much time going through more questions. No alternative was offered. Just a shame I'm trying to stay on track after losing 30lbs and I was sent out the door after 1.5 hours. read more

Have I got a story to share with you. I started going to this weight control clinic about a year and a half ago. I noticed overtime that the staff was changing all the time and I was never seen by the same people when I would go for services. Mind you I went every week for weekly injections. The one time I asked the manager who was noticeably grouchy every time I went if I could have the same girl she huffed at me and said "oh well then you're going to have to wait if you want to have her". Okay fine whatever, I waited. She seems so irritated that I wanted consistency with somebody that I felt comfortable with. huffed at me and said "oh well then you're going to have to wait if you want to have her". Fast forward, I went into the office and grouchy manager lady was being her usual self so I made the comment "maybe if she got some "D" she would be in a better mood". I don't know if the girl that was helping me told her or she was listening and at the door, but she called me at home and told me I was no longer able to come after I finish my services that I had already paid for. At that time I had three weeks left of injections. The next week I showed up for my injections and the injection lady said "she's not allowed to give me my injections anymore". The manager noted my chart that they were no longer able to provide services for me. When I showed concern she went ahead and did it and told me the next two weeks I would have to take them home with me and do my own injections. Considering they take my blood pressure weight and know exactly where the shots are supposed to go, I don't feel like I should have to give my own injections when I don't know what I'm doing. My boyfriend calls to talk to the manager and since she wasn't in the office, the girl at the front desk called her and put her on speakerphone or we heard her ask if I filled out an authorization to do self injections. Since I hadn't signed anything she reluctantly allowed me to come back for two more treatments. It's absolutely horrible service, inconsistent staffing, and honestly they're way more expensive than a new place I found that is almost $200 less for the Semaglutide shot. This place is less than 10 minutes away and the services exceptional. Try Evolve Medical group in Riverside. read more

However This company has really went down hill I would say ever since the new manager Kristy started. First off, wait times are incredibly long theres only one girl taking patients while the manager is just there seeing patients walk in . I went yesterday and it was ridiculous Also they state they open at 8am but whenever I try to go at 8 to get my injections before the gym they are never opened ! I went last monday and I literally waited 1 hour for them to open and its not first time I have to wait . Do Better. read more
