I've been to a few med spas, and immediately as I entered, trusted aesthetics ranks #1 for ambiance. The colors, furniture, and decoration, immediately welcomes you to an elevated experience, where everything feels intentional. Prior to coming, booking was simple and easy to navigate. I did call in because I had some additional questions, and the one to help me was super friendly and helpful. You have access to a patient portal where you are able to fill out required documents before your visit, making the process more efficient. Something I appreciate is the monthly promotions that you can take advantage of. It's something that's exciting to look forward to, and great to take advantage of. It's also a great way to see the services being highlighted, and explore what might be right for you. You may think injectable fillers are the only options, but find that there are skin rejuvenation services that will help get you to your goals. As someone who normally goes to Orange County, I wasn't sure if something in the IE would measure up. It's really hard to find someone you can trust, suits your style, and won't try to oversell you on services that don't fit your goals or needs. After moving to the IE five years ago, I've seen some generic med spas, and was surprised to find a practice that seems truly dedicated to the craft. There are always indicators when it seems like a standard practice, or one that truly takes time to refine the skills. Of course you can do all the research you want and still be wrong, so I was still nervous. Nurse Mirna is an absolute gem and far exceeded my expectations. She is so beyond friendly, takes time to listen, explains expectations, options, needs, goals, and honestly has a special approach to her craft. She has great attention to detail and makes the entire experience pleasant from beginning to end. I never thought med spas in the inland empire could measure up to Orange county practices, but Trusted Aesthetics has set a new standard. I absolutely love her work, and I'm ecstatic to have found her. She offers a wide range of services from filler, facial balancing, and skin rejuvenation. Chances are, you will find something that makes you feel like you've hit a reset button, in one way or another :) I would absolutely recommend her to anybody who has tried many med spas, or maybe none at all. Either way, you will be in good hands! read more

I met with Mirna today and wow what a great first impression. I told her how nervous and anxious I felt with my first Botox treatment and she was so patient and kind. I told her my biggest concerns and insecurities and I even opted out of one of her recommendations I felt she never pressured me or made me feel judged. I will definitely come back for the next steps of my self love journey that I just recently began. Mirna if you see this just wanted to say your expertise, knowledge, and client care did not go unnoticed. I appreciate you so much. ( I'm also under a different name on here but I hope you know who left this. I'm the girl that smiles a lot ) read more

I've contemplated leaving this review because I hate to speak negatively about someone's business, however, since this happened to another one of my friends I feel it is necessary. I got my services done back in January and had not had my lips done for maybe 4 years. Mirna suggested I purchase two viles of dissolver, because she saw migration from previous filler, which were $300 each.. and even though I mentioned I did not want to spend $600, + another like $600 for the lip filler. She kept saying how she doesn't like to work over someone else's work, I definitely felt pressured into purchasing the dissolver so I did because I really trusted her and thought she was doing what was best. Keep in mind, I only booked here because they were promoting a January special (they have monthly specials) of $100 off. When I go back a week later, I purchase my lip filler and absolutely loved my results. When I left I realized that I was charged more than when i anticipated, using their $100 off discount along with my rewards I had with my Alle app. I then texted the girls and asked them why was I charged that price, and they gave me this whole spiel about how it's actually only a promotion using ALLE and not through their business. Which was not stated anywhere when it was posted. They then tried to tell me it was a flash deal for the week I booked, (no it wasn't) and after going back and forth I just gave up because I wasn't getting anywhere. She ended up apologizing for the miscommunication, which was not on me. It was on them. So I contacted Alle to see if what they were doing made sense or if they even could see them offering the discount offered by Alle under their business without stating it. The woman i spoke with said she didn't see this business offering an Alle discount so if I saw a discount posted for a January special it should have been honored along with my Alle discount in my account. I used to go somewhere else, where if they post a monthly special/discount, they honor that discount ALONG with your Alle rewards app. I really wanted to come back for another syringe of lip filler but because of this issue, I'll be going elsewhere. As much as I liked the injector Mirna, clear communication and honest business practices go a long way. If there was miscommunication, they should have took responsibility and honored the deal, especially after convincing me to spend an extra $600. read more

I've been coming to Mirna since I was 27 when I first started getting Botox, I'm 33 now. I followed her from the different med spas she worked at and now see her at her own med spa which is so amazing and beautiful, just like her! Mirna is so kind and sweet. She pays attention to what you want and is real with you, if it won't work or is too much she will be honest with you which is amazing! She doesn't leave you looking over done her work is so natural! I have done Botox, full face filler in different areas and I couldn't be happier with the results. She does great promos monthly too so check out her ig page for those! If you're looking to start Botox or filler or just looking for someone new, I 1000% recommend Mirna! read more

I've been coming to Mirna for 3 years now for my lip injections . I've referred her to ALL my friends and family, and will continue to do so! Mirna doesn't miss. From the second you walk into the door, Seanelle at the front desk is so helpful and sweet. She has snacks & drinks while you wait in her cute waiting area, that is clean and very comfy! Mirna uses 1 form of numbing prior to injecting the dental block, to ensure little to absolutely NO discomfort at all. Lips with Nurse Mirna are painless and actually very soothing! She continues to check in during the entire service to make sure you are still doing good, and not feeling any pokes! She does not try to sell you on things you don't need, and she will not over fill. Her pricing is very fair for the experience she offers, My experience with Mirna is always 10/10! read more

I have been wanting to get my lips done for years but have always been hesitant since I had never seen anyone whose work I liked until I came across a post that Nurse Mira was tagged in. I immediately fell in love with her work and finally booked an appointment with her at Trusted Aesthetics. I couldn't be happier with my results! I'm so excited to continue on this journey with her to slowly build volume while keeping a natural look. She's so gifted in knowing exactly how and where to inject to compliment you natural shape. This was my first time getting any type of filler so I was nervous but she was so genuinely kind and welcoming. She went over everything and made sure to walk me through each step along the way so I knew exactly what to expect. Their space is clean with a beautiful aesthetic, too! And the gal at reception was also so sweet and greeted me with a warm welcome. read more

Mirna has done it again! After going to her for Botox, I just had to get my lips done as well. She made the process so seamless & almost completely painless, as she uses a dental block for this procedure! The only pain was the initial dental block injection, and even during that, her delicate hand made it completely bare able! She is truly so gifted at what she does, and is so kind and attentive when doing so. I can't wait to go back for my next procedure! read more

I want to make clear to stay away from this place and know that even tho someone might have good reviews doesn't mean it's a safe place to go to. I want to say I have no affiliation with her in any competition. This is a review. It's actually taking me over a year and a half to finally say something, but I trusted the reviews and trusted her and after one treatment with her, I have been paying and recovering for something she did to me that I will eventually need surgery because every treatment I have done to try to correct what she did is irreversible every day I look in the mirror and I just want to cry. It's very scary we trust these people to touch us thinking we're in good hands and I never thought this would've happened to me. going here was my biggest regret read more

Not only is Mirna so sweet and easy to talk to, but she is a true artist! She was able to give me exactly what I wanted for my lip shape. I have lacked lip definition for years, but finally have it! I decided to try this place after multiple co-workers highly recommended it. I saw their work and thought it looked beautiful and natural. I don't usually do Botox or fillers but I didn't like how my make up kept creasing. I tried it out and I am so glad I did! It looks so natural and beautiful I feel like I'm 10 years younger. The cleanliness of the clinic was impeccable and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. I had no idea what I was going to do or what I wanted but Mirna was able to give me a full consultation and understood my needs fully. I will absolutely be recommending and coming back! I had gotten lip filler done a year ago with someone else and noticed that my lips didn't seem as even or smooth as they were initially. One of my friends recommended me to Mirna, because she always does quality work. I saw Mirna and she gave me multiple options for what I could do. We ended up dissolving and then getting half a syringe a week later. It has only been one day, but I already love them so much more. If you are unsure about anything, make an appointment and she will walk you through everything! I'm obsessed with my results and absolutely loved my experience with Mirna. read more
