One major thing I loved was how my lashes turned out. I always ask for a wispy, fluffy look and it never quite looked soft enough for me, but Claire was able to achieve my desired look. I made the appointment for Thursday. There appeared to be a lot of availability. On Wednesday, I received an auto text and email from the app that my appointment has been canceled with no explanation or offer of a reschedule. No telephone call or explanation for why they canceled the appointment. I suspect that it's because I made the mistake of putting in the notes of the appointment that I had a Groupon. So now I don't have time to make another appointment before my event I find it very unprofessional that they could not reach out to me personally in order to explain the cancellation and offer a time that could work, just an impersonal robot cancellation.
