I gave her the benefit of the doubt and wanted to give her another shot in fixing my hair and I am very disappointed because I recently contacted her again to do roots and try to lighten my hair again and my txt have been ignored three times. Because of this had to go with someone else who had to do a color correction and was able to get it done the first time. She was also always late to appointments, one of my last visits had to wait over 30 minutes for her.

Day of service - Salon's really nice and clean by the way. Lily explained to me the process of what she's doing as we go and was very honest from the very beginning on what we can realistically achieve. Overall it took 3 hours, I never feel like she rushed it, actually it was the opposite. We were almost done but she spotted a spot where it's uneven and patiently fixed it. She made sure that I'm walking out of the salon satisfied. She could have really not mention that uneven spot since I didn't notice it but nope! Before booking, we were quoted $170 online. When we arrived, that same price was confirmed again in person, so we felt comfortable moving forward. To our surprise, after the service was completed, we were charged $350--more than double the quoted price. At no point during the appointment were we told the price had changed or given the opportunity to approve the additional cost before the work continued. If the final price was going to be significantly higher, that should have been communicated upfront so we could make an informed decision. Transparent pricing is especially important when working with young clients who have saved their own money. I'm sharing this experience so other parents know to ask for the final total in writing before the service begins and to confirm that the quoted price will not change without their approval. Unfortunately, our experience left us feeling disappointed and blindsided.
