I was hoping this would become my regular studio for lash services, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. I am a lash artist and esthetician myself, so I'm very aware of placement, application, and overall technique. That said, I'm not unreasonable - I understand that all artists start somewhere, and studios are often where newer artists gain experience. With that in mind, when I booked my first appointment, I explained my background over the phone and specifically requested to be scheduled with a more experienced artist. I was assured I'd be booked with an Elite artist. After the appointment, I was mostly satisfied with the results, but I did notice some concerns. The mapping made my lashes appear one length across, despite requesting a cat-eye style. I also asked to keep the inner corners light and not fully lashed, since my natural lashes are very thin, but they were lashed anyway. As a result, my inner lashes frequently fell into my eyes, which was irritating, though manageable. When I booked my second fill, I gave the same explanation and was again assured I'd be scheduled with an Elite artist. I reiterated that I typically get a cat-eye style, which the receptionist seemed surprised by - she believed my previous set was a doll eye. This validated my initial concern that styling preferences weren't fully considered during my first appointment. During the second application, I noticed frequent stickies. I felt a lot of pulling and tugging, which caused my eyes to water -something that never happens to me during lash appointments. The following day, my lashes felt unusually heavy. I also noticed the bases were boxy and very close to my lash line, to the point where they poked my eyelids whenever I closed my eyes. Over the next few days, the discomfort increased. I quickly realized multiple natural lashes were stuck together. I could feel tugging at the root, so I carefully removed some of the grown-out lashes myself. I found that 2-3 natural lashes were attached to a single fan, and in some cases, multiple fans were stuck together. The fans looked like they were made with .06-.07mm lashes, which explained why they felt so heavy. Mega Volume fans should be made with .02-.03mm lashes. At that point, I didn't want to risk further damage, so I removed the set entirely and had my lashes done elsewhere. Overall, the in-studio experience itself was pleasant--the staff was kind, the space was clean, and I even fell asleep during both appointments. However, I strongly feel that the standards and expectations for an "Elite" artist need to be reevaluated. After my appointment, I received a text to book my 2-week fill. I shared my concerns and was told I should have reached out within 4 days for adjustments. I was offered 15% off with a different Elite artist, but by then I had already had my lashes redone elsewhere. I explained that I wasn't looking to rebook, just to provide feedback. A week later, I received another call asking if I wanted to schedule a fill. I again explained what had happened and was offered 50% off. During that call, I was told the issues may have been caused by having lashes done elsewhere prior, which wasn't true, as my previous set was done at this studio. That explanation felt dismissive and frustrating. At that point, I made it clear that I didn't plan on booking again. Ultimately, I think this studio has potential and may be suitable for clients who aren't familiar with proper lash application. However, as a lash artist myself, I wouldn't feel comfortable returning unless the artist tier system and quality standards are reassessed. read more

Veronica is super sweet and kind. She really takes her time to make sure your lashes look good. Her fills take a bit longer, but that is because she's providing quality service and not just rushing through. I love that she makes sure your lashes are perfect before you leave.
