I'll admit, I was pretty nervous going in since I hadn't had a haircut in years. My hair is straight, flat, and typically hard to style, and I was hoping to add some volume and soft curls but wasn't sure what would actually work. Hanh immediately put me at ease with her warm, funny, and welcoming personality. She's genuinely so kind. During the consultation, she really took the time to understand what I wanted and helped refine my ideas into something even better. I walked away feeling confident and excited instead of anxious. I showed her a few inspiration photos, and she didn't just match them--she completely exceeded them. She absolutely nailed the look, even better than I imagined. I mentioned upfront that I had extensions, and later they said they wouldn't have time and rescheduled me to 1:15 PM. When I called again to confirm, just minutes before my appointment, they tried to push me back again to 2:45 PM. After I said that was too late, they offered 1:45 PM instead. I arrived at 1:50 PM, and at that point they told me I could no longer receive the service because I was "late." This was extremely frustrating considering they had already tried to reschedule me twice and were running behind themselves. The stylist and front desk staff seemed visibly annoyed when I brought this up and shifted the blame onto me, saying my timing would disrupt their schedule. As someone who also works in the service industry, this is not how you treat clients--especially when the inconvenience was caused on your end. To make matters worse, they quoted $80 for a 20-minute curl service, which felt excessive given the experience and lack of professionalism. Overall, the communication, customer service, and accountability were very poor. I left feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as a client. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

I showed my confirmation but I never made it on the books for the day. I was graciously taken by a stylist after some back and forth from everyone on who would take me. Left with the haircut I requested and that's the end of it. Wasn't an experience or vibe . Just sat and got a haircut with nothing special to say about the salon or stylist.
