Because of this had to go with someone else who had to do a color correction and was able to get it done the first time. She was very thorough during the consultation to make sure I understand what she is about to do and that I also get what I came in for. My original hair was highlighted (super bleached/ashy) and had a bad layered cut (turns out I had a mullet I wasn't aware of lol). I wanted to return to my natural color and also get a cut to even out my layers. Within two hours, Hanh achieved the color and cut seamlessly through proper and detailed steps to repair my damaged hair. My experience with her was fantastic. She is so bubbly and fun to talk to and she is an expert in her field. I have never learned so much about hair ever in my life! Even for styling, she gave so many tips. I'll admit, I was pretty nervous going in since I hadn't had a haircut in years. Hanh immediately put me at ease with her warm, funny, and welcoming personality. She's genuinely so kind. During the consultation, she really took the time to understand what I wanted and helped refine my ideas into something even better. I walked away feeling confident and excited instead of anxious. I showed her a few inspiration photos, and she didn't just match them--she completely exceeded them. She absolutely nailed the look, even better than I imagined. I rarely write reviews, but this experience truly deserved one. I'll definitely be coming back to her again!

Hands down the best Microblader I've seen. I went to a different microblader before Karolynn and I have to tell you now I know the difference. From tools to ink to numbing cream. First of all, I didn't feel a thing. Second, her ink is truly top notch. My brows done by my previous microblader faded within 2 months. It has now been over 5 months since Karolynn worked on them and they still look amazing. I don't see them fading any time soon. Also she is such a perfectionist, in the most positive way. She must have had me sit up and lay down 10 times to assure they were perfect. She also was careful to start off with a light color and didn't allow me to go dark until I was absolutely sure at touch up time. You cannot go wrong here. This was such a great experience I recommend to give her a call asap. read more

I absolutely loved what Karolynn did with my hair and couldn't have imagined a hairstyle more perfect for my wedding look than what Karolynn created! I had her as the hairstylist on my wedding day to style hair for my three bridesmaids and me. She did a fantastic job! I was really pleased with how well she matched the look that I was going for and how efficiently she worked. She's also easy to contact and responds quickly to texts and emails. Karolynn arrived on time and got things going as soon as she arrived. In addition to being an excellent hairstylist, she's really sweet and when my cousin (who was doing my make-up) realized that she forgot all her make-up brushes at home, Karolynn graciously lent us hers. I would definitely recommend contacting Karolynn for any hairstyling needs! read more

My Hair turned out absolutely AMAZING! So much better then what I expected. I am very very very Picky with makeup. I have not yet liked the way anyone has done my makeup, but Karolynn listens! Yes, she went over step-by-step with me knowing how skeptical I an when it comes to this. She starts off very light and asked me if I wanted to see more. Then slowly added more where I wanted. Besides her great natural talent in the beauty industry her customer service was a 10. You will not find anyone better. She comes to you so you don't need to travel and caters to your every need. I sent them pictures of what my lashes looked like 48 hrs after getting them, but they claim that the tech told me that she couldn't do my lashes because of a gap. This was my first visit there, if this was their recommendation why would I proceed anyway in place new to me? I explained to Kristin, even if there was only a gap or 2 in my lashes...how does she reconcile the fact that my lashes are 90% gone and "today" is day 10 since my service. That's not because of gaps, that's because of poor technique. I told her that this is a horrible way to do business and when I told her that I was writing my experience in this review, she hung up on me. I've posted below my pics I sent them 48 hrs after my $112 service, which includes their original apology and promise to fix when they saw the pics. Yes, today was the first time I was back (wasn't given a time or info for return appointment). And I actually came in today at 10:40am to request (and make) a same day appointment at 12pm. Original: Based on the location and all of the great reviews, I first gave Queena Lash a try on 6/3/25. My appointment was with Lisa for natural looking Classic lashes. The lashes were just okay (not symmetrical on both sides), but she said it was because I didn't have lashes there? I didn't like that: 1) I had to ask her to replace the "protective" table covering that she just straightened out for me (just after her previous client used); 2) She told me it was a requirement for her shop to have my existing set of lashes removed and have her install a brand new set (since they weren't done there). Note: I have reason to believe some of MY lashes were taken out in the process. Meantime, her partner got started on a new client and responded "it was up to her" and "her decision whether to start over with a new set or just get a refill" when the client asked for her professional opinion and judgment on what she was having done; and 3) I texted Lisa a picture of my lashes 3 days after she installed the new set to show her how many had already fallen out. She said it was probably because of the heat and I could come in for a refill (but not in the near future) because she was booked up. The ONLY reason I'm here again is: a) My lashes are already gone/missing and b) She offered me a slight discount on my refill because of the ridiculously short time frame of the new set falling out.
