Monthly facials and medical-grade skincare products have completely transformed my skin. I've struggled with random breakouts and acne scarring since the 7th grade, and for the first time as an adult in my 30s, I finally feel confident in my skin. I'm even comfortable leaving my house without makeup, something I never thought I'd be able to do. I am so grateful for Cindy. Her knowledge, guidance, and incredible facials have genuinely changed the way I feel about myself and my skin. I cannot recommend her enough.

I went in for an HRT consultation and when I called in I spoke to Shannon who is the owner here and she told me it would be a $50 consultation charge and that it's applied to my blood work. Well she never told me how much the blood work was and after seeing her and going to the front I was told it was $250. Hmmm...and the $50 is applied to the bloodwork. Well that was a surprise. Immediately they scheduled me an appointment to come back so I can get my results and they can tell me where I go from there. I asked because they were not forthcoming in telling me how much my next visit would be and I was told $175. So I said okay does this $175 apply to whatever HRT I will be taking and I was told yes it would apply to the first month. And if I don't need it does the $175 visit apply to anything? Who knows? I will see when I go to my next appointment. Based on that I will update my experience but so far it's all about money and what I can do for them not the other way around. I know way too many places that offer HRT that I can go to, I chose this one because it was down the street from me. Again...once I get to my next appointment I will update my review if it happens to be a pleasant experience.

First I had some filler added to both of my temple areas as I noticed some volume loss and hollowing which happens with age apparently. I didn't want to wait until it got so bad that there was possibly no help available. I felt no pain just a lil pressure. I'll admit I was a lil afraid at first but a min into the treatment I was like was that it?! I will post pics in two weeks once it's settled in but it already looks soooo much better. Next, I decided since I was already there lol to add some volume to my lips once again due to age I noticed that they needed a lil pick me up and some shaping!!! I'm so happy that we decided to do this. What a difference a lil here and there makes. My face looks more balanced and over all younger. This med spa is so clean and comfortable no pressure and just good vibes. I can't wait to return and share my experience with others. I will post pics on my follow up appt in two weeks. A special "Thank you" to Nablia Rn for your skilled expertise, knowledge and comforting bedside manner.

She made me feel extremely welcomed, and she was so kind and really made me feel heard about any concerns I did have (shape, size, etc.) I did come under the impression I would get my lips done the same day (my own fault) and I have an extremely busy schedule due to school. She made magic happen, and was able to fit me in the same day. Of course, lips are swollen after getting them done, and I was worried. She assured me everything will be fine, and I would most likely miss the swollen phase (she wasn't lying). Karina has boosted my confidence, and has made me feel like a new woman. I love my new shape, and she killed it in every aspect possible. I get so many compliments now! She has absolutely earned my trust with my lips, and I will never go to anyone but her. If anyone is looking to get their lips done, she's definitely the girl to go to. And the salon is so cute too!

I also didn't love that I would see a different person almost every time I went in for treatments. It just felt like I had to keep re explaining my goals over and over. I decided to try Skin Theory, and I'm really glad I did. They were able to get me in pretty quickly, and overall they just seem a lot more flexible with scheduling. One of the biggest things for me is consistency, and so far I've seen the same provider, Nurse David, which I really appreciate. It makes a huge difference when someone is already familiar with your face and what you're trying to achieve. David has been amazing. I went in for preventative injectables and specifically wanted to try Daxxify, which they offer. He was very attentive, listened to everything I was saying, and I never felt rushed, especially during my first consultation. He's very detail oriented and you can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his clients. He also answered all my questions thoroughly and made me feel really comfortable. One other thing I really appreciated was that he actually called me around the 7 day mark after my injections just to check in and see how I was doing. That's something I never experienced at the other place I used to go to, and it really shows how much he cares about his patients and their results. I had my first visit about two weeks ago and just went back yesterday for a follow up. I'm still fairly new to injectables, so I had more questions and even decided to add a couple of new areas I've never treated before. He walked me through everything again and made sure I felt confident moving forward. So far I'm really happy with my results and the overall experience. I'll definitely be continuing with Nurse David (hopefully he doesn't leave) and already plan to see him again in a couple of months.

So impressed, I was willing to sign up after however; i was taken back and chose to wait. The woman working was training and after my treatment I waited to be approached at the front desk but she stayed busy on the computer, then showed the girl how to clean the vacustep. That alone made me feel like as though I was intruding. Either way, i liked the way I felt after and scheduled an appt. for the following week. My appt was for 6pm. I arrived at 5:30 and the sign on door said, "will return at 5". Hmm..i remained patient and waited until 6:10 and no one ever showed. The owner Lisa said the woman had car trouble and apologized for no one being there. Given that situation, I chose to give the place the benefit of doubt and scheduled another appointment for the following week at 5:30. Ok, so I arrived "on time" in fact early. Sign on door said back at 5:30. It's 5:30, then 5:35 and still, no one shows. Good thing I never committed to any treatments. This alone showed me how unreliable they are. If a client schedules an appointment for 5:30 what's the point of making one if the place isn't open in time. I've since chosen to look for another facility that offers the same treatment. Place was clean and nicety was it was close to home. Too bad it didn't work out.
